This team provided fantastic service for our family and home. We had a chronically inadequate AC system in our home from many years ago, greatly in need up an update. Because of a unique characteristic of an addition to our home, we also had one large room that was hard to manage both heat and cool in during Winter or Summer months. We worked with the All Climate Systems team to come up with a plan that replaced the existing central AC system and add a mini-split (AC and heat) system to the large room that was never just right. We are very pleased with the service and the systems. Our home is more comfortable now than any Summer since we've lived here (over 20 years). The All Climate Systems team is wonderful. We first met with Tom Vasselli who took the time to talk through options with us and did something other companies had not when we met with them--carefully measured our home in estimating the size of systems needed. Tom was very responsive in numerous follow up communications about decisions and options. Tom noted that the owner of the company, Audy, is on site for every install. Audy is not only on site, he's in the thick of everything, making sure things are done correctly and in good order. The team arrived and completed the work on the days scheduled. There were two things that needed some thoughtful adjustment after the install, and they were right there for us to think through what would work best in our home. The system is working great. It is the most even, comfortable, cooling we have ever had in this or any home. And the mini-split is also going to help keep the added on room comfortably warm in the winter (the boiler had not been up to the challenge of that room for all these years). Audy, Tom, and the team were a total pleasure to work with at every phase of the work. They are a pleasure to talk with and work with. We are also thankful that they explained clearly the benefits of a staged system for the central AC. It sounded good to us and, turns out, it is way better than we could have imagined. Instead of the system having just two modes, blasting out cold and then cutting off (even if blowing air all the time), the system adjusts itself in both the amount of cold (at the compressor level) being generated and the amount of air being pushed (at the handler). This type of system is vastly more comfortable than the all-or-nothing way many AC system function, where you eventually get too cold at the end of a cooling cycle and then start to feeling too warm at the end of the compressor taking a break. We love it. And it's handling these 98 degree days with ease. I belive it will also be saving us some money because of the higher efficiency of the new units. We woke up to a blank thermostat this morning and it was chilly! I started calling pulling places up and All Climate was the only one already open, I left a message, and they called me back less than 5 minutes later! The gentleman who answered the phone (I wish I'd gotten his name) kindly talked us through a few things that may be causing the issue and sure enough, it was a simple fix he guided us through over the phone and everything's in working order again! They could have hoodwinked us and said someone needed to come out and charged us out the wazoo but they the time to talk us through the simple fix free of charge! I'm still a little shocked at how rude and unprofessional this company is. They scheduled an appointment to fix my heater and then called at the last minute to cancel. They said they didn't want to work on the furnace after another company had worked on it (who couldn't let fix it). The owner said he was scared to work on it because they might ruin the furnace. We have contacted Audy on multiple occasions and got to know Audy's work through a Sears order we placed approximately 10 years ago. Since then Audy and his company have been our go to company for any HVAC issues. Audy and All Climate Systems have installed 2 furnaces for us (rental property and current house) any now they replaced the AC in our current house. On top of this our extended family has also used Audy for their HVAC needs. Not once have I felt taken advantage off by Audy or All Climate Systems. I find their work to be trustworthy and many times they fix problems the old installs had. Regarding the AC install we just had done a month ago, the experience working with All Climate Systems was fantastic from start to finish. After meeting with Tom, we scheduled our install for a Wednesday. The team showed up at 7am and began work right away. They were fast and efficient and a pleasure to work with. I would say they were done by 10am. After the AC install, Tom provided additional details on how to operate the new ecobee thermostat we had installed. I called All Climate Systems because the air conditioner in my fiancé's home was not blowing cold and it was nearly 100 degrees outside. Prior to scheduling a service call they spent about 15 minutes on the phone troubleshooting the system and we determined that the air filter had not been changed in 6 months so the system was freezing up.
