I had an outstanding experience with Denver Ducts, and I want to specifically recognize our technician, Terryn, for the incredible job he did. He was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough from start to finish. He spent 7.5 hours working on our entire system, including the ductwork, furnace, and AC unit, and it was clear he takes real pride in doing the job the right way. Terryn took the time to explain everything he was doing and showed me some of the debris he removed from inside the ducts. He also provided excellent before-and-after photos so I could see the difference for myself. As a Marine Veteran, I appreciate craftsmanship, attention to detail, and doing things the right way without shortcuts. Terryn delivered exactly that. He went above and beyond what was expected, especially compared to the last company we used, who didn't take nearly as long and definitely wasn't as thorough. The pricing was very fair, competitive, and even lower than several other companies I looked at. The veteran discount was genuinely appreciated as well. There was no aggressive upselling, just honest recommendations backed up by photos of what he found. I will recommend Denver Ducts a hundred times over any other duct cleaning company. Quick to schedule and come out. Quote one price but up sell you on more work onsite. Paid for full service 500$ more than initially quoted which is fine the guy told me my system needed a good clean. Paid HVAC serviced and all vents cleaned end of June come Aug had a clogged AC line that caused a massive flood. Called new HVAC company that states my HVAC was not serviced and showed me all the dust that Denver ducts claimed they serviced. Beware of upselling and not completing work that they claim they do. Called over 10 times to speak to someone about this issue... crickets. Candace still waiting for your call back that I have been promised repeatedly. Shit costumer service. Claimed they cleaned AC line and system... pictures of their cleaning and massive flood they caused below. Don't use them. I would never use them again. Price published for services seemed reasonable until they showed up and bait and switched me to try to charge me over $1,000. I also had some areas on m floor where the carpet wasn't vacuumed up adequately and I had to clean it myself after they left. read more

I had a really lengthy and exhausting experience with them and wanted to share my story with you before you made a decision. I initially had them come out to our house at the end of June to perform 2 services: Whole House Air Ven Cleaning and Furnace Blower Motor Cleaning. The service description listed on their website is VERY MISLEADING. They said the services I paid for covered "full inspection and analysis for complete HVAC system". The technician who performed the services did NOT provide any documentation nor walk me through what that inspection and analysis is. WITHOUT my permission, he decided it was ok to cut a HOLE in our main duct runs to take pictures inside of the duct. He used the picture to convince me to buy an additional $199 main trunk line cleaning. I had a few questions regarding our HVAC system and his answer to all my questions were "nope, I don't know". When he emailed the before and after pictures, i CANNOT tell which ones are before pictures and which ones are after pictures. Even the picture file names made no sense. I didn't think we fairly received the service we paid for. So I called the company shortly after on a Friday, they said the manager will call me back right away. I waited till Wednesday, called again, same thing, waited and called again the Friday after... after so many rounds of waiting and calling, I finally got to speak with a manager. The manager sent a super out to our house, and the super confirmed there were still big debrits in my ducts, the dryer vent was not cleaned at all (included in 2 services I paid for) and possibly the sanitizing was never done. He also explained to me the "Full inspection and analysis for complete HVAC system" means they will open the vents and take a look at the visible portion of the ducts and tell me how dirty they are and if cleaning is recommended. so NOTHING TO DO WITH THE ACTUAL PROFORMANCE OF YOUR HVAC SYSTEM NOR MAJORITY OF THE DUCTS RUNS WHICH ARE NOT VISIBLE FROM THE VENTS. He came back again on a later day with a few more technicians to finish the incomplete the job. He did provide a free scope in a problemic vent we have brought up, which is why I even give them one star in the review. when they left, we found a couple vents were left open. After all that, I'm trying to reach out to the manager again to wrap this up. And I have waited for another week, called twice already, still haven't been able to talk to the manager. After spending $647, I did not want any of the headaches I have experienced. and none of you needs to experience the same. I would NOT recommend them to anyone. read more

