Fantastic company! I had Shane out a couple different times and if I ever have issues again, I will not hesitate to call this company.

Excellent and quick service. Very responsive in getting it scheduled as well. Technician was very friendly

At 7am, my tenants shared that the furnace was only blowing cold air. I reached out to several companies via Yelp, including S&N Mechanical. Shane was one of the first to respond and I was on the phone with him before 9. He was able to get me in in the 10-12 window that day and answered all of my questions regarding services and price. He texted me and the tenants when he was on it way - arriving at 11:30. At my request, he also called me after taking a look at the furnace to share what he noticed and his recommendations, as well as provide cost transparency. I also asked is he was able to complete an overall maintenance on the furnace. He was in and out in 30-45 minutes and I was able to pay the invoice online. He sent me a detailed invoice with before and after pictures. As a landlord who works full time, it can be difficult and a bit disconcerting to work with service companies if I can't get to the property (serious props to my awesome tenants also!), and Shane was a breeze to work with. I would hire him again! Thanks, Shane. read more

Requested a quote for some HVAC work. I laid out on the phone what I was looking for. Someone came out to inspect our vents and do some counting and measurements. He left saying he would provide a quote in the next day. I didn't receive a quote. A week later on followup I didn't get a response. I took a big chunk off work to make sure I could show him around and let him get the necessary information. As a parent with a busy schedule and stressful job, leaving work and causing me to waste a lot of time like that is real poor from S&N. In the future it would be better if S&N tried to screen my request on the initial call. read more

Shane and the team were such a huge help! Our ac unit broke down and 85 degrees in the house with two kids is brutal. Contacted S&N through Yelp. They quickly responded set up a next-day time. They texted before arriving. Quickly did the work and they are helping with some paperwork I need to provide to the builder. It was also very affordable and the pricing was completely transparent. I can't recommend S&N Mechanical enough. Their combination of speed, skill, and superb communication truly sets them apart. If you're looking for reliable, fast, and professional AC service, don't hesitate to give S&N Mechanical a call! read more

Handled my annual maintenance. They were punctual and informative as well as price competitive compared to other quotes I got

It seems taboo to give 5 stars, but I have no reason not to. Shane was patient, calm, and answered all of my questions. He showed me pictures of the faulty parts and explained a couple of options to fix the AC unit. The people in the office were also responsive when contacting the company. read more

I plan to have a 600 cfm kitchen hood install hence need an existing make up air damper to open when the hood is operating per code. Appliance company will not do any hard wire to hood itself and advise the common approach using an air sensor switch to operate make up air damper. I have spoke to several hvac company in town but most aren't able to perform or understand the task requested. Shane with S&N is able to help me install such air flow/pressure sensor switch for my kitchen ventilation make up air damper. Shane explained each connections what they do clearly and did a clean/neat install that I really appreciated. I would recommended S&N to my friends and family. read more

Awesome service! We had our furnace stop working in Feb and Shane showed up the same day to get it fixed. This fall when the forecast turned so cold, I again turned to Shane on short notice to clean the furnace in time to fire it up for freezing temps. Again, he got here within 24 hours. He tested carbon monoxide, the thermostat, and even taped my cardboard box of filters shut to keep them clean! Shane is a great guy who provides top-notch service! read more

I had an AC service and also had my furnace checked due to some gas smells. Shane was amazing! Super knowledgeable and friendly. He explained how my equipment works, showed me where all the important parts are located, and let me ask a million questions. I will definitely call him for all of my future HVAC needs. Thank you Shane! read more

S&N Mechanical was exceptional and I will definitely be using S&N again next year for my annual HVAC check. I live in a condo and wasn't sure what type of system I had or in what kind of shape it was in. Shane took me on the roof and explained what he was doing and that my AC unit was in good shape. He went into my unit and made sure everything was copacetic with my furnace as well. The price for the job was reasonable and the service was top notch. I highly recommend S&N Mechanical. read more

I reached out last week, amid the Covid-19 shutdowns and half-operations, because we needed someone to come and service our furnace, as well as help with the thermostat that kept going out. They set up an appointment right away, and showed up when they said they would. Shane was great, very quick, quiet, and courteous. My husband was working from home and my daughter was with us. Shane got right to work and was done quickly. He showed me photos of a few areas that needed cleaning, so I set that up too. He left and came back within 30 minutes to clean the coils. Good price and excellent work. I highly recommend this company. read more

Needed some work on my furnace humidifier. S&N had great communication, professional work and fair prices. I have used the "big guys" and have been ripped off by high bids and employees with poor training. I will us S&N from now on! Thanks read more

I needed my evaporative cooler winterized at the last minute because my usual people flaked on me and didn't even respond to my calls. S&N was able to do it next day, they were easy to work with, and the service was thorough. I'll be using them again. read more

Shane is a good dude. He's courteous, clean, professional and timely. He explained the situation thoroughly and asks a fair price. I will definitely use him again. read more

S&N and Shane were great. Fast response, excellent pricing, and very reliable. My basement and attic furnaces needed a general cleaning and inspection. I was surprised and pleased to see Shane took pictures of readings and then provided a copy of the results and observations. I had Shane come back and move the thermostat which wasn't placed well originally. I definitely would recommend this company. read more

Came and completed an estimate and provided me with a quote. We scheduled a date for the installation. I called and confirmed the morning of the installation. Shane never showed up for the installation. read more

S&N made setting up an AC inspection quick and easy. They showed up on time, tested the AC and furnace, and answered all my questions. Would definitely do business with them again. read more

