I've been here twice. The first time Andy did my nails and they were GORGEOUS!!! They lasted almost a month. Unfortunately, Andy only does really long nails. After shopping around for 5 months and not finding anyone I made an appointment with JJ. On the day of my appointment she called me and asked me to come in earlier, so she wouldn't have downtime between me and the person before me. I came in earlier. My appointment was on a Wednesday by Saturday one of my thumbs was lifting. Sunday the other in one lifted, two days later it popped off. A week after my appointment my pointer finger started lifting. If messaged JJ on Saturday on IG (same way I booked my appointment) about my nail and asked to come on Monday. They were closed. She asked me to come Tuesday, I couldn't because of work. I suggested Thursday. She said she would let me know. She never did, then messaged that she had been waiting for me. She messaged me at 4 pm on Thursday that she could see me at 7. When I didn't show up she called me (first time she called me to try and resolve this). I told her I hadn't seen the message but could be there in 30 minutes. She said she wouldn't wait since its been over a week since she did my nails. Then proceed to basically tell me I shouldn't be mad because she tried to help me. I asked if going forward was there anything that could be done because debating busy schedules and her "help" was a waste of time. She said no. Long story short, go to Andy (if king nails are your thing) and don't expect good customer service.
Love! Love! Love! This place is amazing! I have been here twice and the second time was yesterday. JJ did my nails and they came out spectacular. I just moved to Texas and after almost 2 years I finally found an amazing nail salon. The service is top notch! The quality and consistency is amazing! I have already recommended this location to my coworkers.
I'm new to the area and was looking for a new place to get my nails done. I thought I'd try out Devine Nails and Spa and I'm so glad I did. I made an appointment and when I arrived I was waited on immediately. The staff was very friendly and Vin did an amazing job on my nails!! 10/10 would recommend!
Got my nails done by JJ. Really appreciated that they stayed open past their close time to accommodate me but she was not the friendliest. Gave one word responses when I asked about different nail options and made me feel like I was bothering her. When I asked her to file my nails a certain way, she repeatedly said "I don't do that". I still gave a good tip and did not receive a simple thank you. 4 days later, already lost 2 finger nails.
I've been here twice and it is my new spot. This salon takes walk-ins but you more than likely need an appointment because they stay busy. Them being by mostly appointments keep the atmosphere professional and personal. Very classy and clean place. If you are looking for the type of nails that you see on Instagram/Facebook/pinterest with the nice designs Etcetera this place is it. Both times JJ has done my nails and I love her. They have an IG as well @DevineNailSpa.
Let me start by saying I hardly get my toes and nails done. But I loved coming here for my pedicure with the owner. He's friendly and does a great job. I got gifted some money for my birthday and decided to splurge on a set of nails for the first time in a LONG time. The nails were done by a woman and they came out amazing. The down? She wasn't very helpful and didn't explain things very well. I told her I was clueless with all the new stuff on the market (gel/dips etc...)she didn't explain anything to me...when she asked what shape I wanted, I asked her what shapes were available, to show me some samples. She said she didn't have any and that I had to look for them on my phone. First red flag. When she asked what color I wanted, she showed me a ring of colors...didn't give me the option to select regular acrylics. So $109 later...I said "that's okay, I'll enjoy these nails all summer. When I called 3 weeks later to schedule a fill, she said that the color nails I got don't get fills and that I would need an entire new set! What?! Why was this not explained to me when I got them? She did not answer. Again-she's the nail expert-not me. I had no clue. The hand nail experience was bad, unfair and unprofessional.
This has been by far the best nail experience I've ever had. When I walked in, I instantly felt welcome! They were prompt, I was immediately sat down and engaged in conversation, which always makes a nail salon feel more "homey", where we further discussed my service and my expectations for the visit. Here's some background on that: I found my nail tech, Andy, on Instagram due to his experience with nail art, and received a recommendation from a friend who has been serviced by him before. Nail design is something that I have been trying to get for years now, but due to my picky and gaudy tendencies, I have yet to find someone who can accommodate my vision! Thank God for Andy! I gave him the picture of what I wanted and he was adamant about making sure everything looked the exact way I wanted it to look! He was sure to discuss price points with me, to make sure everything was well within my budget beforehand, and then he proceeded to focus on every miniature detail until he got it right. During the process, I was engaged with even more amazing conversation with the staff in the salon, and had the opportunity to observe how they interact with their clients. I was MORE than impressed! They were generous, kind, patient, and down to earth. You could tell they really enjoy people, which is more than you can say about most salons these days. They even went as far as to give a child a towel, who was cold and sleepy in the salon, to wrap around her while her mother was finishing her nails. To most that won't mean much, but it really left a lasting impression for me! I was enamored with the sheer detail Andy put into my nails, as soon as I gave him my hands, I truly believed I had nothing to worry about! We even discussed how much time he puts into studying nail design! I know now that I can give him free range to do as he pleases with my nails and walk out satisfied. I was floored when he finished, and by the time I left, I was eager to share pictures my friends! I can assure you, I HAVE NEVER FELT MORE CONFIDENT IN MY NAILS! This was my first time at this salon, and my first experience with nail designs, but it won't be my last. I've found my new nail home!
