Professional from start to finish, Nytech replaced both our AC and furnace unit this summer. The team gave us plenty of options to choose from to replace our 28 year old unit. Caleb the lead on our project, took into account all factors to provide a quality and value experience. We loved that he and the company are local and are part of our Castle Rock community. Replacing an AC/Furnace is always a huge expense for any homeowner and though it's costly by nature the Nytech team made it as painless as possible. We will update our review as they continue to follow through on all post install service and warranty work if necessary. read more

On their annual plan and they charge us monthly. Includes a service. Was supposed to show up between 8-11am today. No show. No call to explain, nothing. Would not recommend. read more

We needed our annual check up and Nytech was great! They gave us the straight info, did not try to up sell us, and took care of all of our needs. Great customer service, and a great price for the work done! Thank you again, we will definitely be using your services in the future and happy to refer other neighbors to you. read more

I wish I could recommend but no we had a furnace and hot water heater and air conditioner put in. There were problems with the installation discovered afterwards. read more

Outstanding experience with Dylan O'Donnell and Nytech. We've had Nytech perform HVAC work on our home previously and have had nothing but positive experiences. This was our first time using Nytech for plumbing issues, and Dylan did not disappoint. I had initially called about a problem with a leaking sink that I couldn't track down. While here, Dylan offered a super easy solution for making the water changes on our several aquariums in the basement much easier, and in a few hours, got me set up in a way that saves me 4+ hours each week. I cannot recommend Nytech and Dylan enough for any plumbing problem you might have. read more

Very friendly and prompt service call. I did have to wait a week for a replacement part (blower motor via Amazon), but once the part was in town - the HVAC technician came back out to get my furnace and A/C operational again. I did deduct a star simply due to my having to follow-up on the status of parts. I see the trucks for this local business in my town often, so know the office staff is likely quite busy - but not every interaction can be a 5 star experience! On a related note, everyone I dealt with from Nytech was friendly and willing to discuss options with me. Top marks for that. read more

I used to love this company. I have had them replace three air conditioners and replace a hot water heater with a tankless water heater. Since they were bought by private equity their performance has went downhill. They call me to schedule my annual inspections per my maintenance agreement with them. They have shown up twice not prepared for tankless hot water heater, even though they were the ones who installed it and called me to schedule the appointment. Today when they showed up he wanted to inspect my plumbing??? then Wanted $250. to flush the hot water heater, even though he would have to go back tot he office to get materials. read more

Well run and ethical staff and business. Techs are polite prompt and respectful and clean read more

This company is awesome! I've had nothing but great service! Today, Dylan (plumber) came out for an inspection. He was friendly, honest and thorough. He didn't try to upsell me but just was very honest about whet was urgent and what could wait. Customer service has gone by the wayside these days. It is refreshing to have someone like Dylan in my home. In fact, I will request him specifically when I need plumbing work in my home. Also awesome is Nick in HVAC. Same thing--honest, respectful and told me what could wait vs what was importenr to do now. THANK YOU Nytech! You guys are great! read more

This company is great. They've replaced toilets and a water heater, and fixed random problems. They're responsive and we can always get a quick appointment. The techs are so nice, polite, and diligent. Dylan Greenwald was fantastic and so nice! Be really took the time to make sure our issue was fixed. We'll be long-time customers. read more

They charged me $250 per hour for labor! The plumber was not a good listener and couldn't fix the problem. Grossly overpriced and shady. The customer service people on the phone and online come across as really poor communicators too, plus they text and email several times every day to remind you to be there for the appointment, because evidently telling you three times a day isn't enough. Now I'm supposed to wait for parts that may or may not be available or installed and another highly overcharged service that may or may not be available. No, you're not wasting any more of my time or money. I'm just not impressed. Come and fix the problem, instead of trying to upsell me with things I don't need. Also, when there are extra parts that are new and I paid for them (which makes them my property) the tech should ask if I want them instead of closing up the box, taking the parts to the truck and hoping that I didn't notice...that's stealing. read more

We have been using Nytech for over 10 years and would recommend them as your go to heating and air company Easy to work with, all engineers are super helpful and will explain any areas of concern The office team are very helpful and will do there best to arrange an appointment to suit I am a happy customer! read more

