He took the time to patiently explain everything to me so that I was clear on what needed to happen and answered each and every one of my questions, no matter how minor. We couldn't be happier with his service and would recommend him to anyone who was having HVAC or duct issues. This review is selfish…read more In two years when I need to get the fluff from 3 pets and gunk blown out, I want to remember who to call. I called 3 places to get quotes for my house. The Duct Guys were easy to deal with and their phone estimate was spot on to what I paid. Price is competitive but what I stood out to me was the little things- the tech gave me a card for the owner's contact info. They did what they said they would do, on time, no hassle for me.

We contacted 1 company who gave a $750 + estimate to replace motor, we had to pay them a $25 service charge for just to investigate. A few weeks later, sound came back, Matt came back, this time resolved issue for good.....no charge as they honored initial work which did not ;at time permanently fix issue. Regardless, Work Ethic, Leadership, Professionalism, Kindness..... I am certain, it is very difficult to find such a service with this quality of service. THANK YOU DVS of Denver

Cesar is the real deal!…read more After our dryer stopped working efficiently, and I had an appliance repair company look at it, we were quoted $320 by them to clean only the dryer duct. This seemed so high to solely clear the dryer duct. I put in a project request for a whole house duct clean and Cesar responded SO FAST. He gave me a reasonable quote for the whole house including the dryer duct. 5 stars for communication throughout the whole process, from quick Yelp responses to letting me know he was on his way this morning, and for showing me photos and videos of before and after of the ducts, and just for an all around professional in-person experience. During the initial tour I asked if he also cleaned the fans in the laundry and bathrooms and he said that's not typically a part of the service, but he was happy to take a look and give them some compressed air. The before and after pics of the laundry room fan were NO JOKE. He said we might have saved that motor and I believe it. It always feels strange having a stranger move throughout the whole house, but Cesar was incredibly professional, immediately wore booties upon entering the house without me even asking, and was so gracious when we asked him to step outside a couple of times so we could move our unfriendly dog to a different floor as he moved through the space. The best part... the dryer is working flawlessly now! Hooray! I would not hesitate to recommend or hire Cesar again for any duct or HVAC needs.

Beware of those low priced furnace "tune ups" out there, IMO that just gets them in your house and then come the "problems" (speaking from experience sad to say)