Shane took great care of an emergency AC issue we had on the weekend. He's a great communicator, gave us a super fair quote, and had the job taken care of efficiently! Will definitely use his company again in the future! read more

S&N tech was early, but I was texted well ahead of time, so I call that on time. Professional and pleasant. Checked out the system, topped off the charge, verified all the temperatures and current draws. I would use them again! read more

Our A/C was having issues delivery optimal airflow and cool temperatures. Shane responded immediately back to my request and wrote back with some immediate feedback (unlike a lot of the contacts I messaged). He was quick to schedule a meeting and, on the day of the appointment, thoroughly diagnosed the issue and was able to fix the issue. I will definitely be reusing the services from this company in the future for any subsequent issues. read more

Shane came out and took good care of us and explained how the system worked. He also was diligent in protecting my family by wearing mask and gloves. Price was fair. Will use s&n for future needs. read more

We can't recommend S&N mechanical enough! Shane did several different projects for us, including moving vents and installing a new return. He was professional and very friendly, the work was done quickly and very well, and the cost was extremely reasonable. Shane was responsive and communicative the whole time and explained everything we needed to know. We're very glad we went with S&N and will absolutely hire them for future projects. read more

Wow! I can't say enough positive things about Shane. He was able to come out same day and he took the time and effort to figure out a very tricky system. He is very knowledgeable and so happy with my choice to work with him. Very communicative and reasonable! Highly recommend. read more

Our A/C stopped working near the end of the stretch of 90+ deg temps in August; there were a couple very uncomfortable evenings in our home as a result. We requested several quotes via Yelp (very handy!!) and S&N responded within the hour. We did our due diligence by reading the reviews of all the companies who responded to the RFQ and also checked BBB. Shane was just a little bit late to the appointment, but he texted us well in advance to let us know so it wasn't an inconvenience at all. We described the situation with our A/C, he listened carefully and started investigating to find the problem. Our A/C was up and running in less than 2 hours. Overall, Shane was very professional, very courteous and worked quickly and efficiently. I would and will use them in the future and would recommend them to others. read more

We reached out for an A/C installation, and S&N has hit it out of the park. We had a couple set backs (unit out of stock, some delivery mixups) that were out of Shane's control, and he made sure it did not impact us negatively. We couldn't be happier with our final unit, but more importantly, we could not be happier with our experience with S&N. We will be recommending S&N to everyone we know in the market for an A/C or tune up. I wish we could give 10 stars. Thanks so much, S&N - we appreciate you! read more

S&N was great to work with. Shane came out and took his time to provide a well thought out estimate that met our tight budget. We simply needed new ducting to an addition we are constructing ahead of winter. While all other companies try to sell us complete new systems S&N quoted for the ductwork required to get us up and running. Shane showed up when he said he would and banged out the work in a day. He even took the time to explain the work he did and what improvement we could make in the future. Would definitely recommend and will return come spring! read more

Spoke with them right away. It was a Saturday, but able to get me on their schedule 4 hours later. Very quick with diagnosis and fix. Very happy to make the recommendation for quick, knowledgeable, succinct and friendly service! read more

Shane responded promptly on YELP and came by a few days later for an in home estimate. He was very polite and thorough w/ his measurements and explained the process of install. Unfortunately he never followed up w/ a quote and it's been weeks and I've sent him at least 3-4 text message follow ups and still no quote. I just don't understand it, very frustrating. read more

Shane was incredibly helpful in getting my evaporative cooler turned on. His prices where much more reasonable that other service providers in the area and he was available almost immediately. He was prompt, reliable, and super friendly. I will definitely call him again when it is time to have the cooler shut down for the season. read more

Shane was wonderful! He responded to my message and got me an appointment for the very next day. He not only was able to arrive early, he wore his mask and shoe coverings the entire visit. He not only fixed our furnace problem but provided outstanding service. Highly recommend. read more

Shane was great! He was able to diagnose the A/C problem quickly and finish the job quickly. I thought his fees were reasonable; it was better than having to replace the A/C. We were headed into a very hot week so Shane was a lifesaver for my renters. Will definitely call on him again read more

Shane was very responsive when I requested for service to have my A/C Fixed. He was transparent about costs and everything that was needed. I was impressed with the work he did. I'll be signing up for S&N's maintenance plan so I ensure my HVAC continues to run great. Thanks Shane! read more

I reached out to Shane for a quote and subsequent communication about servicing our A/C. He was quick and responsive and very reasonable. Shane was out of control GOOD. Me and my wife have been tossing and turning all night for SEVERAL HOT nights because I could not figure out our A/C problem. Had called other repair services that just jacked me around. TOTAL waste of time. I called S & N mechanical from a yelp search. They are VERY courteous and very helpful and got me on their schedule for that day. (Mind you this is early Summer in the middle of a heat wave.) Shane, their Tech showed up on time and I gave him our problem history......then I left him alone to work....I did not want to interfere with his diagnosis. Note. Shane is VERY polite, professional and knowledgeable. He had our situation (which is not the usual.......we had a dead mouse clogging our a/c condensation drain line plugging the drain causing the water sensor to shut our system down) diagnosed and resolved promptly. He even told me about the dead mouse in confidentiality without my wife's knowledge so as not to concern her. Nice job, Shane! Shane arrived on time, wore shoe booties to keep our home clean. Wore a mask which I did not require...he removed it when I said it was not necessary, was polite, knowledgeable and professional. We're going to sleep good tonight in our cool bedroom. Nice job, Shane! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.... read more
