If you ever feeling your blood sugar levels tanking, come here. It's so sweet. I think I got a sugar high from the first two bites alone. My co-worker treated the office to some doughnuts and if I didn't have black coffee at hand, this sweet treat would have brought me to my knees. A kind gesture from the co-worker but definitely one that had me on a sugar high. I like the texture of the doughnuts though. They had good flavor and consistency. If they can just bring the sugar level down, I can see myself coming back.
I really wanted to love this place after seeing an Instagram video that made the donuts look incredible. I was especially excited to try one of their savory donuts, but unfortunately, they stop making them after a certain time because the ovens are turned off. Instead, I ordered a four-pack with the Coconut Cream, S'mores, Turtle Cheesecake, and French Toast donuts. Visually, they were absolutely beautiful and looked just as good as they did online. Unfortunately, the flavor didn't quite live up to the presentation. The biggest issue was that the toppings were mostly concentrated on top, so most bites ended up tasting like plain donut. For the size of the donuts, I was expecting the flavors to be carried throughout. If I had to pick a favorite, it would be the Turtle Cheesecake because it had a little more topping, making each bite more flavorful. Overall, they're definitely eye-catching and worth trying if you're curious, but they didn't quite live up to the hype for me
Exceptional donuts, great service, and their black coffee is absolutely delicious. Big, bright, and beautiful atmosphere, plenty of seating indoors and outdoor, and very clean restrooms. Definitely a Five Star experience!

God this place rocks. I wish it would expand further west, and dare I say... to Reno, NV... I know there is one coming to HB in Southern California but it still has yet to open years later. That will be the one I get to take my kids to when the doors finally open up. As far as Parlor, don't come here looking to leave the same weight you arrived with.... These are incredibly terrible for, in a magically delicious way... I will never make a trip to Mesa/Phoenix without going here. Me personally, I skip the filled ones, but everything here is friggin awesome. The staff is super friendly, always has been, and they are very patient as you're and choose from the at least 20-40 flavors they have...

Bravo!!! so I have an addiction to donuts so I have had my share and let me tell you these are wonderful donuts! If you want like a classic glazed donut, this place is not for you. If you want a variety of flavors in a cake donut you will love this place. I got four donuts and I would say the maple pecan was my absolute favorite. I wish there were one of these in every city. I will be back! Ordered the blueberry, lemon, honey glazed, and maple pecan.
Loved it here - great donuts & drinks! My husband got the French toast donut and he loved it, it was pretty indulgent but he enjoyed it nonetheless. I got a coffee and it was pretty solid! They have lots of different types of donuts (indulgent and creative, or classic) and seem to be able to accommodate a lot of dietary preferences. We always see lots of families coming in and out with plenty of different types of donuts in hand, so obviously they are well-loved by the community. They have a TON of seating indoor and outdoor - my husband and I were doing a grab-and-go for donuts and coffee, but this would be a perfect place for a coffee date or get together. Service was good and prices are reasonable - will be coming back!

You can order both savory and sweet donuts, as well as breakfast sandwiches. The staff members were very helpful and patient - many donut toppings are built to order. Came across this place by accident. I decided to take a peak inside. I have a weakness for fresh and unique doughnuts. They have a nice patio to enjoy your company, coffee and doughnuts. Their menu has some unique flavors, especially their seasonal summer menu. Blueberries and lemon are a great flavor combination... and peaches. Who doesn't like peaches??? I love caramel, cinnamon, chocolate and peanut butter. Cinnamon rolls are my tried and true go to. I decided to be a good girl and only get one doughnut.. I got the bourbon caramel doughnut and a cinnamon, honey cold brew coffee. The cold brew coffee was perfectly balanced not too sweet or acidic. I asked for light ice and that's what I got. The caramel bourbon doughnut was amazing!! The frosting was a perfect consistency. The dough was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Parlor Doughnuts did not disappoint. I definitely will be back
Best donuts I've had by far! They're flakey, layered and have just the right crisp on the outside. My favorite is the blueberry hill, but I've really enjoyed every one I've tried. The minis are also a great option, and I typically get the powdered jelly and coconut crème-- the minis are layered too! I haven't tried the other food items, like sandwiches, they look decent but I go for the donuts and sometimes a cold brew. Be sure to download the app for a free donuts then other perks/points! I do wish the employees were better about sharing that, especially when you share "it's my first time in" or something... I visited probably 5x spending $10-$20+ before I discovered on my own on Instagram. My dog loved the "pawlor donut" too!

