I don't go to Dunkin' often, but when the craving hits, I usually visit this location. It's tucked in the Plaza at Power Marketplace. It's not really visible from the road, so it's easily missed if you're not looking for it. My visits are usually tied to errands in the plaza. To me, Dunkin' is good for affordable treats. Most of the items here are loaded with sugar -- which is expected -- so when I order a drink, I usually ask for no flavor or just one pump. It's plenty sweet for me. I've gotten a donut once or twice here. Though it's not the best, it hits the spot. I also appreciate that Dunkin' has expanded its menu over the years to offer more savory snacks. I usually have pretty positive experiences while I am there. But today, I was waiting to speak to someone and then there was a line, so I drove up to the window. The female has Black hair and looked old. She didn't apologize and said, "Yeah?" I asked her about why no one answered. I've been a big fan of Dunkin Donuts for about 5 years now and I have to say, this location is by far my favorite to visit. I recently started a new job in Gilbert so this location is in my pathway to work each morning and I make my usual stop at least 3-4 times a week. Sadly I don't know the name of the guy who takes my order most days but his attitude is by far the greatest and most up-beat personality I've ever experienced in a drive through. The waits are never long when I come by (most days it's between 9am & 10am) and the service is always friendly and quick. If you're a regular at this location in the mornings you probably know who I'm talking about! What makes me ultimately right this review is that I personally choose to pass by another location which is within a mile of my home (also on my way to work) just because the service here has always been one for me to remember and enough to bring me back for my daily coffee! read more

I wish I could leave zero stars. The manager here is an absolute stuck up grumpy buffoon he is so rude! His name is Ben. He always has such a grouchy and extremely unpleasant attitude whenever I pass by and stop to this location. I have spoken with others who go to this location and they have shared similar experiences to mine. For instance, last time I visited I took the drive thru and when he greeted me he sighed and seemed irritated that he had to take an order. He asked me what size, but I couldn't understand what he said at first, so I asked, "I'm sorry?" And he asks me "WHAT SIZE?!" In a very loud and abrupt manner. When I answered, large, he said "ok total at the window." In again, in an irritated voice. When I pulled up to the window he spoke in such a angry and annoyed tone the entire time, and didn't even look at me to hand me my order. I see other reviews about his behavior on here as well, so it seems he is just an absolute asshole all around. He alone makes this location a terrible experience every time, and he should honestly be fired. I love Dunkin Donuts and so since I was on the other side of town I decided to drop by here. I ordered a Dark Roasted Iced Coffee with 3 flavors (Toasted Almond, Coconut, Pistachio) and it was so bland. My cup didn't have any markings of what I wanted and the drink was pretty white. It tasted like water down milk with a hint of coffee with no flavors. I had to go home and add sugar and chocolate syrup to try and possibly salvage it. Maybe because it was during a rush but they also somehow manage to include a tea with my order. Also because it was so busy I couldn't find anyone to guarantee my order with. Overall good, this is my go to coffee spot in the early morning. Morning crew from drive threw are straight to it on getting you your drink. Of course like any place they mess up every once and while but some of you guys need to chill out. It's not the end of the world. Iced Carmel coffee with cream and sugar is a good basic choice and pumpkin drinks aren't bad either. Doughnuts could definitely be more fresh. Last summer, I went there very early in the morning. You could tell staff was tired. They did a great job preparing our large order of donuts and coffee. The food was great quality as well. One thing that did upset me is that they forgot one donut. Not to big of an issue, just hope it doesn't happen again. Good service, great food, good quality. How does a refreshing difference from Betty Dr., Throughs at most fast food or coffee locations. This is a basic Dunkin' Donuts where the coffee is served as you would expect from the franchise. I go through this location at least once a weak for my caramel iced coffee with cream and sugar. Recently, I went through and they were out of caramel but the young lady at the drive thru suggested red velvet and this was equally delicious! My own qualm would be that at the other queen creek location, they are more cautious, not even touching you credit card. Either way do me I sanitize my card prior to handing it over but I know thats not always the case. I would like to see the manager implementing more safety precautions for the employees sake. Also, often the speaker is so quiet and I thought this had to do with the employee speaking quietly but after dealing with several employees who faced the same issue I'm assuming it's an issue with the mic so may be something you would like to look into. This is my go-to place for iced coffees, breakfast, like their donuts or a breakfast sandwich. Their breakfast is always good. Most of the employees are really nice. But then you got the bald guy with the glasses. He has the WORST customer service. I have the best mood in the morning, so usually I let his negative energy slide. But today he legit opened the window, didn't even look at me and said the price. I handed the money out and he turned around and starting talking to the employees. I was like ok???? So I sat there with my money handed out of the window and 5 minutes later, he grabs the money out of my hand and just throws the change back at me and hands me my drink. Besides telling me the price, he didn't look at me or say a word to me. Customer service can make or break a company. I visit this DD almost every morning for coffee. There is one employee there in the morning that is just a really nice and friendly human being. I honestly don't know his name but he takes the orders through the drive through and is always very friendly and happy. He also is considerate if I am on the phone and while I understand that is kinds of rude of me, he gets that people work and it happens! The coffee is the best and worth the price. They also have a punch card where you can get your 8th cup of coffee free. Overall I LOVE this location! read more
