I'll rate the duct cleaning separately. The focus of this review is on the "complimentary furnace filter replacement". I didn't check at the time the tech 'installed' the filter but I did so a month or so after. See the picture below for what I discovered. How is this even possible? Why even bother? Any accountability here? read more

We had our air ducts and furnace cleaned today. John was fantastic. He explained everything beforehand, went through our home to confirm the location of every vent and returns, checked in with me before using the duct sanitation product and showed me before, during (cleaning in action) and after video footage of my previously gross and now squeaky-clean vents and returns. It took about 3 hours and wasn't disruptive, minus a little noise from the vacuum, as I worked from my home office. Highly recommend John and AirDuct Specialists! read more

Whole house air duct cleaning. We recently bought a new house in Centennial and had air duct specialists come and provide a thorough cleaning. Taylor the technician explained all processes with detail, which as first time home owners was very helpful, even pointing out signs of previous cleaning. We discovered a furnace we didn't know was hidden in the attic. The process was about 4+ hours and another tech, Jared, arrived to help on the 2-man jobs, and we can tell the difference in dust control already. While not inexpensive, it's not a process needed but every 3-5 years so worth having done right. I would use AirDuct Specialists again. They also added complimentary dryer vent cleaning. read more

Taylor was great. He cleaned out my main duct system, dryer vent, and furnace and replaced my filter, explaining each process and answering my questions thoroughly all while being very friendly the whole time. As a new homeowner I can't speak too much to the value compared to the competitors out there but they were up front with me about the pricing breakdown from the start and it seemed reasonable to me, no hidden fees or shady practices. Timeline for me: within 30 minutes of my initial inquiry I received a call back from an estimator who provided costs for services right then and there, then they were able schedule me in 7 days later. They gave me a three hour window from 9-12. Taylor arrived right before 9 and was all wrapped up by 11am. Overall pleased with the service and am happy to have less anxiety over my house catching on fire from my next load of laundry :) read more
