I come here like almost everyday lol it's always clean I love that! Dewey and Mee makes the best teas ! They are so personable and always have a smile on their face which makes the experience so much better . There's also another guy there who gave me glass straws because I'm there so often , I thought that was really nice and thoughtful! The tea quality here is sometimes hit or miss. While they do have some amazing drinks, their consistency makes it become a second choice when it comes to deciding. The last time we came, we had ordered regular sweetness for both our drinks yet one of them came out like there was no sweetener added at all. I just left this store, and Nathan seems like the manager needs to learn the basic manner with customers before serving the drink. Throwing the straws in front of the counter after passing out the drinks for the customer is the most unprofessional and disrespectful, plus, he is not even wearing mask when there is clearly a sight said no mask no service. read more

There milk tea is just okay... the tea isnt strong enough to taste the tea. Mostly I taste is the milk and if you dont dri k fast enough it will be water down by the ice. Was in town for a business trip and lord have mercy I was so happy when I saw the sign for Ding Tea! I must say throughout my travels from Cali to New York I have had my fair share of good and horrible tea drinks. I must say I had my doubts since it was grand opening weekend but damn! Everything was on point from the decor to how friendly and nice the staff were. I would highly recommend the Jasmine milk green tea! It was not too sweet but just right. Pretty place. Great drinks. Unfortunately the staff is terrible. My friends and I came by to study for a few hours and we noticed that the employees would just stare and gossip about each customer. My friend just posted a review today about it and one of the employees responded by saying that they're trained to be "attentive" which is complete bullshit. Love coming here to study but I'm going to have to reconsider going somewhere else from now on. I purchased a drink earlier today, 3/1/20, and left but decided to come back to study a couple of hours later around 5. The employees were staring the entire time (assuming because they thought I didn't purchase anything) and it became really uncomfortable. I would keep looking over and the two employees (guy with thick black rim glasses and a girl) would look away really fast as my two friends and I were simply studying and quietly at that. Decided to go outside the shop at the table provided for a conference call and we can still see that the employees are staring. Seriously this is the best boba shop since I ever drink boba with the best tapioca and true herbal tea instead of just syrup. However, I don't understand why there are people keep complaining about the store's policy and attitude like those just gave out a review before me. I can tell they are friends in the same group that visited the place on Sunday. But honestly, what they are doing is really disturbing and annoying, because they are violating the right of the store to be reviewed with true story. They are using their friends to try to make the store looks bad in others' eyes, and that's not a human being. First, If you want a store to be better, talk to the manager first and let's them do their jobs, also, give them a chance to fix their problems instead of using all the chances to bring the store down. Second, they are telling the story with their own angry emotion without any notice of their actions. Really, what kind of a business to let people sit in there for hours without any service or purchases? Seriously, what if these kids were about to rob or fight in the store, the staffs' responsibility is to keep an eye on it, isn't that right? If they were in my business, I would have kicked them out and refused to serve already. Even though they always want to keep customers, but these kind of customer is none of a need. Lastly, to people who posted threat reviews, you are so poor of a person for not having an open-minded and willing to forgive. This is one of the best boba places I've been to, I love going there! The owner and employees are so kind and welcoming, they bring the drinks out really fast. Me and two friends went to study there. We had an awful experience with them staring at us for hours and when we would look over they would continue to stare. Although they described it as being "attentive" it's as simple as coming over to make sure we're doing alright rather than stare and talk amongst themselves about their customers. It's disrespectful, rude, immature, and their explanation makes no sense when you want to compare it to how good customer service should be. They even did what I mentioned above to other customers who were there and they seemed to have been bothered about it as well. When we were leaving I confronted one of them since clearly something we were doing was so damn interesting to them and he gave me an attitude saying "yeah I'm fine, are you ok". I've worked in customer service for years and this was definitely not the way to handle being "attentive to your customers". read more

So i been drinking the same drink from ding tea (red guava green tea) and always recommend it to friends when they come to town, today i had family from out of town come visit and i ordered 3 large red guava green tea's and when we got home we notice they added a salted plum to the drink so we called to let them know they made our drinks wrong but the girl that answer the phone was rude and kept arguing with us saying that thats how the original recipe is that it came with salted plum and we said that we have ordered red guava from this location multiple times before and it never came with salted plum before but she kept saying that thats the original recipe but they just started using it 2weeks ago and if we didn't like salted plum in the drink to let them know but they didn't notify us that they add salted plum to the drinks now so we threw away 3 large drinks and will never go back to ding tea katy read more