We had our ducts cleaned and we had to pay the extra to get the main branches done. Midway through the cleaning the tech stopped to take a job interview and quit on the spot. I have health issues so we really needed these cleaned well especially after some construction. I noticed he cut some corners on the vents that he cut out to do the main branch, especially if I wasn't right there. We bought new vent covers and as we went to put, the vent covers on, we noticed debris still right at the top in some of our ducts. He did some of them, but not all of them.. It was very unprofessional experience and when we found the debris we called and provided pictures. They said that they would let management know so they could contact us. $400 later still no resolution after multiple attempts. read more

No problem with service but I am visually compromised and is very difficult for me to read and write. On the computer I can make everything large therefore I use Wells Fargo Bill Pay (WFBP)for all payments and helps with taxes at the end of the year. Den Duct doesn't accept WFBP therefore I will not be using them again. read more

Appointment got rescheduled multiple times. When the technician finally showed up, he wasn't allowed to come through the community gates because he had expired license plates. They had to send another technician and I wasn't able to be home during that time so I have no idea when the technician even left. I came back to find a list of items that needed attention, but nobody ever called me to discuss what needed to be addressed. They did send me low quality cell phone photos of the work they allegedly completed. I called multiple times to speak with a supervisor about my experience before writing this review but never got to speak with one. Terrible communication, terrible customer service. Not worth the time, effort, or money for what I went through with this company just to have my ducts cleaned. read more

All was good until I realized that the technicians did not put the vents back on . Everything felt rushed. I won't be returning to get any services done with this company. Do your research and go elsewhere. I call them to have someone come back out to put the vents on correctly I have to wait. Magically they did not have to wait to take money. Sebastian came to clean my ducts on Nov. 10, 2025. Before he did mine, he did a neighbor of mine ducts also, and she was not happy with him either. He came with no ladder (said he left it at another customers), so asked both of us if we had one he could use. After here a short time he said he had to go back to my neighbor, as he had left something there. He went to her basement and did something, so guessing he had forgotten and left something undone. He came back after 30 or more minutes, and said he had been preparing my paper work. He also plugged 2 machines/plugs into same outlet at her house and it blew a fuse. She had to get a neighbor to come and fix that for her. Took him 3 hrs at her house and 2 1/2 hrs at mine. It took him 1 hour and 15 minutes to start the cleaning after he initially arrived at my house. I checked vents before he left, and 1/2 of them were closed and a couple with sand/dirt in the vents. When he was finished I checked the thermostat to my furnace, and no response. I asked him if he had done something, and he said, "oh I was just getting ready to turn it back on". It had cancelled all of my digital settings, so had to call furnace company out to help me reset, as it is new and I didn't have the digital stuff figured out. The most unprofessional thing I think he did, was to be on the phone having a private conversation 95% of time he was here working. My neighbor said he was also on the phone at her house most of the time he was there. There is no way I would be able to recommend Denver Ducts if this is the kind of help that they hire and then tolerate the bad work that they do. Sorry. read more

Make sure they actually clean your ducts! We had Denver Ducts out to our house two years ago to clean the ducts. They suggested having them done every two years so we decided to have them done again. Since we didn't have the best experience with Denver Ducts before (tech stripped several screws on our vents and spent most of the time on his phone) we decided to use a different company. We are sure glad we did! Our techs kept asking us "are you sure this was cleaned two years ago? Because there is YEARS of buildup in there!" Then they showed us that several ducts had NOT been cleaned! I trusted Denver Ducts two years ago and what a mistake and waste of money that was! We paid nearly $900 to still have dirty ducts! They Canceled an appointment for 4/18 rescheduled for 4/19 so that's twice I had to reschedule. I finally called them. They were supposed to be here from 2 to 4. I called them at 4 o'clock. At first he could not even find my appointment. They said they had me down for an entire cleaning, and all I wanted was a quote. No one showed up between two and four. Finally someone named CHRIS? Called me and asked if we would mind rescheduling and I said nope not gonna do it. I'm done I'll go with another company. If I could give Denver Ducts ZERO Stars, I definitely would! