I went to this Bosa Donut location at 4015 S Arizona Ave, Unit 1, Chandler, AZ on a Saturday at 5:45 to get my boys some donuts and when I walked in there was not even one Doughnut to purchase. They were completely sold out and they don't close until 9 o'clock at night. How can you possibly make money at a doughnut place If you have no donuts to sell.... Also, why are you even open? You have two employees in their working but there's no product to sell. Sounds like a waste of money for the company just close the doors. If you have no Doughnuts to sell. I prepaid for 25 donuts for a class party. I paid over the phone and told them I had a coupon for 6 free donuts. When I picked up my donuts, I showed them the Valpak online coupon. However, they preceded to tell me that the coupon needed to be printed. I told them I didn't have it printed and no one told me it needed to be printed (I would have printed it if I was told). I was pretty much told I needed to buy the other 6 donuts at full price. I wasn't going to buy them so I demanded a refund. This local Bosa donuts is incredibly cheap. I have been part of the PTO at the closest elementary school for the last 9 years and we have regularly solicited donations or discounts. Couple days ago I had bought a dozen donut & couple dozen of the donut holes. The employee there was nice, and very attentive. But when she handed me a paper bag full of donut holes filled to the rim (i paid in full), i asked for a box because it will would not close. I was not about to drive with a full bag wide open. I can't in good conscience eat any of the baked goods at this establishment after going into the men's bathroom. It is unacceptable how disgusting that men's room is. The urinal is broken (I feel as if it has ALWAYS been broken.) The state of it is a health hazard. The toilet, and especially the base of the toilet, looks like it has NEVER been cleaned. The air fresheners are desiccated and not doing any favors. The handles/rails and fixtures are rusted, corroded, and in other states of disrepair. It's atrocious. This is the one and only place we will get donuts from! First off they're open 24 hours, so whenever I'm eating a sweet or craving a doughnut, they're the first place I can go to. Bosa has the most amazing, pillowy, fluffy, perfect glazed donut. It's lightly glazed, so it isn't cloyingly sweet, but definitely hits the spot. It's always an internal battle to only have one. Though the glazed is my favorite, you can't go wrong with any of the classics. Also among the family favorites: chocolate with sprinkles, pink with sprinkles, plain old fashioned, and chocolate old fashioned. At $1.09 per, it's a slammin' deal for the perfect lil treat. Bosa is my number one go-to in the valley, and I'm thrilled for them that they've expanded so much in the past few years. I was amazed of how nice this location was, definitely a refresher compared to the ones I've been to as well as the one I worked at. Employees were friendly which was good, my only complaint was that if prices are going to increase, which is understandable, please don't make the donuts smaller especially the buttermilk donuts. All Bosas are ran by the same scamming family. I worked here in high school. Only about 2% of the tips (cash) are given to employees which is insane. Everything was so fresh and tasted great. I got a bacon and egg croissant. So flaky and warm. I also tried the chocolate coconut and cinnamon crumble donuts! They were heavenly.
