Audy and his team took immense pride in making sure this job was done in a reasonable time and explaining all the things that were changing with the new setup. This is my second experience with this company and I appreciate how Audy runs the team. My father didn't realize what a difference it would make getting AC in the house I grew up in when there was no AC unit. I don't have to worry that the house will get too hot for him during these Colorado heat waves. This team went above and beyond and I hope it continues on for future customers.

Mark showed up on-time and was very personable and professional. I know it seems trivial, but a clean pressed uniform, eye contact and a firm handshake mean something to me. He explained the plan before starting. He showed me before & after photos when he was done and made recommendations for future work without trying to upsell the call. I really appreciate that! I ended up signing up for the Maintenance Plan which has them come back twice a year because this is the type of company I want to do business with. Would definitely recommend True!

When people go above and beyond, they deserve the recognition…read more In all transparency, True Heating and Cooling had done previous work on our tankless water heater for the past couple years - mainly just a normal maintenance. All good work, but my quibble was follow up on some outstanding issues (mainly with a knocking noise that they didn't seem to get to the bottom of and didn't follow up) which led me to explore other companies - which unfortunately were no where near as detailed or close (actually most further) from a solution and I came them another chance and I'm glad I did. Justin helped work through some more detailed troubleshooting and provided a solid quote (detailed and quick) for solutions in a quick manner. He listened and cared. He was knowledgeable and thorough. While not only getting the issues I had resolved, was also able to resolve other code and safety issues that stemmed from the original install of the boiler. I would highly recommend True to others and will also recommend to other neighbors within my condo complex that have similar setups and might need work. Thank you both Justin and Logan - appreciate the work. (It's also interesting that they are not listed on Navien's website or BBB accredited; this is where I looked for contact information for service as they a) certainly can work / service Navien products well and b) should deserve to be accredited with BBB. Other companies that I've consulted were on both sites and didn't provide as good of service)

Did a little research and found Impact online and called for help as they are a certified Carrier dealer and service provider with great reviews. I first interacted Sarah and Jessica at the office and they were wonderful. They helped me get an appointment ASAP which is never easy in the summer months, and scheduled us with Danny, our current and forever service technician. Danny is super knowledgeable and treated both my wife and I respectfully and honesty. Carrier itself had no idea how to fix it when he called them, so Danny dug his heels in, did some research and figured it out, talking us through each step of his diagnostic process and making his best recommendation on how to fix our air conditioner. Sarah and Jessica also stayed in touch with us every step of the way regarding scheduling. They called me before I had to call them about a part that was taking a little longer than expected and kept me up to date. Their customer service was absolutely gold standard. Together, they all fixed a problem that it didn't seem like anyone else could. All for a price that made me smile as much as any one person can before parting with money. All this to say, call them.
