Swung by to satisfy my sweet tooth after leaving Costco which is in the same parking lot. This is a fairly new built location with a few restaurants. Cute and plenty of parking they also have drive thru. I had a yummy slice of chocolate ice cream cake and it was delish. Friendly staff at the window and quick service. They have some seating outside. read more

We have a new option for ice cream now in NE Mesa. For such a small space I appreciated that they not only have a drive-thru but they've put in about seven tables and three benches for people to sit and enjoy their ice cream after purchasing. My appetite was small so I ordered the kid's scoop for $4.99. (Black Cherry) My family both ordered small cups. I liked my ice cream choice but their portions are on the less generous side. I saw that for $1.00 more I could just do the small cup which would be two scoops and would feel like a better deal for the money. I'll definitely do that next time even if I'm not hungry. Bruster's offers a good variety of flavors to choose from including some no sugar added and non-dairy flavors. Everyone in your party can probably find what they're looking for. read more

Bruster's Real Ice Cream - Black Cherry (Kid's scoop) - Desserts Near Me - Mesa, Arizona

Went to Bruster's with the family. They were very friendly and welcoming, and let us try a couple flavors. The ice cream was good. My wife and I split two scoops, I got a s'mores flavor and she got black cherry. The kids got cones, double chocolate and black cherry, though I don't remember the exact names they had for them. They did get one order wrong by giving us a cup instead of a cone, but they fixed it right away once we let them know. It was 22 bucks for three ice creams, which is pretty standard these days. Overall a great experience and good service. read more

Nevin greeted me with a smile right away and offered samples, which made the whole experience feel welcoming from the start. He even gave out coupons for next time and there will definitely be a next time. If you are looking to indulge in decadent ice cream check out Bruster's . They serve premium ice cream, baked waffle cones made fresh on site daily, and a rotating selection of 24 flavors. They also have great options for different dietary needs, including sugar-free, fat-free, non-dairy choices, and refreshing sorbets. I ordered both the cinnamon and the coffee flavorers. They arw rich, creamy, and full of bold flavor--definitely on the decadent side, with that "extra" quality that makes each bite feel like a treat. The only drawback and the reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5, is the setup. It's walk-up or drive-through only. There is a large shaded patio, which helps, but in the summer heat it can still be a bit too hot to comfortably sit and enjoy your ice cream. Overall, a great spot for high-quality, indulgent ice cream with fair prices just be prepared to take it to go on really hot days. read more

Friendly service when you arrive to order window. They were still in process of training when we came, so be patient as they opened recently. Manager was great with communication and service. Tables outside were clean, no sign of any melted ice cream from previous visits, that's a plus as no one likes to be limited on seating with messy table tops and seating area, thank you! Ice cream was delicious, thick and creamy! read more

Bruster's Real Ice Cream - Desserts Near Me - Mesa, Arizona

First time trying this place and it was pretty good. Seemed like only one person was working the drive thru and walk up so it kind of took a while to order. I also had picked out 2 flavors for my 2 scoops and didn't realize until I got back in my car that I only got one of the flavors. I didn't have time to go back and request the other flavor but also not a big deal. The ice cream overall was really good. I got the peanut butter buckeye. read more

I am so glad that Bruster's ice cream is near me. It is delicious and i love that they have an oatmeal ice cream. The waffle cone was fresh, crispy and delicious. It is nicely situated near the Costco. There is a drive through and also an outside seating area. I am definitely returning to try the rest of the flavors. The customer service was excellent! I believe her name was Stephy. She was so helpful and i did not feel rushed while asking questions and making my decision. read more

1st timers here! The ice cream flavors were so good. (Choc chip cookie dough, black cherry choc chunk, chocolate, sugar free coffee & cinnamon) Service: Kayden was very friendly, helped us with picking flavors and a positive attitude. The place was very clean. We visited on the 4th of July. Will definitely be back! read more

Quick and caring service, wonderful ice cream--may be the best. Shaded patio with seating and misters. Pet friendly, even offer 'pup cups' on request. read more

