Giving a 2 for the effort and friendliness. The donuts were not what I would consider a DOUGHnut when you think of the dough a classic donut gives. These are definitely cake style donuts but the batter tastes under done, flour like. The choice of frosting - melts right off due to the donuts are made or order. I felt like I was eating a donut that I warmed up in the microwave too long. Not a fan if I'm being honest. The employee there was very friendly.

We stopped by here after Rita's. My husband has a sweet tooth and I'm 9 months pregnant so a donut after burritos sounded great! Staff was so nice and very attentive. We ordered a dozen donuts for two us -ridiculous considering we ordered 17 burritos at Rita's. I got maple a donut my husband ordered 4 lemon, 3 chocolate, 1 maple, 1 blueberry, Girl Scout donut. And I can't remember what else.. The donuts - are so good!!! Nice and warm we loved them all! Great spot!

Here's another favorite dessert spot. Freshly cooked donuts are the absolute best. The warm, soft, sweet donut leaves my taste buds desiring more. I had a Groupon for a $10 purchase and ordered 4 donuts. 1-Chocolate Iced, 2-Cinnamon Sugar, 3-Vanilla Iced with Hot Fudge Drizzle, and 4-Bacon in the Sun. They were all so good. My favorites were the chocolate iced and vanilla icing with hot fudge drizzle. I was greeted immediately as I walked in and my order was taken right away. The four donuts I ordered took less than five minutes to prepare. The store is colorful with cute little duckies on a shelving unit which caught my eye. I couldn't wait to get in my car and gobble down one of the donuts. I had to do eenie meanie miney mo' to choose which one to eat lol. The vanilla icing with hot fudge drizzle was the winner.

Found Duck Donuts on a Sunday afternoon tucked away in the plaza here in Chandler. The concept is made to order and definitely worth the short wait for these delicious warm donuts! This is the perfect post dinner or heck pre dinner spot to enjoy fresh made oooey gooeyiness! We ordered an assortment from maple, bacon, and jelly to the Boardwalk which has Oreo bits and pieces! I love how once your order is ready, the staff shows off your donuts for you to see before enjoying. We sat right down and dug in! I never knew I needed bacon on a donut with jelly....woooowww! I think it's my new favorite donut spot! In addition to donuts, sandwiches, ice cream, and beverages are part of the menu! Definitely worth a try!

This is one of the Father's Day donuts advertised in the store I'm not sure which one it was, but ask for the bacon ones

It never fails, to go here for a sweet treat! I've noticed that these donuts are good for up to 3 days, (in my opinion)so go ahead and get a half dozen or more. They advertised Special Father's Day donuts in which, anything with bacon is a win win for me. I had one that I'd like to name the bacon overload...OMG WAS IT HEAVEN! They are closed today which if I were the business owner I'd open mainly on the holidays but hey who am I! I went on Friday since I was in the area. There's plenty of parking and it's easy to locate. (Next to Panda) Once again, I recommend going here as I'll always try to return, when in the area.

Duck donuts is Locally owned. The store is very cute lots of little duck merchandise Yes you can buy rubber ducks here. All donuts are custom made before you, there's a variety of toppings and drizzles . Most of them are priced at $2.79. My only complaint is that because it's warm and made to order sometimes I find the coatings melting away in the box. Overall great spot to indulge your donut cravings. Did I mention the ice cream and milk shakes, they are absolutely yummy. Cheers!

This place is located on the SW corner of Arizona and Ocotillo, across the street from Hamilton High School. Many shops and stores around including a Lowe's a little more South and LA Fitness/Esporta on the NE corner. These donuts are made to order when you order them but it does not take long to make them. They look pretty much exactly like they look in the pictures (see photo). There is something to be said for being freshly made. I posted a picture of the options. You can call ahead to have them ready when you walk in. They taste great as expected, they are donuts but very creative options.

