Not much I can say about Dillas that I haven't said before. I have enjoyed Dillas in Frisco, McKinney, Plano, Prosper, and today in Denton. Dillas is consistently good no matter which city I have them in. The Blue Bonnet is my go-to. I love the grilled mushrooms because they take my quesadilla to a new level. Dillas has become my favorite fast food-like restaurant. They have a good variety of quesadillas and also salads. I usually get the Founder quesadilla with chicken or the Hot Hatch quesadilla with chicken. Both of them are very good, I like the Hot Hatch slightly more since it has a bit of a kick after you dip it in the sauce. The quesadillas have been cooked perfectly every time I've ordered and been consistent both when eating in and when ordering through the drive-thru. It's slightly better as expected if you can eat it right away just as it's cooked. The service has been good both when eating at the restaurant and from drive-thru. read more

I've had much better and much larger portions of chicken quesadillas from many other places. The French fries side was kind of a surprise as I don't really associate fries with quesadillas. I've eaten here a few times and always enjoyed it- finally remembered to write a review! I typically get the founder, but decided to try the lone star. It was pretty good. The brisket had great flavor and was tender. I wish the meat was more evenly spread amongst the tortilla as it all clumped to the "bottom" of the quesadilla. The top half wasn't eaten as it was just tortilla and cheese. Seasoned fries were amazing as always. I always forget to order extra jalapeño ranch; it's yummy with whatever quesadilla you order AND the fries. Not much spice to it, but I also have a higher tolerance for spice. The cirrus corn salsa was forgettable; tasted like a bland homemade salad that went heavy on corn. Wasn't terrible, wasn't great. I wouldn't order it again. Chips and queso were delish and came free when I signed up for their rewards program. The queso had a Smokey flavor to it and a very subtle heat. The chips had whatever seasoning the fries have, which I love. I do wish the seasoning was distributed more evenly across the chips. I also ordered a limeade with this meal; not too sweet and very refereshing. It could have a tad more of that citrus tart I love so much in lemonades/limeades. Just adding to my review because i ordered a family pack for myself and three friends. The pack came with 2 megadillas, chils and queso, sauces, and a gallon of either tea or limeade. We were all really imlressed with the amount of food for only $50. Four adults were full at the end and we had some chips leftover. Service was also very quick, which was appreciated on a Saturday evening. We'll be doing this again as a cost-effective way to get people fed. And the food was delicious! On Tuesday , August 5 my daughters picked up a to go order. Well my salad that was ordered did not have the dressing in the container nor in the bag. I called the next day and left a message for a GM for that location to return my call before 1:30p (I called and left the message at 11:03am). Here it is Friday and still no response to resolve the issue with my order. I just tried calling again and went through numerous options, selected option 1, and the phone just rang. They have a nice outdoor seating area and indoors it's order from the counter style everything was clean bright and the staff had a great energy! We were immediately greeted and welcomed in before we even got to the counter to order. We love Dillas food. But this Dillas is ALWAYS CLOSED when we try and visit it. I don't know if they have staffing issues or what but this is literally the third time we have decided to eat there, driven all the way there (we live 15 min away) and there's a sign saying they are closed today despite all their posted hours showing it should be open. Boooooo! I give this place two thumbs down. Absolutely horrible service and supremely disorganized. On 7-13-2022 I went to pick up an order that had been ordered ahead of time. This place is slow and I knew that which is why I called in an order. The drive-thru had 8-9 cars when I arrived. When I went in I said I was there to pick up my order. After several minutes of confusion I was told my order had already been picked up. WHAT? I asked who it was given to. They didn't know. Did Dillas offer to help? No. Did they offer a refund? No. Did they offer to make a new order? No. Did they offer any apology? No. They guy acted like I was annoying him. I just left. I was so mad I just left. The service was so bad I'm filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I have only filed a complaint against one company in the past. This place is absolutely awful. It's sad that we live in an age where when you get great customer service it's extremely rare. And poor service is common. But when you get a place that just does NOT care and treats you like you are bothering them needs to be addressed. All I was wanting to do was pick up my order of quesadillas. I guess I expected too much. I highly advise avoiding this place and especially do not try a pick up order. They might just give it to someone else. read more

I get the standard size quesadilla, small side of chips & salsa, large drink ... $12.74 w/tax. They have a drive-through that's always busy. Outdoor seating area. Cons: Expect to wait 15+ minutes for your order. Small shared parking lot with Five Guys Burgers is hard to get in and out of when it's busy. read more

This place is legitimately terrible. I was excited to eat here because I love quesadillas, who doesn't right?? Well I was under the impression that it's impossible to mess up something as easy as a quesadilla, but these clowns managed to do just that. I got the "founder" with a side of salsa and jalapeño ranch. The salsa was bland and flavorless, like a watered down pico de gallo, and the ranch had absolutely no hint of jalapeno, it tasted like basic ranch. The "dilla" itself was cold and bland with rubbery chicken and a gross cheese. The service was rude and completely out of it, they initially brought out the wrong food to our table and only noticed because I said something. The manager seemed totally out to lunch.
