I prepaid for 25 donuts for a class party. I paid over the phone and told them I had a coupon for 6 free donuts. When I picked up my donuts, I showed them the Valpak online coupon. However, they preceded to tell me that the coupon needed to be printed. I told them I didn't have it printed and no one told me it needed to be printed (I would have printed it if I was told). I was pretty much told I needed to buy the other 6 donuts at full price. I wasn't going to buy them so I demanded a refund. This local Bosa donuts is incredibly cheap. I have been part of the PTO at the closest elementary school for the last 9 years and we have regularly solicited donations or discounts. We would expect a local business to support their local schools but they will never donate. Cheap. Cheap. Cheap. Shame on them. I'll make sure to tell everyone about my experience. read more

Couple days ago I had bought a dozen donut & couple dozen of the donut holes. The employee there was nice, and very attentive. But when she handed me a paper bag full of donut holes filled to the rim (i paid in full), i asked for a box because it will would not close. I was not about to drive with a full bag wide open. Then the owner walks out of the side doors and goes over to one of the employee and tells her to have me pay for a box. 75 cent.... Employees even apologizes to me... "Sorry, but our boss wants you to pay for the box." They knew that this isn't right! But I paid without a complain because I felt bad for the employees. Having to deal with this nonsense of a boss. As a business owner i know for a fact that from the 75 cent i paid with my card, she made about 30 cents due to fees. You wanted to make that 30 cents, enjoy it. I can't in good conscience eat any of the baked goods at this establishment after going into the men's bathroom. It is unacceptable how disgusting that men's room is. The urinal is broken (I feel as if it has ALWAYS been broken.) The state of it is a health hazard. The toilet, and especially the base of the toilet, looks like it has NEVER been cleaned. The air fresheners are desiccated and not doing any favors. The handles/rails and fixtures are rusted, corroded, and in other states of disrepair. It's atrocious. And again, how could anyone have any sort of appetite knowing that food is being prepared five feet away from that? read more

This is the one and only place we will get donuts from! First off they're open 24 hours, so whenever I'm eating a sweet or craving a doughnut, they're the first place I can go to. They always always always fill your bag to the top, and if you don't order enough donuts to do so they'll add a couple for you. Very sweet Employees, who obviously care about the community and their customers. On the East Coast we have some local places that have a little donut-making machine that turns out the same cakey-like donut that they then decorate differently. What a bogus idea. I was amazed of how nice this location was, definitely a refresher compared to the ones I've been to as well as the one I worked at. Employees were friendly which was good, my only complaint was that if prices are going to increase, which is understandable, please don't make the donuts smaller especially the buttermilk donuts. There are two types of donut people in this world: those that like their donuts filled with 3 different jams then topped with 4 breakfast cereals and gold flakes and whole cookies, and those who just stick to the basics that have never let them down. I fall into the latter category. It's my firm belief that if a place doesn't do a good glazed donut, they can't pull off any other donut either--or they're gimmicky. Bosa has the most amazing, pillowy, fluffy, perfect glazed donut. It's lightly glazed, so it isn't cloyingly sweet, but definitely hits the spot. It's always an internal battle to only have one. Though the glazed is my favorite, you can't go wrong with any of the classics. Also among the family favorites: chocolate with sprinkles, pink with sprinkles, plain old fashioned, and chocolate old fashioned. At $1.09 per, it's a slammin' deal for the perfect lil treat. Bosa is my number one go-to in the valley, and I'm thrilled for them that they've expanded so much in the past few years. All Bosas are ran by the same scamming family. I worked here in high school. Only about 2% of the tips (cash) are given to employees which is insane. The rest go to the owners white Mercedes out front. Ants and roaches roam the back and all the drinks in the fridges are expired. Everything was so fresh and tasted great. I got a bacon and egg croissant. So flaky and warm. I also tried the chocolate coconut and cinnamon crumble donuts! They were heavenly. Even the cake donuts were moist! I got an ice coffee and it tasted like Dunkin' Donuts. People were nice and patient with our long order. I cannot say that these doughnuts are anything special nor do I like them. They sit out in the case all day and are only fresh for a short period of time. Bosa's has the best donuts that I have tried in Phoenix. There are several locations throughout the valley that make picking up donuts for work or home very convenient. I was also surprised by the quality of their coffee and breakfast sandwiches that are basic but tasty. They also serve lunch sandwiches however I have only been in for breakfast. read more
