I have never gone wrong with these items so they keep bringing me back...along with the AWESOME employees that work there. Chloe, the Staff Supervisor at the Signal Butte and Baseline provided us with the WORST service I have ever received from Starbucks in my life! As a shareholder, as well as a daily customer and an active member of the community who purchased large monthly orders for our Gilbert Public Schools school meetings, I am completely disappointed with how Chloe handled my order request! She made my family and I feel less than and unappreciated. It was very sad moment for us, enough to make me write the very first NEGATIVE review of my life! This Starbucks is located across the street from a Walmart and next to an In-N-Out Burger. The parking lot can be scary at times with all the cars and drivers not paying attention. The drive-thru here gets very busy and constantly has a long line - I'd recommend parking and walking inside to order. read more

Went here for coffee on Thanksgiving morning. They were friendly and I was greeted upon entering. However, the problem comes when you order. If you've made the grave error of being so old fashioned that you actually walk into a business and order you will be placed waaaaay down the line. There were LOTS of people standing waiting for orders. A new barista came on duty and shouted "give me your name if you're a mobile order, I'll be working on those now!" So there I stood for about 20 minutes when I finally decided I didn't have a day to spend in Starbucks waiting for a coffee that was on their lowest priority level. I asked to be refunded but the girl said "well I can refund you, or we can make you a priority" so I foolishly said ok; then the barista made more orders before finally doing mine. When I finally got my coffee it was, to say the least, the most bitter, and unappealing cup of coffee I'd had in a long while. For the price, the effort, the product, and the service I'm not ever returning to any Starbucks. To say their system of processing orders is inefficient at best, and not worth the end result is the best I can do for this place. read more

Kind of sad that when you make a mobile order it gives you a timeframe in which your order should be ready and you get there and just have to sit there and continuously wait furthermore when they finally call you up for your drink it's not even done correctly and when you tell them they cop an attitude. I definitely will not be returning to the Starbucks! Waiting 25 mins for a drink with nobody in the lobby & a small drive thru line. Ridiculous

This starbucks never makes my drinks right. I went through the drive thru this morning and asked for a venti cold brew w/ the salted cream cold foam. A drink that is on their menu with no special instructions. So the drink is ordered, and I'm at the window, the girl running the drive thru window says they accidentally made a grande and not a venti. No big deal, so I wait for them to remake the drink. After a few minutes she hands me the drink and i drive away, i take a sip and its straight up just nitro cold brew and not even close to the drink i ordered. I drive to the starbucks in the frys down the street, and throw the drink away and have that starbucks make my drink (a basic menu drink) on the first try. This is not just a one time incident.... they also never make my tea right either. read more

I have only used the drive-through at this Starbucks. The exterior is clean. They have yet to be out of anything I wanted to order. My drinks have been great. I have never had a problem using a reward, paying with the app or getting a correct order. On my last visit, the barista actually asked me if I would like a stopper. Why yes, my good lady, I would love one! Staff here has always been friendly and prompt. I will come here and at least continue to drive through any day of the week. Great service. read more

I usually assume that all Starbucks are going to be the same. Wrong. I got a tall iced caramel macchiato and a bagel with cream cheese. I'm not sure what kind of drink this was but it wasn't what I ordered. Oh well...they made me another. Pro. Con: The person running the register has some serious ADD or is just plain rude. There was a lady that was placing a large order and while she was ordering, his cell phone rang!! "hey what's up man? .... Oh nothing...just at work". The phone conversation went on for at LEAST 5 minutes. The customer just stood there staring at this kid! It's Saturday morning and this place is hopping and the other employees see to be working hard but this one guy kind of ruined it for me and has therefore forced me to give only 2 stars. read more

I don't frequent this Starbucks so this review is based on my one visit. Baristas are just as friendly as your average Starbucks. The four high top tables to the right (if you're walking in) are small and a little awkward if it's crowded because they're close together - there are chairs on one side but the other side is just one big bench. The bathroom was dirtier than the typical Starbucks and one of the restroom signs was ripped off the wall. The door to one was really hard to lock and I almost gave up on it... not a huge deal but just an easy fix and you'd think they'd fix it. read more

This is a great area for you and the pooch. 1. The patio area is pretty clean, I only noticed two cigarette butts - the ashtray was loaded. So people care about this area. 2. There is a subway next-door that shares the patio. It too is just as clean. 3. The people here socialize. Nice conversation. If you want some quite, there is plenty of space. If I was going to give one criticism, no umbrellas outside. If it is after 10:30, the sun really bakes this area. So good for the summer mornings, not afternoon. read more

I had a meeting here to discuss a little business with a vendor. The seating and tables we're perfect for what we needed and it never got too noisy. Afterwards we stayed for drinks and I tried their new ice brewed coffee. On top of being polite, the baristas offered to remake my beverage if I ended up not liking it since this was my first time trying it out. I really like that, and I'm more likely to try new things that way. My only complaint is there was a mosquito in the bathroom. I realize they're hard to avoid getting indoors during the rainy season, but I just can't stand mosquitoes! read more

Everybody else told me that all they have on the shelf is what's available Denise went and looked through some boxes in the back and she looked at their additional product stock in the cabinets underneath in the front display area she was super sweet and the only employee in 18 stores to actually try and help me. read more
