Initially I believe I spoke with Don, the owner, prior to working with Marv, the technician, to schedule and complete the work. Marv came to my home in June 2024 was ethical, trustworthy, honest, and did a wonderful / thorough job, and I was glad that they are licensed to come into the home to clean the dryer vents - unlike the other company, who was only licensed to clean the events from outside the home, which proved insufficient. I will definitely use them again, and am happy to refer them!

The guys were really polite and nice but the work was just not it, before they started they were…read moresitting outside in the truck as the equipment warmed up, they had placed blue tape over all the vents not currently being used to pull dirt out of and I walked around and had to fix the blue tape on almost all of the vents because they didn't actually cover the entire vent. There were 5 vents just totally skipped over and not covered so I walked back out to the truck and asked them for materials to cover the missed vents, they did apologize but still I shouldn't be having to do that. walking around rignt after they left I have broken vents, a vent that is hanging out of the ceiling, plastic still on a vent that was half in half out and broken... I was busy with the baby and kids so I didn't see it all until after... the owner went above and beyond to rectify it all but it all should have never happened in the first place...

Stuart came by today to remove a metal mesh from my dryer vent that the roofer left in there…read more He told me he couldn't do that when he got up on my ranch house roof and looked at it. He said it wasn't something he could do. It seem kind of weird because I went up there by myself two years ago and was able to bend a 2" x 2" area of the mesh down to allow airflow with just my hand. I am disabled now, so I can't go out there. But anyway, then I asked him if he could just clean the vent because I definitely think it's got a build up of lint because the dryer is running hot and it is a gas dryer. He declined to do the cleaning either... Which is weird because I've cleaned it multiple times with my vacuum since it's only about 3 feet long. I just can't get on the ladder anymore to do that. Then...he charged me a $60 trip fee. He did not mention on the phone when I made the appointment that there was a trip fee. This was a waste of my time and money.
