It's not every day that I get to sacrifice my life for a treat, but when my son and I were driving down the street and I pointed out Bosa Donuts, he slammed on the brakes and turned into the parking lot. My purse went flying and the smell of burning rubber permeated the air. But we were going to have donuts, and nothing was going to stop us. The shop is dated...or full of character....whichever perspective you choose. It's not the neatest or most trendy spot in town, but the donuts are good! The also have a variety of boba teas, in case you need to layer your sugar-no judgment here. You can take your order to go, or there are tables both inside and outside for you to stay and enjoy. Just, whatever you do, drive safe out there. (That's mostly a word of caution for my son. Ahem.) read more

The one thing I appreciate across all Bosa locations is the consistency on the taste of their donuts. Whether it's the regular glazed, Boston cream (my fave) or blueberry filled.... they hit the cravings "spot" every single time. This is definitely one of their more tenured locations. Few tables inside. Looks like it's mostly a to go kind of location. The owners were sitting down hanging out while waiting for customers to come thru, when I walked in one got up to help me but no Hi how are you type of courtesy but that's OK, I was there for the Boston cream and some yummies for the Littles! read more

Don't bother with this location. They have flies playing all over the donuts in the display. And if you have children, be careful. They allow multiple homeless people to camp out near the dumpsters. read more

I have been going to this location for 15 years and I have become progressively disappointed in the service from this location specifically. The employees are always rude and I can never tell if they hate me or their job more. The drive thru sign is run down and the microphone system is always broken and has been for a long time. The food itself has normally been consistently great. Croissant breakfast sandwiches are delicious as well as the donuts. However, I recently ordered a chocolate milk for my child, and was given a regular milk. When I checked it at home, it was expired. That was the final straw for me. After coming here since I was a child, I refuse to go back. There's a much nicer location east of this one on University. Luckily Bosa Donuts is great wherever you go! read more

Very good donuts! I ordered four donuts; a sugar, Boston cream, maple bar, and jelly filled. All were fantastic and tasted very good, no bad taste or anything! (I got a water too, but what is there to review on that? ) The service was nice, seemed a little busy, but not too busy to where the point I had to wait. The ambiance looks like every other Bosa Donuts: Clean, old fashioned, etc. Very good location, located in a nice area too. read more

Had them delivered so don't know about the ambiance. Didn't go in, so I don't know about the service. What I do know is that those were the most scrumptious cake like donuts that I have EVER tasted. Just AmAzInG! read more

I am not the biggest fan of donuts, personally, but do appreciate them! I know Bosa has a huge following and I was in a pinch and needed some Donut Holes for a party, they definitely delivered! This location is near downtown Mesa and does offer a drive thru. I went in to check out the menu. The space is a bit older, but does offer seating if you want to dine in. The service and staff are SUPER friendly as well, making you feel very welcomed and happy to chat. I wish they had a more clear cut menu, as it does not list their donut options and prices by the dozen or anything other than a single, but they are happy to answer any questions. It's also a bit chaotic and listed throughout the back wall and counter. They had ample options from classic donuts, to specialty and festive Halloween options! I ordered six dozen mixed with chocolate and classic glazed, it was about ten bucks and honestly a solid price for the quantity. I also snagged a few breaky sandwiches, sausage, egg, cheese on a croissant. It was not life changing by any means, but for six bucks, hot and fresh it definitely hit the spot! They also have a generous menu of various savory sandwiches and beverages. Solid spot if you are craving a quick bite of donuts or breakfast! read more

This is the best location, not only is it the closest to my house but also the service is excellent and always very quick to get you the best donuts! read more

I was treated very well, even to the point where the person at the store called me when I was late for my pick up. I had gotten lost and she helped me. When I got there, my order was prepared and it was a quick pick up. When I got home I ate the best apple fritter I've ever had and my auto mechanics. Enjoyed the Boston cream donuts that I got for them. I will return. read more

Love their "homemade" donuts & various pastries . Love people who work there. So sweet! They make us feel like home. Plus, they treat us like we live in a small town full of friendly residents greeting to each other often. One thing I wish they open *on-time* not much later after their opening hours. AND I wish they open 24/7 especially they are so close to my house in the Fraser Field area, GRR! read more

Yum, They are the Bestest! Try them, you'll never go back! They have the Greatest Apple Fritters.

We walk in, me and my dad, no acknowledgement which is okay I guess. Then we just standing in this hot store looking around. Then we look at the donuts and at first glance you think theres flies in the case. Upon closer inspection you realize, BEE INFESTED DONUTS. DON'T COME HERE. read more

First and last visit to this spot. I forgot my debit card after I placed my order. I live two miles away and told her I'd come right back. My total before I left was 16.75. I come back and my total was $1.00 more. So I asked for a receipt. Crazy! Literally the receipt says extra $1.00 for what. Dishonesty is gross and business like this should be shut down. read more

The staff is always friendly, but the place is always a mess. Boxes and overstock everywhere, the trash is usually overflowing and there always seems to be flys and bees inside the shop as well. I personally don't mind since I know the food is always worth it, but if you are weary of disorganized places stay away from here, as well as if you're allergic to bees. read more

