I had attempted a DYI install of a replacement Thermostat and fudged it up, lost my entire Furnace / AC system. They came out and charged me a $79 "service call fee" just to tell me they weren't able to repair my HVAC unit.

Used these guys to replace my aging furnace and a/c with a new Bryant system. They were great to work with, doing a thorough measurement of the house to figure out the correct system size and giving me lots of options to choose between. The installation went great - after having a bad experience with a new hvac system at my old house on the east coast, these guys clearly knew what they were doing and everything looked and worked great when they were done. Thus far the system has done a bang-up job, with no problems keeping the set temperatures between the 0-degree days last winter or the high-90s days this summer. And the high-efficiency system means my gas and electric usage have gone way down, compared to the usage of the old system. read more

Tom and Audy sold me and installed a new A/C system, including re-routing the electrical and line set through my crawlspace so they could relocate the condenser from smack-dab in the middle of our back patio to the side of the house where it belongs. Based on everything they did, I highly recommend them, and will be recommending them to any of my friends and family from here on out. I had originally gotten a quote from another company that I've used and trusted for years, but when questioning why it was so high, I reached out to various HVAC companies on Yelp, and Tom from All Climate Systems was one of the first to reply (within minutes of sending my message). He assured me they could do it for cheaper, and indeed they could. Tom got me a great deal on our system, and was even able to squeeze us in earlier than expected despite so many supply chain delays going on right now, knowing that my wife was pregnant and desperate for our A/C to be working again (the original unit was from the mid-80's, so it just wasn't cutting it anymore). Tom was also super flexible since my wife was pregnant, and since she happened to go into labor the day they did the install. He came back and talked through everything with my in-laws to make sure they could relay everything back to me, but has also been super responsive to any questions I've sent him. He also went out of his way to give my two-year old daughter a little gift knowing that her little sister was on the way, and knowing that she needed some extra attention while that was going on. I really appreciate the work these guys did, and our house has felt SO comfortable, even yesterday when it was 99 degrees F outside. Our AC went out Friday evening with the next day forecasted to be 97plus! We called All Climate Saturday morning and they were in the area. We had another company saying they could come out for a $225 service visit and $ 225 for each hour. Audy came out and fixed the system and sold us a filter for under the other companies service charge. They originally put in our system and were excellent then and continue to be. I was looking to have my AC system replaced after a sour home buying experience. I worked with All Climate as well as a few other contractors to estimate what all needed to be done in my home. All Climate was timely and provided me a great, competitive quote. The problem was that I was relying on my realtor to handle the financing of the work (since I was expecting a working AC system when I moved in at the beginning of summer..). Eventually, the approval went through and my realtor selected All Climate to perform the work. The crew came and made minimal cuts into the drywall in my communal garage area. They used the existing penetration into the building so their impact was minimal. The crew was very polite and we would joke and laugh as they came in and out to perform their work. We had such a great experience with All Climate Systems, start to finish. Tom V was a great communicator, and worked with us to go through multiple options / scenarios. He's very knowledgable, straightforward, and we just felt really comfortable going with Tom after meeting him, and he took extra time to do a second round of quotes for us and go over everything by phone, as well. Audy and his crew showed up right on time, 7am on a Saturday, and did our complicated install in a single morning: furnace + AC + whole house humidifier. I was in the middle of selling a house and needed a quote for a new AC unit and furnace. All Climate Systems was the only business I could find that would come out and take a look at the units for free to give me an estimate. Steve showed up on time and inspected both units thoroughly. My buyers had provided two quotes from other vendors to replace the units, Steve quoted me thousands under one and a thousand under their most affordable for similar or better units. He talked me through everything without taking up my whole day and I think legitimately worked to get me the best price he could. My buyers ended up wanting a credit instead of having the units replaced by me. I tried to pay Steve for all of his time, he wouldn't hear of it and thanked me for the opportunity. Although I didn't use them this time I will like the future an honest and experienced business with fair pricing. read more

