Cute shop with mochi donuts, ramen cooking, boba, self serve Asian snacks and unusual drinks served in sealed poptops! Great, friendly service. Like a visit to Asia. Anime atmosphere.

I didn't realize there's a Mochinut in Gilbert until I suddenly craved it and searched it up. Unfortunately they don't have the dogs in this location. My favorite mochinut is Macha, then coffe and sesame, just the right amount of sweetness, not too much.

Food: Sweet and chewy mochinut with nice variety of flavors Service: Fast and friendly. They have the self-service kiosk so that was nice. Ambiance: Cozy and cute little shop.

The donuts/mochinuts here are always tasty and fun to eat. They have a very bouncy texture and are flavorful. They're also not over the top sweet which I like. The cashier was very friendly and nice. The ambiance is a relaxed vibe. Kind of what you would expect from a donut shop. They also have boba which I did not try but will be ordering next time I go back. Taste: 7.5/10 Ambiance: 7/10 Cleanliness: 9/10 Service: 9/10 Value: 4/10 (it's a bit expensive)

Stumbled upon this shop when I was dropping my car off for an oil change. It was really cute, with the service being quick and efficient. I tried a taro donut and the funnel cake. They were both SO yummy, I loved the chewy texture of the mochi donut. I also ordered an ube drink with mochi and a coffee drink. They were both really good, however they don't offer a different type of milk besides whole milk, which is a bit disappointing. I give it 4 stars for the donuts and 3 for the beverages due to the lack of options. Definitely worth a try and I'm curious to try their rice hot dogs in the future!

The donuts are consistent across mochinut locations and so i definitely had a huge belly laugh when i read the first person to review this location not because they've never had mochi donuts but because they think this is a small business. Close to 150 locations across the country doesn't sound like they are hurting for people's money especially at 9 dollars for 3 donuts. Personally id rather shop at a local mom and pop shop who don't have 149+ locations out here. Great examples are the local donut(Scottsdale) and mochi Roly in mesa. We came in today for a freebie donut we got off of instagram and tried the ube coated donut. It was cloyingly sweet. We also got the ube boba drink. It was so terrible that neither my son and i wanted to get past 2-3 sips each. The boba was over cooked and the ube drink was just off. My son who mind you LOVES homemade ube halaya so for him not to like it speaks volumes. He was so mad that the boba was bad that we had to go across the street to one of our staples. Pink panda boba at the gas station. Wasn't complaining there one bit. I drank mine too fast as usual. Can't say we will be back. It's fine but there are better options. Real local spots not chains.

Very delicious! Matcha is a must try!! The ube churro is also a favorite! We will definitely become regulars here because the kids love it so much. This is a nice addition to Gilbert. The service is great. Paying is easy.

Very friendly. We were greeted with a smile and given lots of time to look at products to make our decisions. If one likes mochi and donuts this is the perfect place to go. Yummy!

I've never tried mochi donuts before, but kept seeing this place on Facebook and wanted to try it. The shop is really cute and the staff was very friendly and helpful at explaining the menu. The donuts are really soft and delicious. Definitely worth trying. The funnel cake was very good. The chocolate was very rich and sweet.

Mochinut is AWESOME! The cinnamon churro mochinut is easily one of the best flavors and I highly recommend the peached ice tea. The coffee drink with boba is also reallly good! One of the cashiers on Friday evening was also super helpful and really nice and helped us make ramen

I love their surprise series where you get a drink where you get a blind cup for Sanrio character plushies for example. They have a couple claw machines. They also have a self order kiosk for you to optionally order your own drinks or snack food. Fun little place to hang out. A few small tables are outside as well. Will be back again!

The drink was delicious: loved the salty foam on the top and the coffee was tasty as always. The boba was chewy and cooked well. Price was comparable to other boba spots: $5.99 plus $0.75 for boba. Would come back when in the area to try other drinks, and maybe some food!

I choose a Slushy made from Strawberry, Banana, and ice for me. It's is quite good, but I wish it had a bit more strawberries since the banana flavor was more prominent and the strawberry almost not there. I got full before I had finished half of the drink. Deliciousness -- 10/10 We ordered a bunch of snacks and I'm telling you right now, the deep-fried stuff is non-negotiable. The popcorn chicken is life-altering. I don't even want to exaggerate but it actually changed my standards. The drinks are also dangerous. Smoothies and slushes both hit way harder than expected. Overall Score: 10/10 I would come back. My family is from Taiwan and so I was looking forward to coming here and giving it a try. Now granted, I am picky when it comes to Taiwanese food, so if not made right, you will know about it. We ordered the ground pork over rice and Taiwanese braised pork over rice combos. Both dishes were pretty good. I dont have high expectations here in Phoenix and I was pleasantly surprised! We also checked out their cold case and lots of comforting dishes like Taiwanese pickled cabbage, marinated pig ears, marinated seaweed and tofu gan. We got an order of the seaweed and tofu gan and it was good. Also had a boba tea to go and it was as expected. Boba was chewy like it should be and for $3.35, pretty good deal. Overall, the food was good and there is a specials daily menu by the cash register but its written in Chinese, so you probably need to ask the owner what specials they are having or bring me with you! When we came tonight there was eel over rice, 3 cups chicken over rice combo and papaya milk and green bean sweet soup. I'd definitely come back here again when Im in the mood for Taiwanese food but I would skip dining in. I felt like I was in some school cafeteria, zero ambiance. But the food was legit!