I always have a great experience at this nail salon. All of the technicians provide top notch and high quality service. The shop is very clean and I always receive compliments on on how beautiful my nails look. I have been patronizing this business consistently for 6 months and I have never been disappointed with any of my experiences and my expectations are always met.
Clean salon and friendly employees. Got my dip powder done by Julie today and byfar the best job anyone's done on my nails thus far. Really impressed by the attention to detail and making sure my nails looked the way I wanted. Came last month during thanksgiving and got a pedicure and shellac manicure. The pedicure lasted 4 weeks and could've lasted longer if my nails didn't grow so far. Shellac also lasted a couple weeks and could've gone longer if I didn't pick them off. Probably the best pedicure and shellac manicure I've gotten as well. Just disappointed that the only time I get to come to this salon is when I am visiting my parents during the holidays. I would fly back more often just to come here!
I only tried this place after reading other reviews and that it had a 5 Star rating compared to other nail salons in the area. I am not sure if the management or anything changed but I did not have a good experience. My nail job was done poorly. My pedicure was ok but I felt I overpaid for it. But no excuse for my manicure, it was terrible. I will try to post the pics. I am not going back even though it is less than half a mile from where I live.
After trying a couple of nail spas I found myself desperate for a place that would actually give me what I wanted. The nail Gods must have heard my cries. I called and made an appointment with Devine Nails. I walked in and I was greeted with smiles and was taken care of right away. Andy, sat down with me and started showing pictures and helping me figure out what would be best for me. I was thankful for this because sometimes you just need that second opinion. He did a FANTASTIC job and I will be going here from now on. Thanks Devine Nails! Y'all are awesome.
I am so happy to have found Andy! Being someone who changes my nail design every session and always wanting the newest and trendiest, i know I've come to the right place. Not only is Andy talented, he's also careful and really sweet, he's really awesome at what he does, personally I have not found this kind of quality in Plano. I did wait 20 minutes past my appointment time, but even with my naturally impatient personality i still came out a very happy client- will be back!

It took me so long to find a nail salon after losing my nail tech. Now I have Andy and I'm so thrilled. The whole crew was nice and energetic. I keep staring at my nails in disbelief. I relocated to Texas from California almost two weeks ago and had to find new professionals for all of my pampering needs. After doing some research, I chose Devine Nailspa. I called and they were able to schedule me the same day. JJ did my pedi and fill, and I couldn't be happier. She was personable yet professional. For years, I'd been wanting to try an olive green color and could never find the exact shade I desired. Devine Nailspa has such an array of colors. They even have different shades of WHITE. This place has been an absolute jewel to me. I just moved here about a month ago from Phoenix and I just knew it would take forever to find THE nail salon. I found it. I love love Vin and Andy. They are so attentive and that dang Andy is talented. I never have to contemplate about a design-he has it already. This is the second time we've used this nail spa. The first time we made an appointment with Andy who was absolutely nice professional and did an amazing job. This time we also had an appointment with Andy but due to scheduling conflicts couldn't make it. So understandably the $35 deposit is forfeited. We called and asked if there was anyone else who could just do a fill and was told to go ahead and come him. Then we're told they don't do fills it'd have to all be soaked off. We acquiesced and pick a new design. The lady then proceeded to do the nails and the acrylic work was good however the marbled design was sub par. Especially when compared to the worked Andy had done previously. So of course we ask that if he corrected, she refused and then pulled in the other technicians in the place. Lest I forget. Andy who was not "available" was present the whole time with a client for the 3 hours I was in the place. Since I had a n appointment coming up I asked I asked if she'd be able to redo them should I come the next day. Again she refused. Then got belligerent and threatened to call the police because I was willing to pay $100 for the acrylic work but refused to pay the extra $36. For the design. If she was unwilling to redo then. Next thing I know. 2 police officers show up. Long story short. After consulting with the police I actually end up only paying $65. Much less than I had been willing to pay. I hate to pull the race card but I cannot come up with any other reason to justify what transpired today. Especially when their own posted policy says they will redo the work if client is unsatisfied before they pay for the service. Needless to say I will never be back. Caution to anyone who goes in there if you're not satisfied with their work be prepared to talk to the police. All this over a meager $36. When my ticked was almost $200. Smh. *update* *reply to the manager's answer* I was so sure