Donuts where good, a bit pricey considering they are so small. $6 for 2 and I have to say maybe get employees that want to be there, showed up today at 7am, no one there and it took him 5mins to acknowledge i was there and take my order.

** This is not one of your point and choose kind of donut shops. Everything is made fresh to order after you choose your donuts with the staff. Another thing to keep in mind, all the donuts are the same vanilla cake and then you choose your coating, topping and sprinkles. There are also examples of combinations if you're like me and too indecisive to choose individually. If you want stuff like cruellers, jelly stuffed, mochi, long johns, etc...this is not the place. Lols Plenty of parking outside. We walked in and my 4 year old squealed with delight at the rubber duckies and Ollie the duck cutouts. Shop isn't large and I recall a couple tables with chairs but that was fine with me. We were greeted warmly and asked if it was our first time, which it was. So she proceeded to explain the menu, which was a lil overwhelming for me with all the combinations but nothing to complain about. Lols My daughter and I love that there are pictures. I also saw they offer coffee, drinks, breakfast sandwiches and donut platters... My daughter had fun watching them make the donuts and glaze them behind the protective glass. We ordered 4 donuts - raspberry fluff, blueberry pancake, strawberry confetti and forgot what the fourth was. But they all were warm and delish! I recommend letting it cool a bit before you take a bite. Maybe a bit too sweet for me bc I don't have a huge sweet tooth. But my daughter gobbled it up. Lols

Delicious!!! I am in prep for a body building competition, but for a free day when the in-laws were In town from OK... long story longer, someone suggested Duck Donuts so we went on our way home from picking them up at the airport. I was not disappointed!!! Omg! I am not a fan of Key Lime anything, but the Key Lime with the graham cracker was amazing! Even the simple chocolate with sprinkles that my littlest ordered was delicious! We also got the littlest a couple of the rubber ducks, the owner was so kind and it was just a great experience all together! Cute little donut shop and highly recommend! read more

Freshly baked cake donuts topped with icing, drizzle, sprinkles or even bacon, WHILE you wait. You can even watch them as they assemble your order. I was most excited to see our donuts go straight from the vat of hot oil, into the hopper & into our box (half dozen) from there it goes to the "toppings" bar. My daughter saw this place and we decided to try. Best decision. Wow! Best donuts ever hands down... they were warm, perfect and delicious! I can't wait to try all of the other flavors they have. I'm sad we only got two, next time I'm getting a dozen! See you reallllll soon..... we went back Sunday for breakfast and more donuts! I LOVE the blueberry donuts. It's so impressive what can be done to the flavor with just the toppings alone. I enjoy getting to watch the donuts be made as well. The individual who made them was kind and happy to add a few more graham cracker crumbs to the s'mores styled donut. This was my first time having these donuts. I found them on Instagram. My sister ordered this dozen here, retry aren't they pretty! I really enjoyed them because they were more of a cake donut and not a greasy donut. They reminded me of my childhood donut shop in San Diego, CA. I'm personally not a great fan of a lot of icing, I preferred the cinnamon no drizzle, lemon no coconut, however the Maple Bacon reminded me of the Great Maple off Washington, in San Diego. Ducktastic!! We're new to the area so we've been driving around checking out different strip malls in our area. My husband had just said, "I'm craving a donut!," when we saw Duck Donuts' storefront. We'd both heard of Duck but had no clue they were so close. After grabbing dinner nearby we popped into Duck to see what the hype was all about. As you walk in you are immediately drawn in by delicious smell of freshly deep fried dough. The concept of Duck is simple... a well made, fresh, made to order cake doughnut topped with glaze and toppings of your choice. There are menus for you to look at or come up with your own creation. I chose the lemon icing with raspberry drizzle. It was divine! The fresh, warm, vanilla cake, the tartness of the lemon, the tang of the raspberry drizzle played perfectly together. My husband got the maple, bacon doughnut. It was salty and sweet. The bacon was cooked perfectly. We will definitely be going back because these doughnuts are Quackalicious!! read more

