I've been here twice. The first time Andy did my nails and they were GORGEOUS!!! They lasted almost a month. Unfortunately, Andy only does really long nails. After shopping around for 5 months and not finding anyone I made an appointment with JJ. On the day of my appointment she called me and asked me to come in earlier, so she wouldn't have downtime between me and the person before me. I came in earlier. My appointment was on a Wednesday by Saturday one of my thumbs was lifting. Sunday the other in one lifted, two days later it popped off. A week after my appointment my pointer finger started lifting. If messaged JJ on Saturday on IG (same way I booked my appointment) about my nail and asked to come on Monday. They were closed. She asked me to come Tuesday, I couldn't because of work. I suggested Thursday. She said she would let me know. She never did, then messaged that she had been waiting for me. She messaged me at 4 pm on Thursday that she could see me at 7. When I didn't show up she called me (first time she called me to try and resolve this). I told her I hadn't seen the message but could be there in 30 minutes. She said she wouldn't wait since its been over a week since she did my nails. Then proceed to basically tell me I shouldn't be mad because she tried to help me. I asked if going forward was there anything that could be done because debating busy schedules and her "help" was a waste of time. She said no. Long story short, go to Andy (if king nails are your thing) and don't expect good customer service.

Love! Love! Love! This place is amazing! I have been here twice and the second time was yesterday. JJ did my nails and they came out spectacular. I just moved to Texas and after almost 2 years I finally found an amazing nail salon. The service is top notch! The quality and consistency is amazing! I'm new to the area and was looking for a new place to get my nails done. I thought I'd try out Devine Nails and Spa and I'm so glad I did. I made an appointment and when I arrived I was waited on immediately. The staff was very friendly and Vin did an amazing job on my nails!! 10/10 would recommend!

Got my nails done by JJ. Really appreciated that they stayed open past their close time to accommodate me but she was not the friendliest. Gave one word responses when I asked about different nail options and made me feel like I was bothering her. When I asked her to file my nails a certain way, she repeatedly said "I don't do that". I still gave a good tip and did not receive a simple thank you. 4 days later, already lost 2 finger nails.

I've been here twice and it is my new spot. This salon takes walk-ins but you more than likely need an appointment because they stay busy. Them being by mostly appointments keep the atmosphere professional and personal. Very classy and clean place. If you are looking for the type of nails that you see on Instagram/Facebook/pinterest with the nice designs Etcetera this place is it. Both times JJ has done my nails and I love her. Let me start by saying I hardly get my toes and nails done. But I loved coming here for my pedicure with the owner. He's friendly and does a great job. I got gifted some money for my birthday and decided to splurge on a set of nails for the first time in a LONG time. The nails were done by a woman and they came out amazing. The down? She wasn't very helpful and didn't explain things very well. I told her I was clueless with all the new stuff on the market (gel/dips etc...)she didn't explain anything to me...when she asked what shape I wanted, I asked her what shapes were available, to show me some samples. She said she didn't have any and that I had to look for them on my phone. First red flag. When she asked what color I wanted, she showed me a ring of colors...didn't give me the option to select regular acrylics. So $109 later...I said "that's okay, I'll enjoy these nails all summer. When I called 3 weeks later to schedule a fill, she said that the color nails I got don't get fills and that I would need an entire new set! What?! Why was this not explained to me when I got them? She did not answer. Again-she's the nail expert-not me. I had no clue. The hand nail experience was bad, unfair and unprofessional.

This has been by far the best nail experience I've ever had. When I walked in, I instantly felt welcome! They were prompt, I was immediately sat down and engaged in conversation, which always makes a nail salon feel more "homey", where we further discussed my service and my expectations for the visit. Here's some background on that: I found my nail tech, Andy, on Instagram due to his experience with nail art, and received a recommendation from a friend who has been serviced by him before. Nail design is something that I have been trying to get for years now, but due to my picky and gaudy tendencies, I have yet to find someone who can accommodate my vision! Thank God for Andy! I gave him the picture of what I wanted and he was adamant about making sure everything looked the exact way I wanted it to look! He was sure to discuss price points with me, to make sure everything was well within my budget beforehand, and then he proceeded to focus on every miniature detail until he got it right. During the process, I was engaged with even more amazing conversation with the staff in the salon, and had the opportunity to observe how they interact with their clients. I was MORE than impressed! They were generous, kind, patient, and down to earth. You could tell they really enjoy people, which is more than you can say about most salons these days. They even went as far as to give a child a towel, who was cold and sleepy in the salon, to wrap around her while her mother was finishing her nails. To most that won't mean much, but it really left a lasting impression for me! I was enamored with the sheer detail Andy put into my nails, as soon as I gave him my hands, I truly believed I had nothing to worry about! We even discussed how much time he puts into studying nail design! I know now that I can give him free range to do as he pleases with my nails and walk out satisfied. I was floored when he finished, and by the time I left, I was eager to share pictures my friends! I can assure you, I HAVE NEVER FELT MORE CONFIDENT IN MY NAILS! This was my first time at this salon, and my first experience with nail designs, but it won't be my last. I've found my new nail home!

