Glad to see that this place had a drive through, we went ahead and ordered half a dozen donuts, glazed, chocolate some filling and more. The donuts were fresh and tasted great. Craving donuts!!! We decided to hide out here before boo boo kitty had to be at work. I usually love their donuts but I've learned that, after 4pm that they didn't have a fresh selection of donuts and that, the donuts were stale tasting. Probably won't stop here in the evening anymore!!! I've personally, have had better tasting donuts from Bosa during the daytime when, the case is full of freshness. In any case, although the cashier appeared to be a nice human, I wasn't a fan of the (employee, owner, cashier) rule...as this human must have been the owner, I hope!! If this human wasn't the owner, she definitely had stock in the place because, she wouldn't provide a box for a few donuts "to-go" without charging .75 for a box. The bags are hideous for donuts to be placed in, as they bleed through the bags. Smh I'm not blaming her as an employee ( unless, she's the owner ) for providing Horrible quality bags and having the ordesity to charge for a box! Had the box been .10 maybe it would've made sense, as it was the principal...but .75 for a box to place donuts in... that, we're purchasing from here, is horrible customer service. Here's a thought: switch to boxes for orders of 2 or more donuts like your competitors located across the street! Shame on Bosa for taking advantage of customers! This isn't California where they charge for bags, this is Arizona!!! Come on humans... we're spending money in here, and we can't have a box to put our donuts to go in? Horrible! Well, I returned about a year after my last review. Lol! They actually had a nice selection this time. The raised donuts were fresh and tender. Only reason I didn't give 4 stars is because the buttercream they use to fill the donuts is awful. It has a bitter undertone, like a chemical taste. I came before closing time through the drive thru and it took a good 5 minutes just to order, I was constantly repeating myself. I went up to the window and was told it was $7.47, and then didn't get a receipt but looked at my bank statement and was charged $11.47. Mind you, I only ordered 4 donuts. I looked in the bag and there was 6 donuts. I never ordered 6 donuts. They were dry and hard. Makes me wonder what they do with the rest because there was so much left over. I don't know how this location has 4 stars, I had an absolutely horrendous experience with the young woman in the drive thru today around 2pm. She had zero people skills when I asked her what iced tea flavors they have for the boba drinks (which weren't on the menu) she said we have all of the flavors and treated my like I was inconveniencing her for even asking. I will not be going to this location anymore as there are more around the valley that have better customer service. Placed an order through "yelp". I ordered a dozen donuts for my co-workers at this location & donut had a hair in it. Although, it was not my fault it was embarrassing & disgusting. Called them and a young girl answered, her attitude was very rude & unpleasant. She answered asking how I made the online order, didn't even apologize. I told her it was through yelp, she said they don't take orders through yelp. It's either DoorDash, grubhub, uber eats. I explain to her that I placed my order through yelp & picked it up a couple hours ago. (As I pulled up my emails with the confirmation order) She asked what time the order was placed and insisted there was no order, so I asked her if she could search the order with my name and my info. So she did, & she said there was still no order placed. I let her know that I'll stop in person. I go right after work, I show her the email co formation & she magically finds my order. All just to ask me for a pic (thankfully my coworker did take a pic & send it to me) just to take a picture of the picture & tell me it was ordered through grubhub & if I want any kind of refund I'll need to go through them. #1 So unprofessional with such a stinky attitude! #2 Such a was of my time especially on a Friday after a long shift at work! If I ordered online you should have told me that I would have to go through the merchant & that you couldn't do anything from the beginning!!!!! And MOST IMPORTANTLY WHERES THE HAIR NETS??????? I've had Bosa Donuts before. This is the first time I've ordered through DoorDash. I've always considered Bosa Donuts the best donuts in town. I ordered a sausage egg and cheese on a croissant, a large hot coffee and 4 donuts. My donuts included a glazed old fashion, a plain old fashioned, an apple fritter and a chocolate glazed. All in with tip $20.91. This includes a 20% discount for ordering $15 or more. My Dasher is Jose. This was an early morning delivery and I am hoping that they are not out of anything. Way better than Dunkin. Arrived super fast, super hot. The croissant was flaky and the sausage was excellent. I tried one of the old fashions also excellent. I used to love bosa donuts. I would have happily told people to shop here or any bosa 6 months ago regardless of how much they charge for a dozen these days (18+ dollars of mediocrity) not even worth it esp with the customer service that's paired with it. It's maybe worth a dollar if that. We ordered there for our baby sprinkle back in February and that was the last big order we will ever have there. And the most recent time i went for boba they screwed up our order and put a hair in the second smoothie i didn't notice til i had drove away. Then today we went in (myself and my 2 kids and they refused to honor our coupons. "One per customer" um excuse me..there's 3 of us? I could tell where that was getting us. So i gave him the coupons and told the guy I'd never shop at any boss ever again and i can promise you I'll be posting it all over social media platforms. What's the point in sending these stupid flyers out once a month if you don't want to honor it. I need to find corporates number or email and either call or write them and tell them not to send these faulty coupons out. We heard about Bosa Donuts and decided to order some in the morning. It was after 9:15am and there were a lot of cars waiting in line for the drive-thru. The menu outside was a little bit faded and could be hard to read for some especially since it was packed full of what to order. We ordered a dozen donuts which was 6 glazed, 2 vanilla sprinkles, 2 chocolate sprinkles, and 2 chocolate long johns. We also ordered a dozen donut holes to try out. All of the donuts and donut holes tasted good. This particular location was run down though. Overall, Bosa Donuts was not bad and I would come back in the future for donuts. read more