Ehh...I've been here twice the first time was great and the portions were great, maybe it was because the franchise owner was on site and interacting with guests. Tonight was a different story, measley portions, the staff told us that their scanner wasn't working and when we tried to pay the cashier accused my mom of not have $13 on her card to pay for the ice cream- when we tapped it a second time, surprise surprise it worked. No apology or acknowledgment of rudeness. read more

Stopped at store to buy cones for Grand Kids on a Friday at 8pm, Only one window open with customer trying samples for about 10 min. As Costco Store closed line got longer no attempt to open another window as employees inside were standing around talking. After waiting 10 more minutes decided to leave worst run place since line had not moved since 1st customer was still trying samples. read more

Got here at 7:45pm. We were asked to order on the website. Great fine. No big deal. Did it. Ordered at 8:00. Then there system started working again. Other people ordered in line. Waited, Waited, Waited. Went to the windows to ask my order. Said, yep we have it. Waited over 30 minutes for a couple of scoops of ice cream. A Oh and by the way, everyone that ordered at the window got there ice cream including 20 cars that went to the drive thru. And all they could say is, we're sorry. Didn't put spoons in the bag. Went to the counter, all the workers stared for a couple minutes before actually helping us as they eat and talk. Real professional. read more

Solid ice creams and flavor through out the week. However, the wait to order and get your scoops of ice cream is unreasonable. I have given them the benefit of the doubt a few times and it still takes them an extremely long time to get your order out to you. read more

We are so excited Bruster's is in our neighborhood. Every flavor we tried so far has been really good and high quality. If you're gonna cheat on your diet, do it right. This is the place to come for a good ice cream fix. Kayden served us today and was super nice. read more

First timer! The ice cream was fantastic! Service was fast. It's close to my work so that can be dangerous! LOL!!

Young man behind counter super sweet. I've come here several times and it' always been good. Tonight went with friend and we got are usual. I ordered my chocolate 1 scoop dish and didn't even get a full scoop. I didn't think to take a picture but both of us didn't even feel the bottom on the dish. So disappointed. read more

Alexandra is the best!! We love Bruster's! It's our new favorite place! :) Alexandra is the sweetest. We love going when she's working!

The wife and I tried Bruster's today for the first time and it is awesome! Not only was the ice cream absolutely delicious, definitely better than Hansel's and Andy's (I am aware Andy's does frozen custard), it far more reasonable in price, and they give a killer military/first responder discount. For the record I got a small (two scoops) of Go Bananas (I could eat this every day) and Scotchy Pecan. Go try this place so we don't lose it. read more

I've had wonderful experiences at Bruster's... in California. I've been itching to visit the ones out here and raved about it to my family. Tonight, I called to see if I could order a cake with 45 hours notice (instead of the 48 they request online.) The young lady I spoke to was the go-between for myself and her manager; however, I could hear the manager. The manager was quite rude, curt, dismissive, and uninterested. The young lady did try to find a solution with the pre-made pies they had on hand but honestly the manager's behavior was very off-putting. I'm going to Dairy Queen instead (and it's cheaper.) Additionally, if you want a cake, no guarantees even with notice. Their decorator is out all weekend. read more

my sister had vanilla ice cream and I had a tiramisu shake, we only had a little bit before we were turned into writhing bugs and debilitated with severe stomach pains. tasted solid but the aftermath was mentally scarring with the bloating and gas and agony also service was okay, nothing to write home about and there was a lil decor here and there that gave me a chuckle cool rock tho :-) read more

OMG, kill me. The kid on the squawk box sits there and says "What?! What?! what? "Huh?!" "Huh?!, he seemed completely in shock when I asked him for a cup/bowl...and kept repeating "cup? bowl? Cup? After that he says thanks, bye while I'm holding out my debit card because I hadn't paid yet, and he partially shuts the window, opens it again and says "oh, I didn't charge you yet?" . Haven't had the ice cream yet because I'm still completely dumbfounded and the nightmare of ordering. I will update for the taste of the ice cream. I won't be back. If you go you might want to wait out this round of employees and give it 6 months. It was painful Ok, update on the ice cream.