The shop is very clean and I always receive compliments on on how beautiful my nails look. I have been patronizing this business consistently for 6 months and I have never been disappointed with any of my experiences and my expectations are always met.

Clean salon and friendly employees. Got my dip powder done by Julie today and byfar the best job anyone's done on my nails thus far. Really impressed by the attention to detail and making sure my nails looked the way I wanted. Came last month during thanksgiving and got a pedicure and shellac manicure. The pedicure lasted 4 weeks and could've lasted longer if my nails didn't grow so far. Shellac also lasted a couple weeks and could've gone longer if I didn't pick them off. Probably the best pedicure and shellac manicure I've gotten as well. Just disappointed that the only time I get to come to this salon is when I am visiting my parents during the holidays. I would fly back more often just to come here!

I only tried this place after reading other reviews and that it had a 5 Star rating compared to other nail salons in the area. I am not sure if the management or anything changed but I did not have a good experience. My nail job was done poorly. My pedicure was ok but I felt I overpaid for it. But no excuse for my manicure, it was terrible. I will try to post the pics. I am not going back even though it is less than half a mile from where I live.

After trying a couple of nail spas I found myself desperate for a place that would actually give me what I wanted. The nail Gods must have heard my cries. I called and made an appointment with Devine Nails. I walked in and I was greeted with smiles and was taken care of right away. Andy, sat down with me and started showing pictures and helping me figure out what would be best for me. I was thankful for this because sometimes you just need that second opinion. This is the place to go to get your manis and pedis! Tons of color options in regular and shellac nail colors and new colors often as well. The owner Kim is super sweet and accommodating. She has done my nails a few times and you can't beat Longs pedis, foot and leg massages! Super relaxing and CLEAN environment. Never feel like just a number there, they take time to know you and take time on your services as well. There are lots of options around here, but this is the place to go for sure. I am very disappointed in this place. I read all these great reviews and decided to give this place a try since my original nail lady moved down to Dallas. The lady that did my nails cut me deep (DEAL BREAKER) and did not do anything about it. Also not sure why I was charged $50 for nexgen (without tip) - I have never been charged that much before especially in this area. Needless to say I won't be back and I will be telling all my friends to NOT go here. read more

I Absolutely love this place. Staff is always friendly, and always greeted when I first come in. Ive been here 3 times thus far and always had a great experience each time. I always request Andy, he is very patient, detailed oriented, and nice. I love that he takes his time and not rush to get my nails done like other places I would go to in the past.This place overall has the best customer service, and staff I ever encountered at a nail shop. read more

Matsumoto Mya any nail shop or ANY shop period is first come first serve unless you have a firm appointment. They have no control over who gets there first. To give a one star rating because you didn't get your way on your time is at best childish. How were they to know you were going to come!? You could have suddenly decided to change your mind and not come at all. There the tech sits idle waiting for you while they could have assisted a paying client who actually walked through the door. Please be considerate and think before you post a review and say unkind things about a business. read more

Andy did my nails and he is so nice! I was a walk-in about an hour before they closed and they had no problem with it. Excellent service and they really pay attention to detail. Although the place is kind of small it has a very relaxed environment. I would definitely recommend this place. read more

I normally don't do reviews but I can't say enough about this place. Devine Nailspa is the BEST!! I am very particular when it comes to my nails. I walked in and I was greeted by a nice receptionist. The atmosphere was great. This place is neat and clean with the state of the art designs and styles. JJ was amazing she helped me pick out my color. They are very friendly and go above and beyond the call of duty. I can't say enough about this place. This is my first time at Devine Nailsall of duty. They are very professional. Well the reason I'm giving 4 star is; first 2 times I visited divine nailspa I had Andy worked on my nails, he's spectacular with his designs and I was only charged $70 both times with getting amazing designs done on my nails. Other times the owner did my nail an I was happy with his work and great customer service, best I ever experienced in any nail salon, price was still reasonable. But some how last time I visited I feel like I was over charged for simple dip-in $100 + 10 tip $110 by the young lady. So idk how and why she charged me that much but if I go there again I'll definitely ask for Andy. read more

