Did I get an off day? My A/C was cutting off intermittently and I asked them to come by. They did find out the problem after a bit, but didn't want to do any maintenance on the unit because of a bush? I easily cut the bush in 5 minutes, this wasn't a crazy bush. I understand the maintenance wasn't scheduled but I've never had a company turn down additional work while onsite. I also asked for a mini split quote and they didn't look at the attic access at all to see what was possible. It's a tight space but inspectors have been up there. Their solutions just didn't seem like they wanted to do the work. Quote at $15k. I talked to a contractor the following week and he said that the attic space would be sufficient for someone to go in. I met Jesus and Cesar the first time back when I was trying to figure out what to do with adding an ERV, steam humidifier, and tankless water heater. Highly recommend Logic HVAC. Originally called them to get a quote to service my 27 yr old furnace and estimate how much it would be to move it from the attic (terrible place for a furnace) to the basement. Justin wrote me a up a quote but suggested looking into the Haier wall units and heat pump that provide heat and AC as they would be cheaper. Decided to go with that as there was no point servicing a furnace that was on its last leg anyways, and the AC will be a gamechanger in the summer. Justin was awesome throughout the whole process and ensured that I would be getting rebates from Xcel and the city of Denver to install these new energy efficient appliances. Our first experience with Logic was via a service call dispatched by our home warranty company - you honestly never know what you're going to get in terms of work quality and professionalism when going through the home warranty, and we geared ourselves up for whatever may come when we saw that this new, unknown entity would be coming out to our house to do repairs. We were blown away by Logic's responsiveness, professionalism, and attention to detail. Cesar was quick to contact me and schedule the visit promptly for the following morning. He showed up on time, patiently talked me through his troubleshooting and repair steps per my request, and took the time to wait after he did his magic on our furnace to make sure that the problem was actually fixed. It WAS fixed, and no problems since. We were so impressed by our experience with Cesar on the service call that we had Logic bid a new install in another area of our house. They took time to research the best unit for our needs and ended up recommending an option we hadn't even considered (and I might add that their recommendation was far from the most expensive option; our original idea would have been twice the cost and they persuaded us that the less-costly route would more than suit our needs - they were right). I had Logic HVAC come over for maintenance of my furnace and a/c, which I should have been doing every year. They were stellar. Super nice and very patient with all my questions. They explained the importance of annual maintenance, and I could see that having everything inspected yearly can be much less expensive than ignoring it and then dealing with a catastrophic failure later on. They showed me some areas of concern but it turned out I didn't need any repairs just yet. They even took a look up into my air ducts because I've been experiencing a lot of dust in the house lately. When we purchased our home in 2015 it included a furnace of questionable quality that was only 2 years old. Starting that winter, it would break down on us just about every year, typically around Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year's Eve. In that time, we went through several HVAC companies and never found a company or a tech that seemed to know what they were doing. This last July our air conditioning went out on us for good and we had to replace it and we knew it would be expensive. Cesar and his crew did a great job installing our new Lenox furnace and air conditioner. It was about almost complete the first day with only a few minor things and testing it out the next day which Cesar did himself. Overall, a great job done by these guys and for thousands less than a couple other of the four companies we had estimates from. Logic was also were able to get it done weeks faster than the schedules of the other companies as well. The day I hired them they got the permit and came the next morning to install air conditioning in our home that had never had air conditioning before. This review is long overdue, but better late than never and these guys truly deserve to be recognized. We found Logic HVAC this past summer when we were in need of re-installing our old condenser outside after laying a new deck. Jesus was out here the very next day to give us a quote. He didn't look at our nearly 15 year old unit and take an opportunity to make a sale by getting us to just buy a new one. Instead he gave us the honest truth and explained the possibility of them reconnecting it and it not working because it had been sitting outside unhooked for close to 2 years. He said he'd get us pricing on new units just in case but if we were willing to take the risk with the old one he'd have his guys out right away to help us. A couple of days later Cesar showed up on time with a partner and the two of them moved our old heavy unit from the shed to it's new location on the deck, hooked it up and began running diagnostic tests to ensure it was working properly. During this time they realized that the old R22 refrigerant must have leaked out of the unit at some point during the time it had been unhooked. Again, instead of them stopping there & just recommending we replace the old unit Cesar decided to pressure test the line over night. He returned the next day and was happy to report the pressure held and we didn't have a leak! He said they could just refill the R22 & it should work. Now if anyone is familiar with R22 you'll know that last year it became practically obsolete so this stuff is like liquid gold! We expected to pay an arm & a leg for the refrigerant so we braced ourselves for Jesus's quote. As it turned out it was extremely reasonable...very much in line with the national average and didn't include an obscene mark-up the way most