A Bit RunDown In This Location! I have been to a few Bosa Donut locations and compared to Payson AZ for enable which is new and super clean and nice... This one is pretty rough... Seat cushions were toast, kind of older dirtier feel here. Time for some renovations to spruce it up a bit. The gentrification of this are has not quire gotten this far north yet, but slowly this area is turning from ghetto and rough to new and revitalized. This is the one we frequent. Drive Through, and they actually listen and get the order correct. Donuts are always fresh, no matter what time of day , it seems. The apple fritters are my favorite, but they are half the size they were a year ago. Bear claws are huge though, and filled with what tastes like apple pie . Some folks like other brands, fluffy, airy things. My opinion is, if you're going to indulge, might as well go all the way. Dense, and deadly! read more

Tjis review is specific to this location only. I love bosa, just not this location. I have visited this location 4 times this year now, since May. Each time, I hope it gets better but it seems to get worst and worst. First couple times it was just a long wait. The third time, the dozen donut requests i had ordered were 50% incorrect. Not sure how they get half glazed and half chocolate glazed wrong to sprinkles...but ok. I tried again today and i ordered 1 thing. There were 2 cars in front of me. It took nearly 15 minutes for that line to move. Once i got up to the window, my 1 order was wrong, all she had to do was go switch out my 1 item for another...6 minutes later she came back....the dining room was empty there were 2 other people working. Not sure what the hold up is all about..... So...never will i go back to this location and other teachers at my school had similiar bad experiences here. So i will be sure to spread the word and avoid going there ever again. I've ridden my bike up Arizona Ave many of times and after a quick rip to the barber shop for decided to pedals to the more recent location to grab a sugar boost for the ride home! The old location was just north of Ray and since the move to the new location which is about 1/2 mile south on the east side i honestly feel like not much has changed. Still our go to spot for donuts and beverages. Chocolate iced is still my favorite along with some glazed donut holes... the fritters are good and it all goes well with some chocolate milk. I've had the breakfast sandwiches via my coworkers for our weekly breakfast and they did t disappoint. Staff on hand when we came was great and it was a grab and go! The inside is clean and spacious so plenty of room. read more

This is my first time at Bosa Donuts, and I fell in love. They have great service. I am pathetically indecisive when it comes to choosing donuts, and it's more pronounced when I wanted to get half a dozen donuts togo. The lady there was so patient with me. I didn't feel rushed whatsoever. She happily pointed out my favorite donuts with white creme filling inside. I left with more donuts than I can handle. I'll probably need to run an extra mile or maybe four to make up for this. No regrets. I will definitely be coming back. The best thing is it's open 24/7, and has a drive-thru. Ever since I moved to AZ everyone I know has been raving about this place. Now that I'm living in Chandler, there is a 24 hour location close by in Downtown Chandler. I'm not really a big fan of eating donuts as I've never eaten any one donut where I'm compelled enough to write about it as I think of eating donuts only when I am rushing through an airport and am desperate to get something quick that isn't Pizza Hut or McD's. In fact, I can't even remember the last time I have had a decent donut. So as far as writing about a donut experience, I guess there's always a first time. For some odd reason, moving and unpacking a house makes you crave food that you normally wouldn't eat...thus my cravings about eating a glazed donut came to me in the middle of the afternoon as I was loading boxes into our garage. Maybe it was all the heavy lifting that got me in the mood. This particular Arizona Avenue location is close to Downtown Chandler and equipped with a drive through. And as a bonus it's 24/7. As soon as you walk in, the friendly nice ladies working the counter greet you and are ready to serve you up whatever your donut choice maybe. We got the 1/2 dozen deal which was abut $5.47 or so for some really nice looking donuts. The reason I describe them as nice looking is because the size of these donuts are not the petite ones like Dunkin' or their other competitors, the Bosa donuts are much bigger in size. For .99 per donut it actually feels like it's worth the price tag. We ordered some old fashion cakes, a chocolate one, a maple bar and 1 glazed, all for the weekend. The very nice ladies at the counter packaged them in a nice pink box and off we went. The smell of these donuts was overwhelming when we were driving home. The donuts actually smelled like they were freshly made. I couldn't help myself and as soon as we got home I slowly devoured the glazed donut, enjoying each and every bite. The glazed donut was so fluffy, and light and so sweet that I could feel my teeth hurting from the sugar. Just when I thought I had enjoyed every single bite and couldn't eat another one, I then took out the maple donut cut it in half and ate that one too. I was out of control. One was not enough. The maple one tasted so buttery, so mapley with a hint of pecan. This too was another sugar delight. These were the best donuts I've tasted in years... In addition, this location serves breakfast and lunch sandwiches and BOBA. Can't wait to return try these items. Overall, great friendly gals working the counter, good price and excellent quality for what you get and a quick in and out experience. A couple of things I noticed lately that could be considered cons: they ask for a tip whether you're driving through or walking in. I know this kind of became a thing during Covid, but they're still doing it. I wouldn't mind this so much, but like everywhere else-prices have gone up exponentially. Bosa Donuts... What can I even say... well the place isn't as fancy as those create your own donuts in front of you, it is pretty darn amazing. Everything here seems to be baked fresh and hopefully you're lucky enough to show up when the donuts are still warm. Besides just donuts they offer breakfast sandwiches, lunch sandwiches, and smoothies. The prices on all these items are really reasonable and I've never had one that hasn't been well prepared. I was initially hesitant but now I'm a regular to the bacon egg and cheese croissant. Personal favorite donut is the chocolate frosted old fashioned or chocolate bar. If your feeling fancy grab an apple fritter! I've only had coffee here a few times and I'm still skeptical - I'm a big lover of Dunkin Iced coffee but this place is growing on me more and more.