I have been there for about 5 months now, they are wonderful. They are super clean and everything is either single use or disinfect after each use. They are by appointment only, so no waiting and they took the time to do a very professional job. They are very pleasent and very good at what they do. Very glad that I found them. read more

First walking in I didn't expect much, but I loved how I looked coming out! I had gotten my hair dyed and my nails done so it was nice dolling up again. If I wasn't a regular client, then how do you know I have an issue everytime I come? And if I pay $100 to get my nails done and one breaks two days later, proper customer service is to fix it for free, especially since I spent my time driving back to get it fixed. And as much as you charge for services, you are not going to starve because I used some polish on my daughters nails. But all I see is an easy fix: TAKE MY MONEY TO ONE OF THE MANY OTHER NAIL SHOPS IN TX! Nails by Tom in Plano is AWESOME!! read more

Andy did my nails a few times and they lasted about a month. On December 12th I got my nails done maybe the 3rd time by Andy and 3 days later I looked down and one nail was broken. I didn't even feel it break. I didn't have time to call or travel to the location so I held off. 3 or 4 days later another nail broke while I was showering. I was so upset looking down at my 6 day old $80 tacky nails. I called on day 6 and the gentleman basically told me I would have to pay for the repairs since I didn't call within 3 days. I explained to him that I would not pay for repairs when I feel the service was not adequate. The gentleman became argumentative and refused to book my appointment until I agreed to pay for the repairs. He said he had already spoke with Andy and he told him he would not fix them for free. The gentleman also told me I obviously like the service since I keep coming back and spending my money... WOW. At this point Devine nails has lost a client and several others who I referred to this company. If you are a brand, and a good consistent brand at that, you will fix your errors. There was no empathy or customer service with this experience and I can take my money elsewhere and get better service. UPDATE: the date on my review may have been wrong but the facts remain true and correct. One of my nails broke within 3 days and another by day 6! Two nails on the other hand also feel very weak. I always leave a tip and I'm sure if you did your research on my previous visits you'd see that, however, I do not tip for poor service. A customer pays attention to how their nails are done and consistency is key! My nails were thin to start and that is why I did not tip!! Your company has posted my credit card and cash app information on the internet and will be hearing from my lawyer!! read more

Amazing experience! Was my first time there and i'm usually very picky when it comes to getting my nails done, but they were very thorough and very sweet, and my nails turned out great. I had a shellac manicure and Hawaiian pedicure. Love this place and it's got a great, convenient location too. Definitely recommend! read more

I went on a Friday for a coffin shape that I thought I liked but I really didn't so I went back that Sunday and let them know how I felt and fixed it no issues!!! They listened and made sure of what i wanted and my nails are SOOOOOO AMAZING!!!!! Special s/o to JJ!! She is amazing and funny!!!! read more

Just came in with my friend (both of our 1st times here), and I can say that we both are super satisfied with our nexgen! The only drawback is that they are a little expensive, but I'm not the type of person to get them done on a regular basis so I think it's worth it. On top of the great nail job, the nail techs were really nice and actually took their time to make sure everything was even and polished (without taking too long, they were actually very quick!). Definitely will be coming back next time I need my nails done! read more

the lady at the front was such a sweetheart!! The service was amazing! A little wait but ofc that's no complaint! But I went to go get my eyebrows waxed after me not doing them for the past two months minus a little self touch up, the lady did amazing job with my eyebrows! This is definitely a regular spot I'm going too! Oh and not to mention the nails they had on display are amazing! They look like something a celebrity would get! After Sadaf examined my naturally short eyelashes, she told me that I wasn't going to be happy with the results and to not waste my money. She suggested to use a lash serum for a month and return to her. Sooo happy I didn't spend the money on a lash lift that wasn't going to truly curl or lift my lashes!! The brow wax and meticulous tweezing was painless and she shaped my brows naturally. The brow lamination took 10 min and I was told not to wet them for 24 hours. I'm so happy I trusted her and I will see her again in 5-6weeks for another brow lamination and wax! Overall I paid $99 for both.