I DO-NUT know what I would do without Bosa Donuts in my life. Picking up a box of donuts on a Friday and taking them to work makes you an office hero amongst your co-workers! I love the way the donuts taste better than most donuts I have had. The apple fritters (My favorite) are crisp and buttery. All of the donuts are soft and every bite is delicious. We recently went to our neighborhood Bosa and picked up some donuts. The lady was super nice and threw in some extra donuts for us! If you get the valpak mailer, there is a Bosa Donut coupon in there that allows you to buy a dozen donuts and get 6 donuts free. They also have other deals available. Bosa carries tons of other food and drinks on their menu like shaved ice, smoothies, boba, blended drinks, cappuccino, hot cocoa, thai iced tea, fountain drinks, tea, muffins, croissants, bagels, breakfast sandwiches, and lunch sandwiches. Bosa is my go to place for yummy donuts! I hope you enjoy them too! Update: The milk tea boba is SO GOOD! Creamy tea that is not too sweet. It hit the spot! read more

Delicious donuts! Fresh. Friendly service. Love bosa donuts but this location we especially like for the service

When I was in college, I used to go to this locally owned donut shop near my dorm, and later on, apartment. They were open all hours of the night, and had a huge selection of pastries n coffee to choose from. This place reminds me of that! The pro's of this place are many. It's locally owned, they have amazing hours, (5AM to 11PM if I am correct?) and are easy to find. I think this place used to be a Taco Bell many moons ago, and sat empty for a long time....until these guys moved in. Cons arent to bad, but I've only been there once, so I cant really think of any. Thier prices are fair, they have a great selection of donuts and coffee, and even offer combos! When I was here, I got the 2 donut and coffee combo and didn't even spend $4! woohoo. Will most likely return in the future! read more

Still the best donuts and coffee!! Co workers and my children love this place!! Best prices for freshly made donuts

I could eat your maple donut logs all day long. They are so moist and delicious. Please come open up in California. Whenever I am in Arizona I eat as many donuts as I can shove down! read more

Bosa is the only place i will go buy donuts from in Arizona unless someone gives me a taste of someplace better out here(which i doubt). I myself have tried donuts from all the different grocery stores except whole foods/sprouts if they even had any(which i doubt as well). I even used to fry donuts at safeway 2 years ago(not a good idea with how big of a klutz i am and how anal retentive i can be) plus safeway has you do things their way, so if i wanted to be creative it was frowned upon. So i know how tiring it is and annoying and just not fun. So i totally understand why donut places in general are not always 110% pleasant. If you have whiney customers you aren't gonna have the best service. Bosa's donuts are even more amazing when they are fresh they kind of remind me of krispy kreme but huge and not as expensive! That is what we call a great deal people!! I am always down for great deals on things! If a place charges 50 cents to swipe your card and you don't like it TOOOOO BADDDDDD! SHUT UP & STOP AT THE BANK BEFORE YOU GO TO ANY BOSA DONUT SHOP! SO TO ALL OF YOU WHO DON'T LIKE IT THEN YOU AREN'T SUPPORTING THEIR BUSINESS. I am sure that if you own your own restaurant it is not cheap to give people deals on great quality donuts so their will be a catch of some sort. so STOP at the bank before or bring some pocket change from home it isn't that difficult! Honestly. I swear there are too many dumb idiots breathing today with no common sense of grasping the whole picture of things. Bosa is awesome just bring some change with you!!! Power to the great businesses and not giving the Beth idiot GREAT customer service (because apparently based on her 8 reviews no place is stellar) because she does not deserve it with her narrow minded mentality and high expectations. just my opinion and i got my right to that 1st amendment just sayin! read more

I don't even want to give them 1 star .. more like NEGATIVE 10 STARS.. Nastiest coffee ever. Got a carmel iced coffee.. tasted bitter and not the flavor I ordered. Went back in to get a different flavor.. same nasty butter stale taste. I asked for my money back and the workers were very RUDE. I will not be going back here ever. Neither will my family and friends. read more

Best dang doughnuts ive ever had. My wife, my son and I go there every week for a dozen doughnuts. Sometimes twice a week if we're feeling a bit fatty. Who'd have thought to have donuts delivered- Bosa's comes through! The mixed dozens I've ordered have been great. I really used to love this place. I feel though ut has gone down in customer service in the past years. To be fair though the only bad experiences I have had is there country Club locatio. I came in tonight for a little snack for my boyfriend and I. Got a couple of donuts (only .99 ) a milkshake and a Thai tea. I have very sensitive teeth, not that it should matter at all. Any who i asked for light ice. I was SHOCKED when the lady told me that it would be a dollar extra for ( LIGHT ICE) . Never in my dining experiences have I ever been told that they would charge extra for asking for Less ice. So ridiculous, and CHEAP. Know for the donuts they were really good for the most part. 1st the apple crumble supper fluffy filled with just the right amount of jelly. 2nd the cake like glazed flower one. Supper moist but not a whole lot of glaze. For the 3rd was a powered chocolate stuffed donut, not a fan, a little two chocolate e I was expecting more of a Nutella type hazelnut chocolate fill. My bf really liked it though. The strawberry smoothie was not what I expected. From there advertisement I was expecting real strawberries, sadly this is not the case definitely some type of powdered mix kind of tasted like Fruity Pebbles. The Thai tea was terrible. Tasked more like water with a splash of Milky tea. They load the cup up to the brain with ice, no wonder they charge extra for light ice. They pre mix the drink which I really am not a fan of I like when the milk and the Cure separate and I can either drink or slowly swirl it in myself. The tea was so faint I could barely even taste it the color of the tea was way off as well. Definitely won't be back at this establishment. I don't rather go down the road to Krispy Kremes where prices don't fluctuate it's posted on their menu you. Plus it's nice to have fresh warm Donuts. read more