I didn't just get ripped off, I got SUPER RIPPED OFF!, like kicked in the nuts and laughed at afterwards. BEWARE! Do some price checking BEFORE trusting ANYONE, regardless of their online reviews. Not like I was scammed or anything, but the prices they charge are extremely out of line. I would say waaaay overpriced. All in all it's partially my fault for not checking around before I just went ahead and had these guys do the work. That's the problem with reviews online, you tend to trust them more. Big mistake. THESE GUYS CHARGE $159 PER POUND FOR REFRIGERANT THAT THEIR NEXT 3 COMPETITORS CHARGE BETWEEN $40 - $75 PER POUND FOR. A 25LB BOTTLE OF THE STUFF COSTS $100 WHOLESALE! NOW THAT'S GETTING SUPER RIPPED OFF! THE LEAK DETECTOR WOULD HAVE COST ME $100 WITH MOST ANY OF THEIR COMPETITORS, IT WAS $250 HERE. I made the mistake of trusting Yelp and then therefore trusting these guys due to their 5 star reviews. HUGE MISTAKE. I learned a valuable lesson. That lesson did cost me an unnecessary $600, but I'm sure it will pay itself back over time, in life. Found out after the fact of course, that the prices they charged me for parts were 3 to 4 times more than the next three competitors of theirs that I called. I only wish I would have shopped around BEFORE I trusted these people. I hope this review for you is worth the $600 that you price gouged me for. BEWARE! Do some price checking BEFORE trusting ANYONE, regardless of their online reviews. Don't waste your time ! I wanted a bid to put in a split. A representative came out and looked at the job...did not ask too many detailed questions...but since I had interviewed other companies I knew what he was missing. At the end of the meeting I got a little speech about how the owner was VERY particular about what jobs he took. Maybe because he is sooo SPECIAL :). He also let me know how much they hike etc.. At any rate, no surprise I got a phone call telling me he was not interested in bidding . This is not a hard job but it is not cut and dry either. Wonderful overall experience. I had my 40-year-old furnace replaced and a new ac installed at the end of July, plus my older water heater swapped out at the same time. It took only about 5 hours, and all systems were operational by mid-day. Tom was wonderful to deal with, he explained every step of the way, including what to expect in the next few days after installation and long-term. Our AC unit went out on the day we had new tenants move into our rental house. It was a weeknight and All Climate Systems was closed so we started contating HVAC companies that had after-hour services. The next day a technician came and after doing a few tests, told us our compressor was out among other things and to fix it would be $4400.00, but he recommended we get a new AC unti for $7500. We thought is sounded unbelievable b/c the unit is only 4 years old. So that day I was able to get in touch with All Climate Systems and they were able to get us in the next day. Benjamin was our technician, he was shocked when I told him that we were told the compressor was shot, especially since the unit is not old. He arrived at the house, and discovered it was the capacitor that was shot. He fixed it in 10 minutes and the cost was $179. Benjamin was great and was appalled by the earlier misdiagnosis of the other technician. So if any of you are reading this, be careful when using HVAC companies out there. All Climate Systems is the only one we will use. They are trustworthy, knowledgeable and really care about their customers. read more

AC stopped turning on over a weekend. Was able to schedule someone from All Climate Systems to come out and see what the problem was. Fortunately was able to schedule for the same day (called and scheduled on a Monday). The repair person came and poked around the outside unit a bit. Did not check the thermostat, did not check the furnace, took out their multimeter and measured a few voltages before suggesting a hard start capacitor. I'm pretty handy and the repair person kindly told me that it was a pretty easy thing to install and would be much cheaper DIY than having the company do it. I purchase and install a hard start capacitor, no luck. AC still won't turn on. After some more poking around and many YouTube videos, I discover the problem was not actually the capacitor but the delay on break timer. Something which could have been checked by the repair person. 2 stars because they were prompt and kind. Not very good at diagnostics. To clarify, the hard start capacitor would have cost around $350 plus the diagnostic fee of $80. After this didn't work, the repair person likely would have suggested replacing the whole system (furnace and outdoor unit) something costing upwards of $3000. Really frustrating when all that needed replacing is a $10 part. read more

This team provided fantastic service for our family and home. We had a chronically inadequate AC system in our home from many years ago, greatly in need up an update. Because of a unique characteristic of an addition to our home, we also had one large room that was hard to manage both heat and cool in during Winter or Summer months. We worked with the All Climate Systems team to come up with a plan that replaced the existing central AC system and add a mini-split (AC and heat) system to the large room that was never just right. We are very pleased with the service and the systems. Our home is more comfortable now than any Summer since we've lived here (over 20 years). The All Climate Systems team is wonderful. We first met with Tom Vasselli who took the time to talk through options with us and did something other companies had not when we met with them--carefully measured our home in estimating the size of systems needed. Tom was very responsive in numerous follow up communications about decisions and options. Tom noted that the owner of the company, Audy, is on site for every install. Audy is not only on site, he's in the thick of everything, making sure things are done correctly and in good order. The team arrived and completed the work on the days scheduled. There were two things that needed some thoughtful adjustment after the install, and they were right there for us to think through what would work best in our home. The system is working great. It is the most even, comfortable, cooling we have ever had in this or any home. And the mini-split is also going to help keep the added on room comfortably warm in the winter (the boiler had not been up to the challenge of that room for all these years). Audy, Tom, and the team were a total pleasure to work with at every phase of the work. They are a pleasure to talk with and work with. We are also thankful that they explained clearly the benefits of a staged system for the central AC. It sounded good to us and, turns out, it is way better than we could have imagined. Instead of the system having just two modes, blasting out cold and then cutting off (even if blowing air all the time), the system adjusts itself in both the amount of cold (at the compressor level) being generated and the amount of air being pushed (at the handler). This type of system is vastly more comfortable than the all-or-nothing way many AC system function, where you eventually get too cold at the end of a cooling cycle and then start to feeling too warm at the end of the compressor taking a break. We love it. And it's handling these 98 degree days with ease. I belive it will also be saving us some money because of the higher efficiency of the new units.
