We tried several of their donuts, ALL were fantastic, so fresh...in fact they were so awesome I forgot to take any pics....the Boston Cream was my fav, but to be honest all of them were tasty!!! So while visiting in the area I asked my aunt where do they like to get there donuts. She mentioned this spot and they have a few within a 15 mile radius. That might tell you something right there. So I had to check it out for myself. But, as always I do my Yelp read up on the place before had and like to compare my experience with the others. First things first, customer service was excellent! Very friendly and mindful of the line that begins to form. They will greet you and listen carefully to your order. They engage with their customers (I could tell some were regulars, addressing them by name) make eye contact and smile with their eyes. It is spacious inside, but at that time indoor seating was still not an option. Although they had a couple of spots outdoors for seating. Their selection of donuts are great classics. I didn't see anything fancy (I love to try those too, but you won't find that here). But I do like my classics as well. I got a variety, even included the ham and cheese croissants. Got my auntie a apple fritter, one of her faves. Also, glazed, chocolate covered, a couple of sprinkles, coconut, old fashion and some donut holes. I also loved the fact they had some specialty drinks! One of them being Thai Iced tea, one of my fave drinks! I got a Thai iced tea with boba. The donuts were fresh and the drink was just the way I liked it, the boba was even cooked to perfection, probably because it was fresh (went 7am) when I went for donuts. My mom loved the donuts and donut holes so much I returned the next morning to get some for the road trip back to Cali.. I would definitely return to Bosa Donuts. In my opinion, Bosa is the best place for donuts! I took my little babe to get a donut before school and he devoured it before I could even put my car in reverse lol. The donuts are always fresh and the maple bars are the best. The people working there are nice enough and let's be honest we aren't there for exceptional service... just for the donuts haha. Super nice and friendly cashier...However the place is PERMEATED with fabulouso type cleaner scent that it literally tastes like it in the donuts as well. So disgusting AND toxic! Not safe to eat at all. Why is it so hard to just clean with NON toxic stuff like vinegar or Force of Nature which is actually a disinfectant and not toxic and safe to use around food. This seems to a certain management member's favorite donut stop- this time I finally managed to get to the box before more than half or all were gone! And, I can't disagree with why they love this place so much- these donuts are REALLY good! So, it's about a 30 minute drive from this location to our office. The fact these donuts arrive still warm & perfectly in-tact speaks measures! They aren't at all "messy" and the presentation is fantastic. We really do appreciate how delicately they place & package them- those with allergies or certain preferences certainly love there isn't such a "cross contamination" hazard. For as many times as these have been brought in, there hasn't ever been a complaint, besides none being left for the field crew by the time they get in! Lol... ya snooze ya lose! The only thing with these- they are NOT at all "healthy"... not even remotely close to being allotted on any diet! They are sheer, pure, deep fried & sugar coated diabetes in a box! But, exceptionally pretty! I allow myself ONE, a SMALL one, as a treat. And, I don't usually consume the entire thing right away as I'm balancing work... so I couldn't help but notice the fact the paper towel it was sitting on was entirely SOAKED in oil/grease by the time I went to finish the last 1/2 of it. YIKES!! I feel like there is just a little too much oil used in frying these, if they're seeping to the point of soaking. None the less- you aren't going to get anything less than fantastically tasty here! I opted to bring a leftover plain ol' classic glazed one home for dessert & even 8+ hours later, yummy!!! They have that perfect consistency of slightly doughey, but perfectly cooked. Fresh is best, but they hold up extremely well & I wouldn't be surprised if the "day old" sitting out still tasted great! Out of allllll the donut shops visited & generously brought in to share- this one seems to be the most popular repeat & I have to agree! While they're a tad heavy on the oil side, they still somehow manage to outshine any competition. BoSa disappears quicker than any other dozen brought in. Not that impressed with this location. I have experienced a few Bosa Donuts in my life time. Most of the time the donuts have been really great. Here however, I just wasn't that impressed. One of the dark haired employees (not the blonde even though she doesn't wear a mask either) wasn't wearing a mask while she was clearly sick and coughing...but it was too late...I paid for my food and I was inside. Shortly after this incident...I got sick with similar symptoms as her. The other two dark haired employees wore masks other times I came in when they might not be feeling well. Obviously anyone who doesn't feel well shouldn't come to work, but clearly they have a small operation at just one of these chain bosas. I could go back cause the food is good and service is good...but please do a better job of not getting people sick. I know it's important to the two people who look like they own the facility. I know it's not really important to the area/customers they serve regularly (at least masking would never be). But please keep Asian cultural health protocols (ie. I called Sunday afternoon and asked about having 5 dozen donuts the next morning. They made it simple, took my order, name/number, that was it. I showed up the next morning, maybe even a few minutes early, and there they were, sitting behind the glass packed and ready for me. Employees were super friendly, helpful, and efficient. I didn't open the boxes before delivering, for fear of me eating one, haha.. But from the weight of the boxes they "hooked it up". I normally go to the one up in Mesa but this one has caught my business on a couple of occasions. The donuts are fresh even late at night, and the service is fast. The store is well lit and clean as well. If you like a decent dunker for your Cup of Joe you just can't beat a Bosa. There are a lot of Specialty shops that do bacon covered Capn Crunch donuts sprinkled with cream cheese (for the love of God stop that already) so it's nice to find just a plain old donut chain which serves great baked goods and that hasn't lost their damn minds yet. read more

Okay we had to give this place a try. We had some jelly filled, old fashioned and their originals. I found the donuts very heavy. The breading always make the difference. These donuts were heavy like cake donuts. The shop was very small and coffee was nothing special. I prefer Krispy Kreme donuts and will probably stick to them. read more

I've tried the donuts here a couple of times and I just can't get on board with them! The maple bar both times just wasn't cooked enough (for me) and the donut part was really light colored and doughy! It's like it needs to be cooked just a little bit longer. I noticed this was true for the glazed, and the chocolate bar too. Gooey donuts are just not appetizing. Both times I've been there I've bought a couple different ones and ended up taking a bite and throwing them away. Sorry but just not into under cooked donuts! read more

I'm not sure I will be going back. Asked for a ham sandwich with Mayo and non-toasted bread since I will be eating it for lunch. She toasted the bread and proceeded to add mustard. After explaining I only wanted Mayo she took the top layer off added the right ingredients. I was in there for 20 minutes just for them to made a sandwich.