I loved the duck logo, so i gave this a try. I am very satisfied yet surprised, this is one of the if not the best donut places i have ever tried. I am in disbelief over the quality of the food. The employees were very friendly and truly inviting. I have only one concern about Duck Donuts. While I was there I noticed the prices were unbalanced, and the donut prices could differ by over 30%. Now I understand that isn't much of a concern, but I'm writing this as constructive criticism. Not sure what all the hype is on these donuts... Trendy, I think. Hmmmm Pretty pricey for a dozen donuts. They tasted pretty good, but no better than Bosa, serious. I think that they are made differently, so that might be why they are pretty pricey. I think if I was taking donuts to someone and wanted something unique and a that seemed nicer, then I'd probably go back. But honestly, when does that happen? Usually people that need a pick-me-up aren't looking for a donut, they need a hug! ha ha Place just seemed strange. Making a big deal about donuts... really?? read more

Just came in to grab some donuts before my daughters jiu-jitsu class. I had no idea they cooked them fresh and allow you to see the process. It was really cool. The place is super clean. Toppings look and taste very fresh. So many options!! It was hard to choose our dozen. Kai was great! Super friendly. Super welcoming. She helped us select several great donuts. Thanks, Kai! So far we've tried maple bacon, plain maple and strawberry glazed. So far they're all super delicious! It did take a while to get them all done but so worth the wait. I suggest you order ahead of time and pick up if you're in a hurry. By the time we left the place was packed. Definitely recommend. Definitely will be back! read more

What a fantastic place ! First of all it is in a great location in Chandler. Their donuts are absolutely out of this world, and the place makes it feel like you are on vacation. I enjoyed talking to the owner and I would highly recommend that you stop by once or twice or 10 times. read more

This place was amazing. Love the idea of being able to create my own donut, and the kicker is they don't over pile the toppings so you get a good taste. The donut (plain) is a really moist and tasty donut by itself. Highly recommend for the quick and tasty sweet bite fix. read more

Donut miss this place!! Customize your donut anyway you want, and then they cook and glaze them to order. So many delicious options. We went 5 minutes before closing unknowingly after eating dinner at the Thai restaurant next door. We thought it was your typical donut place that had donuts premade so we picked a dozen from their pre fix menu. Not the case! Everything is freshly made right after you order them. My husband said it was like a subway for donuts, he also said they were the best donuts that he's ever eaten. I agree! They are warm and fluffy and oh my goodness yummmmm. 5 extra stars for how nice they were about us walking in 5 mins before closing time and ordering a whole dozen. So kind, I would have been annoyed if I were them and I kept apologizing. They showed zero annoyance and were nothing but professional. Definitely check it out. They are open until 7 mon-Thursday. Until 8 fri-sat. Which is awesome for a donut place. Eat dessert, life is too short. read more

The owner is a very friendly guy who seems to be very good with his employees. This place is a family favorite whether I bring my kids in or if I bring them home. My youngest son always looks forward to his "duckie donuts" and loves all the rubber duckies they have for sale. Our favorite in our house is "The Beach" donut. They are more expensive than a bosa or Dunkin donut but these are made fresh in front of you and come out hot. read more

I guess if you want a completely custom donut, this would be the place to go. It's super expensive, though, and the donuts aren't that special. It's an okay experience to try once but I'm not going back, especially with Bosa across the street. read more

I don't think they have gluten free bc they use a standard vanilla cake batter for all the donuts. They definitely don't have vegan. So it's just one option for the cake donut and then everything goes on top... they are quite delicious

Well I have a Sweet Tooth, and on the way home I was debating what I wanted. I went to Yelp really quick and Duck Donuts popped up. I'm usually a person that prefers donuts in the morning but I was like let me check it out because the pictures were advertising. Little did I know they don't have donuts waiting on you, they it when you order it and on the spot when I tell you my experience was Great!!!