companies have because of its scarcity! Once all was said & done our unit was up and running better than new! Well, that lasted for about a week and then the a/c in the house started blowing out warm air. We called Jesus and his response was, "We will get you guys back on the schedule right away because it's starting to get really hot out." He didn't even know us but he cared enough to recognize how hot it was outside (this was mid July) and he wanted to make sure we were taken care of! As busy as these guys were he had Cesar come back out & diagnose our problem. He found that our capacitor & blower fan had both gone out. He went to pick up the parts right away & had us back up & running within a couple of hours! He even went above & beyond to do a slight modification of our drainage pipe from the a/c so that condensate could flow better from the unit and he didn't charge us for it. He also checked inside the furnace area to make sure everything looked good there, too! He said that our unit looked to be so well taken care of that it could potentially last us for many more years to come. I seriously can not thank these guys enough and have taken every opportunity to recommend them to my neighbors. The level of communication (via text mostly, which I prefer) was superb! Their integrity, honesty, transparency, willingness to quickly get the job done and get it done right, as well as their competitive pricing truly sets these guys a million miles above the rest!!! They say that they take huge pride in their work & care about their customers...well those are not just words. Every action they took showed this and more. My AC/heater were 30 years old and needed some love. I called around for quotes and Jesus from Logic was on top of it! He was one of the first to respond, offered a competitive price, and had availability 2 days later to do the install. The team got it done in a day, coming back the following morning just to complete odds and ends. Additionally, after running the AC all summer - we experienced some scary smoke upon running the heat for the first time. The lead tech, Cesar, came out after hours to make sure everything was safe, and verified the smoke we were experiencing was actually from the CO wild fires (ash everywhere!). If you're wondering why Logic doesn't have as many reviews as some of the other companies here, it turns out to be because they have an extremely nice, skilled and professional group of employees, and they don't pressure their customers to write reviews for them, or even ask. Nobody asked me to write this, but I thought I should in return for the great work they did for me, and to help anyone else who may need to repair or replace their furnace or A/C. When my 22 year old furnace went out, I asked a number of five star companies for quotes to replace it and add A/C to the system. Cesar from Logic was the only person to both come to my house to see what he'd actually need to do to install a new A/C, and to then provide a detailed written legal quote that was very competitive and well within the price range he had initially promised. It was easy to work with Cesar to get the contract signed and arrange a time for the install. Cesar did things when he said he would and was always responsive, friendly and helpful. The team that came to do the work was as easy and professional to work with as Cesar. One guy came over just to cut the manifold above the furnace to make room for the new unit, but I did not get his name. Juan and Keith did most of the work. They were friendly, polite and, most importantly, they are skilled craftsmen who take pride in their work and who take the time to do things right. They also had all the tools - stuff I didn't know existed - for bending and cutting the flashing, conduit and ductwork in order to do a neat and professional job (they took pics of their work afterward). They had to move one of my ducts to make room for the A/C coils above the furnace. Juan crawled into my half-height crawl space behind the furnace and must have spent at least an hour hunched over adjusting the angle of the duct where it enters the manifold, handing it out to Keith to push together, then testing it and taking it apart and moving it a little, again and again and again, until they got things to fit just right. I don't know many people who have the patience or skills to do what he did, especially in the contorted small crawlspace, as opposed rushing and just trying to get things together and get out of there. As a result, the 20 year old duct work now blows stronger than it ever has. Juan and Keith were careful as to where they installed the lines that went through my wall to the new A/C condenser outside, making sure to avoid my pipes, while minimizing damage to my walls and ceiling in the process, and then cleaning everything up afterward. It was clear that the guys doing the install were not being pushed to get done and go somewhere else, or to finish by 5 PM. Instead, they spent the time to do things right. It was great to get quality work done for a good price by really nice, honest, hard-working people. I'm really glad I had Logic do the work, appreciate all the time and effort Juan and Keith put into the install, and I highly recommend them, Cesar and Logic. read more

My A/C unit was leaking refrigerant so I reached out to a few HVAC companies through Yelp. I received a response from Jesus, the owner within minutes. He offered to stop by the next day to give a free estimate. Many other companies wanted to charge 80$ just to come out to take a look and give an estimate - but if you don't like their estimate, you're stuck with them or out the 80$. Compared to other free quotes I received, they were by far the cheapest. They discovered a leak in the evaporator coil, and found the part was still under warranty. They went through the whole process of filing the warranty claim and dealing with Lennox who, through my own experience, has terrible customer support. Throughout the whole warranty claim process Jesus kept in contact with me and answered my texts very promptly whenever I had any questions. Once they received the new part they were there the same day installing it. He and his team were extremely friendly and professional and I would absolutely recommend them. read more
