    Jalapeno cheddar bagel w/lox spread
    Adrienne C.

Went here with friends for a late breakfast (like 11) on a Sunday. I got a cheddar jalapeno bagel with lox spread. The bagels are huge and fresh. My friends ordered the same thing and we were told after ordering that they were out of the bagel flavor we got. They said it would take 8 minutes to bake and asked if that was ok. We said yes. We wound up waiting around 20-25 minutes. They were busy and the bagels were good so all was forgiven. It's a fairly average looking place on the inside. Was clean for there to be so much traffic in and out. I'd come back if I were in the area.

Bagel nosh is so bomb. I get it delivered which can be pricy but it's so worth it! They have a promo danish today too for free! My go to is the bacon egg and cheese on a jalapeño bagel with jalapeño cream cheese! I was a little sad the cream cheese was on the side today but still so good.

Was in town for the Bruno Mars concert with my cousins & my one local cousin picked up some one morning along with a tub of plain cream cheese. I'm not really a bagel person because they get chewy & dense & that's too much bread for me personally. When she offered them to us we saw how light & fluffy they were with just a bit of a chewy texture on the outside. I toasted one half & put house-made cream cheese & it was so good that I ate the other half! In fact I said I think it was the best tasting bagel I've ever had!! My other cousins were even impressed & days later when I made a run, our friend said it was the best tasting bagel she'd ever had! I had a snack later in the evening and spread it with cream cheese and sliced strawberries & drizzled honey. So good!! On the run, I chose the 1/2 baker's dozen and chose 5 plain and 2 blueberry bagels. I chose the plain cream cheese tub and the nice clerk said he added 2 sample cream cheese--1 tub of the Jalapeño and a small cup of what smelled like cinnamon/sugar. I didn't get to taste those but they seemed like a fine addition. Aside from the standards, the flavors available are very unique like French Toast, Cranberry, Cheddar & Swiss, Monterey Cheese & even Chocolate! They also serve breakfast bagel sandwiches, scrambles, lunch sandwiches, smoothies and drinks. There's ample seating inside. They only open until 2pm so take note! I will definitely be back when I'm in the area!!

So happy I tried this place! The bagels are huge! The size of a small dinner plate. I ordered a ham and cheese and it came as a sandwich with lettuce, tomato, onion, mayo, and mustard. It was SO GOOD. Purchased the half dozen + 1 (7 bagels) with cream cheese combo as well. As mentioned, they are pretty big and didn't fully fit in my toaster (like 1/6th stuck out) but I didn't mind because I am getting so much bagel. Service was so pleasant, and the vibe inside is so cozy and comforting.

My fiance and I LOVE this spot! It's our go-to when we are craving a bagel! They always have a lot of different flavors of bagels and lots of bagel sandwich options as well! Today I got the Sonoran on a Jalapeño Cheddar bagel. If you like a bit of spice I HIGHLY recommend it! We got our bagels to go but there is a lot of seating if you want to dine in.

Not a bad neighborhood bagel shop! They have plenty of bagel options, beyond anything you could want, and the coffee they make is pretty solid too. Definitely can get pretty packed and have longer wait times on the weekend mornings, but still worth the wait.

If you live near and are just craving a bagel then this might be the spot. The inside has seating and there's a good amount of space. Right away I noticed tons of drink options too. I ordered the Az breakfast sandwich with bacon and cheddar and it was super filling. I saw complaints of thin bagels and it wasn't the thickest bagel I had but the sandwich was huge so I wasn't disappointed with look or taste. The French toast bagel with cream cheese and honey was also good but not what I expected it was more like a sugary honey bagel. Still delicious though.