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I did my due diligence before hiring these guys. There were a few bad reviews, but the majority of the reviews were good, so I decided to go with them. My appointment was on 24 April 2025. The scheduler gave me a window of 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM. I waited the entire time and was finally contacted by the company after 3:00 PM to tell me the tech was 45 minutes away from my house. When the tech arrived, he did an inspection of the ducts in the house. He also inspected the furnace and the main duct that ran from the AC unit to the furnace. He made it a point to tell me that he couldn't service the furnace and main duct because it wasn't part of the $199 special. He gave us the hard sell about this. Servicing the furnace and main duct would have added an additional $400 to the total. We declined the service. He then proceeded to service the house based on the sale. Finally, he ran his hoses out the door that accessed the backyard from the garage in order to service the dryer exhaust vent. He completed the service and left without a word. A few days later I discovered that the door frame and lock from the garage to the backyard had been damaged (see pictures). I immediately contacted the company, and the representative told me she would pass this to leadership. I sent pictures of the damage to the company after my initial contact. I received no follow up call. I contacted the company again and was told again my issue would be passed up. I was once again ignored. I finally wrote an email on 22 May 2025 asking that the issue be dealt with. I was ignored for a third time. This is NOT how professionals deal with issues. This was the first time I used Denver Ducts Corp. I will use them again! I noticed their company in a ValPac ad that I received. Because they were accredited, and BBC rated this was a plus for trying them out. I called to find out about the cost, discounts and what all that entailed. I was pleased that DDC did offer a discount for senior citizens, even with their discounted rate, and scheduled them to come to my home. DDC reminded me they were coming the day before and their expected arrival time. Luis arrived promptly after letting me know he was on his way. He was considerate to not backup on my decorative flagstone next to my driveway. He greeted me with a friendly smile and polite conversation. He then asked me to show him where the main furnace/air conditioner unit was located. I took him to the basement, and then we proceeded to each vent or return where he sealed them before moving onto the next one, finally ending upstairs. My floors and rugs had just been cleaned, so Luis took the time to wear booties inside and removed them when he went out to his truck. When he worked in my crawl space, he was careful not to damage the incased surface. Luis kept all the vents/returns sealed until he worked on them and then he cleaned up after each one and resealed it. I only had to put the furniture back in its place when he finished. Luis photographed everything he worked on and showed me some of the photos when I was close by. He was thorough, professional, and very caring about my safety and my home. I've many allergies, so I replace my filters each month and keep my home as clean as possible. Luis acknowledged my issues and didn't use any perfumes or chemicals with smell. When I called at 1pm to find out why, did they pick up the phone - No. Did they return my call asking for a reason why - No Can't believe they are still in business with this type of customer service! DO NOT USE THESE GUYS The technician was prompt and on time but seemed very uncomfortable and checked out. He asked to see the vent and return locations so I showed him but he really didn't seem to pay attention. After a quick walkthrough he offered a "special" discount to clean the furnace of $249, which I had no interest in but wanted to placate the poor kid so I told him I'd think about it. I also let him know I'd be going around removing the vents that would be difficult as they've been painted over many times and to expedite the job and make it easier for him. He informed me he was going to open up the furnace and shut it down and just take pictures to show me. Again I told him it was only a year old but if that's what he wanted to do and needed to do it for the job to go ahead. RED FLAG NUMBER 1: Midway through the first two ducts he asked if I had thought more about the furnace cleaning and showed me some pictures to which I kindly declined. He then asked if he were to offer me a lower rate would I reconsider. In the email sent to me they offer an add on for furnace cleaning at $199..... RED FLAG NUMBER 2: I noticed some of the air ducts were covered and some were not. I showed him one additional return I'd forgotten about and made clear to point out to him its location. Not only did he miss it he also didn't cover it either and as he began on the main return a MASSIVE cloud of dust began pouring out of it and I had to quickly get him to stop. He seemed virtually unfazed by it and nonchalantly tipped the return cover on the opening. THE AFTERMATH: (where it gets really bad) With the "technician" signaling that the job was complete I