After the previous owner left, the rest of the employees leaving was just a matter of time. the only reason I drove out of my way to go there is because the preivous employees were friendly, detaild and take price in their work. I went it yesterday for my pedi/mani, and I was surprised to see 3 new faces, the owner and 2 more working, struggling to take care of all 5 customers at once. I sat down and the lady started my pedicure, she was rushing to finish my feet so she can start on my hands. it made mad to see that she didn't go the base coat, she changed the shapes of my toe nails, different sizes!!! and as she was polishing she kept wiping the polish with her other hands and kept replying!! really my 5 year old oculd do better. Mypatience run out and I said I don't ahve time for mani, i need to go. never again. Now if only I know where the other employees went to and I will follow them if they are still in Allen. Otherwise, I will hunt me a new place closer to my house. but No more All Seasons Spa, even the nail color choices were so slim!! not to mention the service. read more

Received a gift card from All Seasons Spa on Custer/Hedgcoxe for a Spa treatment. Made the appointment to use it today. Walked in and was told that I had to pay 1/2 of face value today & use 1/2 of GC then I can come back another day & do the same to use the remaining $ on the GC! What??? That means they get 2 full payments from you if you actually redeem their gift certificates! I'm so angry! I will never support this business & walked out today without any services! Local Plano peeps - beware of All Seasons Beauty Spa = Rip Off! $ 105 down the drain. I would highly recommend that no one buys or gives a gift certificate from this place. If you are looking for a reasonable, friendly, and consistently wonderful full service nail salon, you need to visit All Seasons Beauty Spa! Kim is wonderful- she is my go-to person now for waxing and all nail services. I have been coming here for several months, and I've only had the best experience. She has completely changed my mind about gel nails. I had not had a good experience with long wear where I had gone previously- Kim does a great job- and her gel nails easily last 3+ weeks or longer! Tried Devine Nailspa today and I finally feel like I found my nails a "home" ! It has been impossible to find a good nail tech in the Plano/Frisco area. One that actually spends the time and values your business. Vin truly listened to what I wanted and my frustrations I have with other techs and what I don't want my nails to look like. I showed a picture of shape and the "thinner" look. At other salons they tell me they can't do it thin, because the color won't be bright. No, it takes someone that knows what they are doing. My daughter and I have tried other nail salons, but All Seasons is by far our favorite. It is more peaceful and relaxing than giant salons. The staff is polite and friendly. Kim takes time with both my daughter and I to make sure we are happy. My first set of next gen stayed firm for 3 1/2 weeks. My daughter prefers acrylics. She is a competitive gymnast, so she is rough on her nails! Kim changed the shape for her so she is less likely to catch them on the bars or mats, and she is happy to fix them when she does catch one. I now have been going here for my manicures and pedicures and wouldn't go any where else! They are definitely a 5 STAR spa. They're very gentle and kind! They are very thorough and conscientious with their work. Being a nurse I make sure that they use proper techniques and they are very good about it. Now my husband goes to them for a pedicure because he is diabetic, they are extra careful when they do his. I never thought I'd see the day that my husband would ever go, but he loves having it done especially with the foot and leg messages with the coals. We plan on being long time customers with them! For my last few pedicures, I have come to All Seasons Beauty Spa. My pedicures have been great each time. The nails look awesome and nothing beats Long's comprehensive foot and leg massage! I checked out the menu while I was here this time and they offer several different types of pedicures and services from full body massage to waxing. Today Kim efficiently waxed my eyebrows and they look super. This team of workers take their time on each customer and puts great care into customer satisfaction. Kim is so nice and patient. She really takes her time to make my nails beautiful, on top of that, she also massages my hands or feet. She is very gentle in her skills too. Went to visit Kim yesterday to get my nails done. As usual, she takes her time to make sure you get what you want. This place is a hidden gem. Give it a try I went back to see Kim. So why would I PAY for services and TIP, only to come back for 'charity'. Make it make sense. They put STICKERS on their hands for the design and now the owner is the one upset?! They had designs on 3 fingers for each hand (one child) and each on the other. I don't do this as a profession, but they are 'CHILDREN' with tiny hands/nails. Make it make sense. The owner seemed like she is obviously unprofessional and upset that I called it out. The owners unprofessional response speaks volumes to the reason the business review star is below 4 and the place being empty! It has allegedly been proven that "we" are allegedly up charged for services. I am unsure if this happened, but I do know this doesn't make sense. I don't understand the reason why the owner running a business, seemed angry and unprofessional. The owner showed her unprofessionalism to others. The best of luck to this place. I definitely do not recommend.

Their explanation was that the samples are made on clear nails, not natural nails -- but the color on my nails turned out to be three shades lighter than the sample. Additionally, after just a week, one of my nails chipped. When I returned to have it fixed, I pointed out another nail that was about to fall off. Instead of properly fixing it, they simply applied glue underneath, and two days later, the nail came off completely. Also my nails are all about to fall off !! After about 10 days, my nails lost their shine, looked dull, and started to look broken. Overall, I was very disappointed with the quality and durability of their work.