Price and quality did not match…read more I ordered the pastrami sandwich and immediately noticed some cost cutting choices, like butter flavored spray (can we use real butter) US Foods/Chef's Store sourdough bread, (can we use real sourdough bread) and a microwave sitting next to the griddle (which the griddle looks like it has not been cleaned very often). I didn't think much of it at first, but then I watched the owner heat the pastrami in the microwave before assembling the sandwich. I've never had a deli sandwich prepared that way right in front of me, and it was disappointing. She also pulled out a large bag of Taylor Farms shredded lettuce. I asked for no lettuce, and she joked that "people don't want lettuce anymore." Given the recent news surrounding Taylor Farms, that comment didn't exactly inspire confidence. What really surprised me was that the pastrami was placed in a plastic basket and microwaved. Whether or not it's considered safe, seeing food heated that way wasn't very appetizing. Looking around, there also didn't appear to be any real kitchen equipment for preparing hot sandwiches beyond a microwave. A Blackstone griddle or even a quality countertop oven would have inspired much more confidence in the food, especially considering the owner's Yelp responses emphasizing the quality of their sandwiches. From what I experienced, the preparation didn't match those claims. In the end, we ordered just one pastrami sandwich and one beer, and the total came to about $25, with the sandwich alone costing over $17. For that price, I expected much better ingredients and preparation. Unfortunately, the quality didn't match the cost. We tried to be as nice as possible but we left feeling pretty disappointed and couldn't wait to get out of there.

After ordering a toasted sub at the counter (I got the La Canna - their take on the Italian), I went to the drink station and there's hundreds, maybe thousands of stickers plastered all over the place- on the walls, on drink dispensers, bathroom doors, and more. The drink station has a Pepsi soda fountain, sweet and unsweet tea and several flavors of Kool Aid. The coolest thing inside is the giant mural on the West wall that was custom-made for this location, as it features the nearby San Marcos Resort and Hotel in the background. Pretty neat touch. I sat on the West side of the restaurant where they have large glass windows and natural light pouring in. You can watch people wander downtown Chandler as you dine. The sub was delivered to my table open-faced. The bread is a great blend of crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. My wife ordered the Power Plant, and we paid extra for Extra Spicy Ranch. Again. But apparently the employees have some kind of vendetta against actually putting Extra Spicy Ranch on the sandwich when you order Extra Spicy Ranch. I can just picture someone reading the ticket: "Oh look, the customer has explicitly said they want Extra Spicy Ranch! They even PAID for Extra Spicy Ranch! But because I work here, and I am the gatekeeper of Spicy Ranch, NONE SHALL PASS!" At this point I'm convinced there's a giant slug-like mob boss named Cheeba the Hutt, cousin of Jabba the Hutt, sitting somewhere in the back of Cheba Hut guarding the Spicy Ranch reserves. Apparently selecting it online and paying actual money for it isn't enough to get past Cheeba. Every time we pay for extra, never have we got extra - how do I know? Because the sandwich is dry. I ordered a Build Your Own because Cheba Hut has decided to no longer carry the A-Train, which was my legit GO TO! I'm still salty about that one. I selected mayo, Dijon mustard, and regular mustard on my sandwich, so thankfully I had enough sauce to keep me content. Mine was actually pretty good. Then there was the Rainbow Crispy. What a con-job! I thought I was getting a Fruity Pebbles crispy treat. Oh noooooo. They watered that sucker down with Cap'n Crunch and Crunch Berries too! If I wanted a Crunch Berry bar, I would've ordered a Crunch Berry bar. Hoodwinked! I do want to be fair because this visit WAS better. Pickup went smoothly, the ingredients were fresh, and after our previous awful experience Cheba Hut refunded our entire order. Their customer service afterward was great, and I absolutely give them credit for making things right. I even reached out before this visit because I didn't want anything free. I just wanted to pay for our food, have it prepared the way we ordered it, and hopefully get back to having the positive Cheba Hut experiences we used to have. And that's really where my frustration comes from. Cheba Hut used to be a "Fo Sho!" for us. It was one of those places where you knew what you wanted, knew it was going to be good, and didn't think twice about ordering. Unfortunately, that "Fo Sho!" confidence has now been reduced to more of a, "Meh... I hope they don't mess it up again." So this visit does redeem Cheba Hut somewhat. We're moving back up to 3 stars. The ingredients are fresh, there's still a lot to like, and I KNOW they can make a damn good sandwich. We just need to figure out how to consistently get the sandwich we actually ordered.
