First time trying Randy's! I'm from CA so I have always heard about it in the LA area I ordered 8 boxes for my team at work and my team was very happy and loved the donuts! They said they were moist and bigger than the usual donut store Staff was so friendly and made my order in such short notice I ordered the night before and I'm so grateful they were able to fulfill it in such short time Going forward they do appreciate 48 hour notice for large orders! I cannot wait to try the rest of their menu which features croissants, ice cream sandwiches, frozen drinks, coffee, boba drinks, & milk shakes! It was well lit and the decor is very appealing when you walk in The place also looked super clean!

Great doughnuts and good coffee. Try the combo and enjoy life. Would famous since 1952, I remember driving by the big doughnut going to Laker games at the Forum. Grab some today!

As an Inglewood Baby, Randy's Donuts is near and dear to my heart. I'm so happy to know there's one about 20 minutes from my house, and that a piece of home is here. We walked in, it was about 3pm and they were sold out of majority of donuts but! They still had some good choices. I love the rounds and the smell of coffee in the air. The employees were so kind and friendly, they even told us they close at 6pm now. So please keep that in mind. I love that they had menus available & their drive thru available as well. The donuts are just iconic and a must try! Can't wait to be back.

I hadn't heard of this chain other than it's appearance in Iron Man 2 so I certainly was surprised to learn of this location in Gilbert. My mom and I stopped by here around 8 am on a Saturday and other than someone in the drive thru, the place was empty. Upon walking in, the first thing I noticed was how clean and bright the little store is, not to mention how picturesque the donut case looked. The girl working the front counter greeted us happily and after we said it was our first time trying the place out, she jumped into recommending us her favorite as well as fan favorites. Her customer service really made the entire experience a 10/10. She was super helpful, friendly, and patient as we were picking our dozen donuts. She was the one who suggested we go for the mixed dozen, which was picking three donuts from each of their four categories of donuts. They had so much variety and it was a good thing we were the only ones inside at the time, cause you know how stressful picking a whole dozen can be. This was the first time we gave a tip upon being prompted to give one by the iPad card reader lol. When we were done, she went the extra mile and gave us two free donuts of our choosing because we had said it was our first time in. We didn't know if that was an official thing, but we weren't complaining about it! We got one of the strawberry frosted gigantic Texas donuts (a donut the size of a cake for free? Sign me up!) After getting home and having a photoshoot of the beauties, we cut into almost all of them (both cake and yeast, hello) and each one was delicious. The yeast almost felt like a mixture of yeast and cake, and each was so soft and flavorful. The frosting on each frosted was delicious and the height of each was truly like no other donut place I'd ever been to. Shout out to the butter crumb raised, which was one of the ones recommended to us first. Here's a list of each donut we got: Pink raised with sprinkles Glazed twist Sugar raised Cinnamon crumb cake Chocolate iced cake Blueberry iced cake Butter crumb raised Chocolate crondy (croissant style which was really good) Oreos raised M&M raised S'mores raised Pink frosted Texas raised If only there was a location closer to us, we'd definitely come by more!

Half dozen ~ buttermilk bars, cherry frosted and matcha tea (the original glazed gotten eaten before pic! ‍)

Drove by here on Sunday morning and thought I recognized the name from a California donut shop. Come to find out it is the same. We ordered a half dozen and stuck with buttermilk bars, cherry frosted and original glazed. The donuts were very fresh and the customer service was great. Love that it is a drive thru for convenience yet have all of the donuts pictured. Was not very busy for a Sunday morning and hope they open more locations. Definitely will be back!

A nice cuppa.

Since starting in 1952, Randy's Donuts is the most recognized donut shop in the world. Phoenix now has almost a handful of locations now. How lucky are we!? I can't imagine giving Randy's anything less than five stars. The people here are so ridiculously nice. Despite the guy that helped me saying he had been here since 5AM, he was still very personable. I hope upper management are paying the staff well because I'm no longer a fan; I'm an air conditioner! I had order a mixture of crondys (croissant doughtnuts), cake doughnuts, and raised. I'm a raised/yeast doughnut fan myself so I made sure to get a mixture. The raised/yeast doughnut is where it's at although the crondy was also ridiculously good. Stop by often to try their seasonal flavors. I had also ordered a Randy's Roast coffee as well since I had been up since 4AM and took a cycle class in the morning. They accidentally gave my coffee away which I didn't mind. They quickly realized their mistake, apologized, and started on making a new one. One of the kind staff felt bad, even though it wasn't a long wait at all, and offered to give me a free doughnut and a doughnut hole. It was totally unnecessary but greatly appreciated. It won me over right away. The apology was enough but a free sweet too? Wow! Pro-tip: Bring cash to tip these hard workers. Bring cash and tip generously!

