Came here at 3pm way before closing time and they were out of every donut I asked for. We just went to bosa donuts across the street!

The maple bacon long John is evil, but oh so good. I go to get a donut for the Mrs and me but always end up with a half dozen. Stop making such great donuts. I have to spend extra time on the rower because of you guys, or maybe its my lack of self control. read more

Ordered a few Crondy's and an assortment of donuts all at about 730 am. Nothing was remotely warm and in fact nothing seemed particularly fresh. I wouldn't be surprised if they are making them at another location and bringing them to this location. Either way the donuts themselves weren't all that great. WAY too much sugar, the cream filled long John is basically a Boston cream, it had been filled so long that it made the interior bread all soft and mushy. I'll likely be going to the Bosa across the street for better prices and better donuts. read more

From the moment I walked in, the staff at Randy's Donuts made me feel like family. I was greeted with a warm smile, and to my surprise, they even remembered my name from previous visits--something you don't see often these days. The customer service alone is reason enough to return, but the donuts? Absolutely delicious. Soft, fresh, and full of flavor, each bite reminds me why Randy's has such a stellar reputation. We found this place they have like a big doughnut for advertising purposes, I definitely caught my eye lol. The drive-through was quick and efficient. They definitely take their time to make your order. Perfect... We ordered a shake, as well as a couple of donuts. I love that you can get the bars filled, as well as you can get a maple filled... Most donut places only have like the pre-filled Chocolate on top. We did not go inside on our first visit, however, looking through the windows, the ambience looked great. Everybody was super sweet, like I said you can tell they take their time with their orders. The milkshake was great as well ... We will definitely be going back! read more

we love our new Randy's Donuts in Gilbert AZ. Candace and the staff are both fun and helpful. The iced Buttercrumb latte are by far my favorite coffee in all the valley. Great donut variety, our favorites are the Maple Bacon Long John and the Buttercrumb Raised. Delicious. read more

all I can say is Randy's donuts suck. Overrated California company. I've had their donuts in Inglewood two years ago and weren't all that great either. There are much better quality donuts out there, pass these up save your money and go elsewhere. read more

I gotta say I love me a good donut !... and when it comes to the best .. Krispy Kreme is number one...(When Hot !). But number three when not !... but when Randy's moved to the block it quickly took number two ... they have the best little donut holes in town . Because for starters there is absolutely nothing little about anything they serve !.. the donut holes have a nice glaze with crisp shell and soft moist texture . My husband said the filled maple long John is the best doughnut he has ever had. The service was wonderful.

Donuts are intriguing on paper, but really just end up being the same donut with different toppings. We bought a dozen and chose an assortment so we could get a good representation. Got the matcha and the strawberry filled donut. The matcha was decent, it didn't really taste like matcha or have any distinct flavor but it was edible. The strawberry filled donut was undercooked and the strawberry filling tasted alcohol-y for some reason. The people who worked there were accommodating and willing to answer any questions about food/allergens. read more

$26 dollars for a dozen. Limited selection, stale tasteless donuts, I've had a better quality donut at Walmart and it cost $6 for a dozen. The service was good but that's about the it. Do yourself a favor, don't get experimental here, just go to Walmart, at least then if the donuts disappointing you didn't pay for the price of a decent steak dinner for the disappointment. read more

I was super excited to try these doughnuts. Ordered blueberry cake, lemon and a crustoni? It was later in the day, 2PM and all seemed very dry and oddly artificial tasting. We bought donuts here at around 9AM on a Saturday and they weren't fresh at all. When I say they weren't fresh, I don't mean like they were baked on Saturday morning at 4 or 5AM. They tasted like they were holdovers from the previous evening or even the prior day or something. A dozen donuts was just under $40 and the cashier made sure to mention that she gave me a $2 discount because I bought a dozen. With these prices and the quality of the food we won't be back. There are better-tasting and fresher donuts for half the price of Randy's. Some people are just cheapskates so they'd whine about the price of stuff no matter where they eat, but I have no problem paying a premium price for fresh donuts but that isn't the case here. Here you pay a top-shelf price for a donut that tastes exactly like a long john you'd get at Safeway if you bought it at 5PM and it had been sitting in the display case for 12 hours. read more

Candace was amazing and friendly, and I couldn't be more pleased with visiting a donut shop near my house! Every donut is freshly made and does not taste stale or have any awkward taste. Everything taste as it should. Even their lattes are on point at this location. I hope they stick around for a while. It's good to see companies be successful. I recommend Randy's donuts all day. If I could give more stars I would. Yesterday (10/22/24) my boyfriend and I went in to check out this cute new donut shop when the unexpected happened. My boyfriend got lightheaded, walked out of the store and passed out face first right in the parking lot. I ran out of the shop screaming, I got him up and he was just covered in bl--d; It was a pretty nasty scene but two or three of the employees ran out to help me and get an ambulance there along w/ some customers. They got me rags and napkins to clean him up and were just unbelievably helpful :,) We did not get the donuts unfortunately as we had to rush to the ER but I can say their employees are some of the sweetest people ever. I am so grateful for those few that helped us out ***EDIT*** We went back in the next day and got a dozen donuts and coffee. The staff was so sweet, they recognized him from the fall and wished him well. The donuts were absolutely amazing (my fav was the coffee one) & the coffee was perfect :) We love Randy's Donuts !! read more