you're going to come up with a "smart reply" to my review, based on your record below - all the responses you give to the people who rate this lame salon with 1*. And I couldn't be more glad, because you really need somebody to put you in your place. You got a lotta nerve to answer like that to me and all the others that have been complaining in here. First of all, what sales are you talking about?! When I made the appointment and asked how much is it going to cost me, nobody mentioned any sales or any discounted price, it was just $45 -nothing more, so don't hit me with that bs! Secondly, I get my nails done "thin" everywhere I go. It never ever happened to get 3 broken nails in no more than 10 days (first one snapped after the second day, came in to fix it the very next day) or any at all, so how can you explain that? And why do you write "DID" in capitals, like I said the contrary?! I DID say you offered to get them fixed WITH A 30% DISCOUNT. Meaning I was supposed to pay another $31,5 to get the same lame work done. With the same cheap products. Probably by the same woman, who can't talk to me and can't warn me that I only have 3 days warranty for my "thin nails". Of course I wanted my money back, I already know what y'all selling and I don't want it anymore, what else am I supposed to do, if not get my money back? "If You believe you tech had English problems you should've requested somebody else who can speak yada yada yada..." what???? She couldn't speak at all, but that wouldn't be the problem, I'm a foreigner myself, not judging her because of that, but you telling me that I have to request a tech that can speak the language is just OUTRAGEOUS. Is this how you're selling your products? When ppl come back to you to complain about the provided services , you're just gonna put the blame on the them for not thinking in advance about requesting a tech that knows English?!?! Don't you think all of your techs are supposed to be able to tell the customer all the details he/she needs to know?!?? Omgosh, you can't be serious, you need to see a business counselor, because you ain't gon' be in this business for too long. Thirdly, nobody ever mentioned that the nail polish I pointed at wasn't just "glitter", but "SWAROVSKI CRYSTALS". I mean, when you see that the customer is astonished by the price, you'd figure you would explain why it is so expensive. Nobody mentioned any "swarovski crystals" when I asked them "$25 for 2 half nails only?!", they just smiled and looked at me, so again, don't come up with that bs, trying to make me look cheap or poor for not getting them done like that, because it was too expensive. Yeah, 2 nails with PLAIN NORMAL glitter for $25 is a lot! You seem to think you're something else and that you're mr. smarty pants that comes on Yelp and "slaps" every customer in their face for having issues with this salon, like it's their fault. You're extremely rude and completely careless, so I strongly believe you should not be in this business at all, because you have no idea what customer service is based on and you clearly think something about yourself that ain't even close to the truth. So I suggest you think before you speak, 'cause I just broke it down for you with reasonable arguments, mister. Now do us all a favor and save that "your update said everything about yourself" or "we are no slaves" to yourself. Good luck, you need it. read more

I love Devine Nailspa! I found them on Facebook. I fell in love with them since my first visit. Now I'm loyal customer to this day! All the nail techs that work here do great work. I love it when I let them do whatever they want. I never look basic and always get lots of compliments. OMG after 8 months of living here in Plano, I have FINALLY found a nail salon with proper skills. Andy helped me figure out what I wanted on each nail because the choices of color, art etc. can be overwhelming. There's so much he can do!!! I got hand painted leopard and real Swarovski crystals. I thought the price was very good as well for all of this work. I actually questioned them about the bill because I thought it was too low. I cannot wait to go back and let Andy do more cool things to my nails!!! read more

OK i really dont know where to start...this nail salon is for sure a hidden gem in the dfw area. Most salons near me have no idea how to do acrylic nails and would refuse to even do the service. Im tired of crappy dip powder nails! I called devine about an hour before, seeing if they had an availability they gladly set up an appointment for me. I recommend booking the appointment eariler for your convince and theirs. I have been searching for a salon that respects their customers and their nails and this is the place! They have so many options but me and Vin T decided an acrylic set with gel polish on top would be best for me since i will be getting fills and changing my color often. Vin T was my tech and WOW can i say his work is amazing. My nails have a beautiful C curve, flawless cuticles, and a absolutely killer shape. He listens to his customers because he truly cares and wants them to love his work. He was so friendly and compassionate, i really enjoyed my time at this nail salon today. They had a lot of options and even some sets already made so you can get a even better idea of what u want, Or you could just choose one of their unique beautiful sets. They can go off of almost anything u show them. My coffin shaped gel acrylics look even and precise. read more