So have had the original Randy's in L.A. and this isn't it. We got six different ones and although the cream filled long John was really good as was the Nutella one, the rest didn't cut it. The apple fritter was actually too well done and had an almost burnt taste. We also had the Matcha, coconut and the plain buttermilk bar. We were not impressed finding these to be dry and flavorless. Not our cup of tea.

Stopped by around 7pm last Thursday and we were quickly greeted as we walked in. We had no idea what we wanted so we stood there and looked at all the different doughnuts we could choose from. A family then walked in and they too stood and looked at the selection for a few minutes. They ended up being faster then us so they ordered first. One of the workers then came over and explained to us all the different doughnuts / toppings and even offered us some samples! We ended up getting one pink sprinkle, one cookie crumble, one glazed, and one matcha. Once in the car, we realized they had thrown in two extra doughnuts. The doughnuts were good. They were not too sweet and pretty thick in size. Service was great and the inside felt very clean. Will be back!

Yay! Randy's Donuts has finally arrived in the East Valley! This iconic donut shop gained popularity in LA and has since expanded across the country and even internationally. The Gilbert location just opened on Thursday, October 10. I happened to be in the area yesterday and decided to drop by. I arrived after 2pm and received a warm welcome. As expected, the shop was out of many items. Fortunately, they still had some of my favorite flavors like maple, chocolate, and glazed. I went with a half dozen: glazed, maple, chocolate, coffee raised (premium), vanilla cake, and their seasonal offering, pumpkin. The classic donuts are priced at $1.90, deluxe at $2.15, fancy at $2.65, and premium at $3.65. I also ordered an iced vanilla oat milk latte. I honestly didn't have high expectations for coffee from a donut shop, but their latte was smooth and wasn't too sweet. I couldn't resist, so I took a bite of the glazed donut before even leaving the parking lot and wow! The dough was perfection. Once I got home, I immediately sampled the rest. As a yeast donut girly, I liked the yeast the best with coffee raised being my favorite. It's safe to say, I like Randy's Donuts a hole lot! I look forward to returning and trying more flavors. I got my eye on that crondy! I recommend going in the morning before they sell out of most items. Randy's Donuts also has a drive-thru if you don't want to go inside.

Happy to have one in Gilbert not too far from the office! The staff was friendly! . I only ordered my usual - glazed donut! Yummy and fresh! Cool spot kinda hidden. They even have seating outside.

For years, I've heard about Randy's Donuts and been intrigued to try. The staff were incredibly friendly through the drive thru and made for a quick visit for a donut while on the run. Overall, it was a decent donut though not my favorite. The store looked like there would be places to enjoy if you wanted the ambiance of smelling the donuts being made; but this was a quick grab-and-go visit.

Canceled order from store moments before pick up.
Jeyae J.

I ordered on TooGoodToGo and the store canceled my order minutes from pick up claiming they didn't have the stock to fill it. I went in the look and they had TONS of donuts right before closing. They have no reviews on the app as they seem to be doing this to everyone so that nobody can leave a review. Wasted time and gas and now I have nothing to take to work tomorrow. You have to reserve these hours in advance. I could not get another bag in the app at another place as they were, of course, sold out at other stores once this place canceled. Horrible customer service. They lie. Stay away.

Awesome staff and tasty donuts!!!

We all got the lunch special which is a half sandwich with either salad or soup for $13.50. I got the blue cow grilled cheese and tomato soup. What a delicious sandwich! It had roast beef, a jam, pepper relish, havarti and blue cheese. It was really tasty and just the right amount of blue cheese to be tasty and not overwhelming. Everyone in our group enjoyed their meal though I will say the person who got the brie, fig jam and prosciutto one was especially happy!