Let me start by saying I wish I had a parlor doughnuts closer to where I live!!!!! This was our first time trying it and we're hooked. We got half a dozen to share with our friends and then I had to try one of their savory doughnuts since they all looked delicious. My favorite one out of the sweet doughnuts was the maple pecan and a close second was the bourbon caramel (and keep in mind caramel isn't my favorite). But, the chicken bacon ranch doughnut was so unique, that I would for sure come back just to get it again - I also want to come back to try the other savory doughnuts as well. Q: Why couldn't the teddy bear finish his donut? A: He was stuffed! Parlor Doughnuts began as a small doughnut shop in downtown Evansville, IN in 2019 and has since invaded Phoenix. They are mostly known for their "famous layered doughnuts." And while it is indeed a textural delight, their toppings are insanely sweet. I tried two of their doughnuts recently and woo! First off, one doughnut was enough for two breakfasts. The maple bacon doughnut paired well with some black coffee due to how sweet it was. Even with the salty savory bacon, the maple was overpowering. While the doughnuts were delightful when paired with a beverage to help tone down the sweetness, I'm not sure I can say it was worth the commute. If I'm in the area, I might buy a single doughnut. I can't imagine buying a box and being able to finish it. read more

Someone at work brought in these doughnuts for us and they were incredible! The doughnuts were unique in that the bottom part was more bread-y and I guess they're known as a layered doughnut. It wasn't like traditional cake or yeast style doughnut. They were really yummy!! I tried a few different ones which included the raspberry pistachio, lemon bar and the French toast (or maybe it was the sandy beach?). Each one was delicious! I went for a quick sweet treat and I definitely got it! I ordered the mini doughnuts because I was in a hurry. The young ladies working very pleasant and helpful when I asked for recommendations. The Parlor was very nicely decorated and inviting. My doughnuts were so soft and moist and just what I needed! My visit was short and sweet but a lasting impression! Love this place! The doughnuts are thick with a slightly crunchy texture, so good. There are so many different flavors to choose from. I really like the French Toast and Turtle, and the mini Coconut Cream and Apple Pie are both great too. I also tried the latte, it's a bit on the sweeter side for me, but still hit the spot for a good coffee fix. The place itself is bright, clean, and welcoming. Service is already fast, polite, and helpful. I'll definitely be coming back to try even more doughnut flavors! read more

I love sweets, treats and especially DONUTS! I saw an on FB for Parlor Doughnuts and it's not super close to where I live but found myself near the neighborhood so popped in for the Daily Deal ~ either a medium hot coffee or an iced latte and any donut. As I stepped inside I was warmly greeted by the girl behind the counter. She guessed it was my first time and gave me space to look over the doughnut display. The establishment is very clean and neatly kept. They pride themselves on small batch doughnuts made throughout the day. There are many delectable and interesting combinations of doughnuts you don't see at other places. I calmed down my sweet tooth and only purchased one . . . this time! But I will definitely be back to try more. I chose the Bourbon Caramel and an iced latte. The girl asked if I wanted flavored syrup in my latte which was not an extra charge which was a nice surprise. Disappointingly the latte was not very good. It lacked much coffee flavor. It tasted mostly like milk with a touch of the syrup and only a hint of coffee. On to the donut ~ it was DELICIOUS! I believe they are a variation of the cronut being that they are layered donuts but a bit more dense than a traditional cronut. Still they are so flaky and scrumptious. The Bourbon Caramel donut was perfection. I'm excited to go back again with my family and get a variety and share them since they really are big enough to share between two people. Parlor also offers vegan/gluten friendly, and a keto friendly doughnut, along with a special doughnut for all dog lovers/owners with their Doggie Doughnut. Swung in on a Tuesday morning and was so excited to try this place since it has been bookmarked to try for a while! Now, let me start off by saying the customer service is outstanding. If I was just rating purely on customer service I would give this place 10/10 stars. The staff is so friendly and personable. I also LOVE that they can make almost any donut gluten free or vegan, there are so many different options to choose from. Getting into the actual gf donuts themselves... I would definitely pass. Staff warned us they were small. The flavor is very off putting and I kept trying to convince myself it was good but my mom and I both agreed they were not good. It was over $8, close to $9 so we were disappointed. I have not had many good gluten free donuts (I think it's something very difficult to master) but I would love to try their breakfast sandwiches; they offer gf bread. I arrived late afternoon on a Saturday, and they were low on the available donuts, but of you're willing to wait - they'll make them fresh for you!!! Worth the wait! So good!!! I first was introduced to Parlor in California and so happy they've made it out to Arizona!!! The staff was super nice. Bathrooms are big and clean. The wife is obsessed with this place! What can I say...she loves their coconut filled doughnut and she also grabbed on of the special banana cream pie ones and a lemon one. These doughnuts are so good and those that are filled have a good amount of it to really make a great experience when eating. If you're looking for a sweet dessert that's perfectly buttery & flakey, perfectly balanced, with so so many delicious options, and it's sweet but not toooooo sweet and will probably make your top 3 list of favorite doughnuts everrrrrrrr.... Their staff handled their Parlor Donuts' Ahwatukee location grand opening last weekend very well. They were very friendly and kept the line of 10-15 out the door moving very fast. They had the foresight to hand out free water while we waited. Disappointed that the free doughnut offer was restricted to specific donuts. The coffee was okay. The donuts were good. OMG, this place is amazing!! The donuts are absolutely out of this world good, and there's plenty of space to sit and enjoy your treat with a fabulous specialty coffee. The selection of donuts is amazing. I stopped in one day on a whim because I thought it was a donut place that had been located much closer to my house. While I was wrong about that, I'm so glad that I stumbled into this place. It is in Ahwatukee, in fact, almost the Foothills. It is tucked away in a Trader Joe's shopping center with big trees obscuring the entrance. You have to deliberately be going there to find it.
