Enduring that call Roc's wife started to cuss at us, saying we weren't licensed. Most ridiculous company I have dealt with that ended up scamming us out of 400$+ and didn't resolve the issue. Update: They contacted me about my review and told me that they would right their wrong if I removed my review. They were a no show after that and didn't contact me back.

I want to warn anyone thinking of using this complany - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Their work can be…read moredangerous to your health (carbon monoxide poisoning) and they do not meet code of CO for instilation of gas-vents. After a hail storn in 2018 it was time to replace my rusted and old B-vent from my furnance to my roof. I had this done for $365. The work order (#27493) and receipt stated "Installed a new cap, double wall vents sections and reconnected in the furnace room attic and roof. Sealed 5' section at roof to Jack." This was done by Douglas G. tech on work order. The AirFlow company on 11/7/18 Warranty check and says roof cap screwed in with 3 screws by Tech NG. After a leak in my roof on 2/1/23, it was determined that the B-Vent originally put in by this company was disconnected in the attic and moisture was in the attic and potential carbon monoxide poisoning. The reason was there was only a quarter of an inch overlap in the connection in the attic b-vents and unable to be locked. This could be due to the B-vent pipe was from different manufactures and unable to be locked or vent pipes unable to be turned and lock for another reason. Bottom line It came apart and warped the roof plywood and could have caused me to have carbon monoxide poisoning. I had and to have a new complete furnace B-vent from roof to the attic to the furnace for $1515.25 on 9/21/2023 It was discovered that the attic B-vent your company put in was disconnected at some point. The b-vent that you had put in 2018 was not locked correctly and this came apart I also called you to come to evaluate this situation several times (3/31/23, 4/3/23, 4/4/23), and evaluate the B-vent. No call back. It was not until I emailed you on 7/10/23 that I finally got your attention to send someone out to my home. I also had another vent disconnection in my furnace room. Your brother and another person came out and looked at disconnection of vent and placed tape on vent in furnace room and stated it would be fine and said the tape in attic on B-vent in attic was just fine also. You know that this is not code. You could not turn and lock B-vents so they decided to tape it and it would be fine. As you must know being NATE Certified that Taping is not part of the code for b-vents installation. Everyone BEWARE. This company is not safe.

I got a second opinion on the furnace from a company who certified that the unit was totally up to code and the flue pipes were positioned just fine.