This is a husband and wife team that manage and own both places. While standing at the counter, deciding what charcuterie board I was going to order I took a quick look at their menu and boy does it look good. Hummus boards, salads, and sandwiches. All freshly made in this little café, which is small but charming there is an outdoor patio with like four tables , but it's far too hot this summer to eat out there. For sure I'll be back in the fall out there with Luna enjoying this wonderful café. I was there with my daughter and what caught her eye was the muffaletta sandwich. A classic I couldn't get past the menu, grilled cheese sandwich, options, and asked the owner what was her favorite and recommendation. She immediately said the grilled cheese with birria and I think a Gouda cheese. We grabbed one of the booths and the sandwiches were out shortly. OMG, they both were unbelievable, but I had trouble keeping my daughter's hand off my plate. Honestly, this is one of the best grilled cheese I've ever had. And I consider myself a grilled cheese aficionado. Mingle & Graze is in a central downtown Chandler location, lots of parking out front. Love these little non-chain cafés with great homemade food that's different and original. I highly recommend you check out this place and when the weather is a bit nicer, order some food and sit out on the patio with a nice bottle of wine curated from Spin The Bottle. What a great spot

When I walked in, there was one employee working the register. I waited patiently while he helped another customer, but when I tried to get his attention afterward, he raised his finger at me in a dismissive way and told me to wait. Instead of helping me with what should have been a quick mobile pickup, he proceeded to take multiple new walk-in orders from a group that had just come up to the counter, without acknowledging me at all. After waiting even longer, I finally asked if I could just be helped. I was told "they were here first," even after I explained I had a mobile order that should have already been ready. At that point, the interaction escalated out of frustration. Once I gave my name, my order was handed to me quickly, which only reinforced that this could have been resolved in seconds with basic awareness and customer service. To make matters worse, when we got home, the sandwiches were made with barely any sauce--even though we paid extra for it. The lack of sauce made the meal dry and disappointing, to the point where we didn't really enjoy dinner. To be fair, the ingredients themselves did seem fresh, and there is potential here from a food quality standpoint. However, that doesn't outweigh the overall experience. Between the poor handling of a simple mobile pickup and the failure to execute the order correctly, this visit fell well below expectations. This felt less like a one-off mistake and more like a breakdown in both service and attention to detail. I would strongly recommend improvements in how mobile orders are prioritized and how customers are acknowledged when they walk in.

There were not a lot of people in the main dining area for what would typically be a busy time day/time. At least we got a nice large booth where we didn't have to fight for elbow room Our server took our drinks and we asked about the popular appetizers and food here and he didn't seem to know much. We decided to try the garlic rotolis despite the $12 for bread. They were quite bland and a little too dried out. Disappointing. We then ordered an 18" pizza with two different toppings as our family can rarely decide on the same toppings. We got 1/2 pepperoni/mushroom/ricotta and 1/2 pepperoni/sausage. The ricotta was nice and creamy and I liked the blend with the mushroom and pepperoni. The pizza could have benefitted from another minute or two in the oven as the crust couldn't hold up. Overall the pizza was average or maybe slightly above average, but for a fancier coal oven pizza place I expected more. We read the specials before we left and it looks like there's some pretty good deals on Tuesdays (1/2 price pizza), Wednesday (Women 1/2 price) and Saturday (1/2 price pizza with beverage order). A few other days have specials as well...so you may want to plan ahead which day to dine here.

NOT WHAT YOU THINK…read more The Spitz moniker is derived from the rotating BBQ spit, middle-eastern style rotisserie used to slow cook their meats. The name of this restaurant isn't very becoming. But you will be coming regularly once you try this place. Mediterranean food has worked it's way as a staple across the country because of the use of numerous spices, it has an undeniable bold flavor that has become a favorite of the American diet. Here is no exception and lives up to the Mediterranean flavor profile expectations with an Americanized twist on the ingredients. I ordered on the app and found it quite user friendly, which encourages me to get food here more often with the ease of use and simple interface. You have to ability to add or omit ingredients from the menu items which makes for a very satisfying customized meal (and only have yourself to blame if it is a displeasing combination) BERLINER WRAP- meat and veg all in a flatbread wrap. There's a lot of ingredients packed in this thang, so for me, I had to use extra sauce to dip and coat it all in flavor. The problem with these wraps though, is that the paper it wrapped in was getting stuck to the bread and would have to constantly peel it off that thang and it was a mess, unless you just don't mind eating the paper for some extra fiber. MEDI BOWL- The bowl was felt healthy and hearty; an all-around good dish. The crunchy garbanzo beans were a nice element to contrast against the other textures in the bowl. Again, i liked it with more sauce, but that's just me. Everything tasted fresh and delicious and I want to try the other menu items in the future.
