Donuts are good but wow what a dump!!! Truck stop restrooms make this place look like the four seasons. Even lobby is trash (literally)

The little enjoying her Taro smoothie.

Great location! We went in specifically for the boba. Ordered 1 Thai Tea and 2 blended taro bobas. Paid for 2, thanks to a coupon I received in the mail. It was about 2:30pm when we got there and the place was packed with what I assume to be high school kids a block away. Donuts were fully stocked and ready to go. Place seemed to be clean and service was good. We'll be in for our early morning donut run...or boba because it was delicious.

Such a quaint little quiet place. My Thai Tea with Boba was tasty as well as my Sour Cream Donut. Got to spend the afternoon with my kids. This is the beginning of their Fall break and enjoyed the evening with our host. The two ladies were very quiet but very nice. What can I say, great company, great taste, and great time!

Horrible service and the AC is turned off. Not friendly and no sense of urgency or gratitude towards customers.

The donut were good but do not go to this store when you are in a rush. There is zero hustle at this location.

BUT I did make reservations for the next day, so I wouldn't leave Arizona without out trying this place. Choices were hard, but we narrowed it down to "Butcher" pizza and Uncle Arthur's sausage meatball, parmigiano cream with mafalde pasta! It was a good choice for us. Just enough food for the two of us with a glass of white wine! We REALLY, REALLY wanted to try to save room for Tiramisu, but we just couldn't. We were staying at a hotel, so we knew we couldn't take home the left overs since we were heading back to California the next morning. Oh, oh, I wish you guys were here in San Diego, but looks like I will have to wait till our next trip to Chandler! What a great lively place....if it wasn't so cold I would have opted to sit outside. It looked pretty out there, too!

Thank you service was wonderful! 3/28/26 Reading previous Yelp reviews a few people mentioned that they had a hard time finding the shop. Luckily they left good instructions on what to look for and where it's at. We found it without any problems and it doesn't take much for me to get lost or turned around. Right when you walk in everything looks so pretty and delicious. I loved their GF selection and variety of pastries. We order a GF Vanilla Sprinkle Donut since they were out of Strawberry Pop Tarts. I do want to explore the coffee/espresso menu more next time we visit. Thanks you, service was great. Plenty of spaces to sit at and enjoy our donut.

Perhaps dining in is a better experience, I can't remember if they warm up the pastry but we took our maple, cheesecake croissant, and cinnamon roll to go. It tasted a day old. The croissant/ bread didn't taste fresh, almost stale. I opted to warm it up a bit, it was a bit better but then it just started feeling too sweet so I wasn't interested anymore. the cinnamon roll breading lacked flavor, but the cream on top was good. But again the bread dough just felt stale. It was a Sunday in the AM that we went. Not busy at all. Since it's a part of an apartment, parking is a little awkward and can feel tight. You could easily not notice the place and mistake it for being closed. It's right off of the round about. (the wind had blew over the open sign and the open sign wasn't lit) Service is okay, nice enough. Not really warm. Seating is ample and is cozy to sit and read or catch up with a friend.

Between the gourmet marshmallows, cupcakes, and milkshakes made with Blue Bell ice cream, it's basically a sugar lover's playground. My daughter ordered the Cookie Monster shake, which was as outrageous as it sounds. She walked out with a full-on sugar buzz and a bright blue tongue, which honestly felt like a childhood rite of passage. Mission accomplished. Is it a day's worth of calories? Probably. Was it worth every bite? Absolutely. The staff is super friendly and helpful, and the shop itself is cute and really clean, which makes the whole experience even better. I'll admit I'm a little relieved we don't live down the street anymore because we definitely need the recovery time between visits. But when the sweet tooth hits, this place is a blast.