hurriedly began to put my vent covers back on while he packed up only to discover that each supply was taped inside with asbestos tape and I had a mini heart attack. I quickly went to get duct sealant and get everything contained before the system spread freshly agitated asbestos around the house. I told the "technician" and he literally had no response about it. -This part gets me. This kid had been blowing all kinds of stuff close to his face for three hours and had no mask and seemingly no knowledge of asbestos. The owner of this company seemingly only cares about profit and not safety. While putting the vent covers back on I figured to take some pictures and see. There were piles of debris right at the bottom of the returns... I then checked the rest of the house and realized it was even worse down stairs, missing one of the TWO returns. The mechanical room had dirt and dust everywhere and the trash from his access cuts. I promptly reached out to the company and said I was extremely disappointed especially considering I had to clear my schedule and my partner had to vacate and work elsewhere with our new dog. I was told by Shiloh from Denver Ducts on the phone that she was terribly sorry and they would send out their project inspector and if necessary offer a re-clean. At this point I wasn't interested in repeating this process but said I was open to just getting a credit and moving on. As the night progressed and I continued to clean our house to make it livable again I shined a flashlight in the ducts and took a further look and became mortified. There were piles of debris in all the returns including right where I showed the technician I had noticed visible debris in the main return. I forwarded my further finds to their email with pictures and stated clearly that I wanted my money back as the job simply had not been done. They told me I would hear back in 24hrs and this was on 2/15.... I have heard nothing. And it's 2/20. OVERALL IMPRESSION: Don't even consider these guys for a second. It's clearly a turn and burn operation and they simply don't care about the customer or their employees for that matter. If I could redo the whole thing I would have spent more and used Monster Vac from the start and ultimately will once the asbestos is abated. I didn't know much about ducts and services offered. I did some research, asked some questions, and everything went exactly as expected. I saw the negative reviews, and those were all situations that an educated consumer would have known about, rather than be surprised during the vendor visit (taking vent covers off, ceiling vents, furnace cleaning adds, coil cleaning adds, etc.). Mike was great in answering my upfront questions, and Isaiah was great during the visit. Isaiah was honest about the furnace and coil states, and only recommended one to be done, although I did both. Response time, show up time, actual work, and collection was all done professionally and on point. Oh, and they did a two day turnaround with me after inquiry. I paid $848 for air duct cleaning and furnace maintenance. The job seemed to go fine but the next morning, my house was 60 degrees although the thermostat was set to 72. I tried adjusting thermostat settings, making sure the power to the furnace was on, etc. I had never had any problems with the furnace before for several years. I called the company and spoke with a supervisor who argued with me about whether they had caused the furnace malfunction. He repeatedly questioned me about whether the furnace worked when the technician left (yes, the furnace would turn on for about a minute at a time, but clearly was not fully working because my house was 60 degrees the next morning). He was very focused on getting me to "admit" that the broken furnace was unrelated to the maintenance done the day before. I did not make any "admissions" on the phone because a lot of these companies record all their phone calls. I felt like he was trying to get me to say something to use against me, rather than helping me solve my problem. The furnace has never had problems for several years until the day they did "maintenance" on it, but the supervisor was telling me that it "might be totally coincidental". I'll let you use your common sense about that one. The correct response to this would have been to just send someone to my house without debating on the phone with me. On the plus side, the technician they sent to fix the problem did a good job. It was apparently just related to a dirty air filter. But after paying about $400 for the furnace maintenance portion, I would have hoped they would have pointed out the day before that the filter was dirty and I should change it. It is a little questionable to me how good a job they did on the "maintenance", since I do not know much about furnaces. After this "maintenance" I had a minor emergency because I was worried my pipes would freeze and I had to take time off of work to get the problem resolved. Even though the person they sent to fix the problem was good, I did not appreciate having to take time off of work and being lectured to about how the problem was probably my fault.