Apparently plumbing is a relatively new type of work for Nytech. I had some communications challenges with one of their employees, but Mike reached out and shepherded the project, which was done very professionally and quickly. They had to trench 14' deep to replace the sewer line and did it all in one day. We have had a rather large depression form so there may be a little issue with their backfill/compaction effort, but I am confident they will be out soon to correct this. I like to use local professionals whenever possible, so give them a shot. read more

Our water heater failed, I ordered an Amazon part and tried to fix it myself. I bought a new blower vent motor assembly on Amazon and installed it myself, it was the right part, fit correctly, looked perfect, the heater would not start. So I gave Nytech a call. Michael came out and diagnosed that the Amazon part was defective, took a part out of the old blower assembly, and fixed the Amazon unit, yea Hot Water! All for a single initial trip charge.! I love this company!!! read more

Came quickly to fix our AC, which was important because my mother was having some difficulty breathing. Fixed the issue quickly with parts on the truck. A bit pricey but well worth it to us. read more

I diagnosed problem with my water heater. I supplied all repair parts. Service was on time.

Did a good job. A bit on the expensive side, but who isn't? Gave me info. on my a/c units even though I didn't but then from them.

This is the third installation/replacement of HVAC I've had on our properties in the past 18 months. The first installation went so well. I didn't even shop numbers for the second two. I enjoyed working with Paul and Levi immensely. They told me what they were going to do and they did it. Levi walked me through everything, including how to program the thermostat. I couldn't avast for a better installation or a better company. read more

From dispatcher call to paying the bill and closing the door, the service exceeded expectations. Dispatcher and Brett were very friendly, professional, prompt, and efficient. Brett could have given me a huge sales pitch on our 1983 furnace but instead showed me how to reset the furnace. (We had another company over Friday and they proposed replacing the gas line and were super heavy on sales-my husband declined service.). I brought up a new furnace out of curiosity and Brett gave me a ball park estimate, which sounded reasonable, but I was extremely appreciative of Brett's honest professional assessment and nature. That right there topped off the whole experience. Before Brett arrived, I did tool around a bit on their site and found the company impressive--service within 24 hours guaranteed, coupons, rebates, maintenance plans, and financing, of course. After the storm last week and no heat, I had been surfing for a heating/cooling company still open on Sunday evening to get our furnace working. Instead, I found OUR long term heating and cooling providers! Nytech and Brett exceeded service expectations. Sold!! read more

Benji is AMAZING!!! This company is one of very few left that really value customer service and it shows!! They have been so transparent and honest with every service we've needed, emergency included. Love them, and highly recommend!! read more

My AC unit started underperforming and I had several contractors come out to give me quotes on repairs and / or replacement of the system. Quotes for repair ranged from $5-8K and quotes for a new unit were over $11K. Insane. Benji from Nytech came out a few days later, identified several critical repairs and other "nice to have" repairs (including many that the other companies did not identify), was very patient with me as I had a number of questions, walked me through everything and quoted me a fraction of what the other companies said. Then he finished all of the repairs that afternoon! My AC now runs like it's brand new. Thanks to Benji, Nytech has my business from here on out. SO GLAD I FOUND THEM. read more

We have been using Nytech for the last couple years and are always amazed at their service level. Plumbing and HVAC can be a bit of a crap shoot but Nytech's service is as good as it gets. They have helped us with a storage area flooding because of a broken bib, they have fixed multiple drain lines and solved a crazy issue with the washer in the laundry room. We highly recommend Brayden and the team at Nytech. read more

I would definitely recommend Nytech! Anthony came out to snake our drain. He was here for hours giving us his best effort. Unfortunately, the plug was too big for the equipment they had available. He was very honest about the situation. He could have tried to use a bigger snake but there was risk in doing so. They were not able to get the clog and did not charge us a dime. read more

Brennen and Riley were amazing! We had a leak coming from the ceiling vent and they were able to come over within the hour! They went above and beyond! We were frequently updated, they cleaned up nicely AND even offered to bring me a refreshment on the way over! There was a text sent with a picture and name of the technician prior to their arrival. I even received a phone call from Nytec the next morning to follow up and make sure everything was ok. Oh, and this was all after 5:30 pm at night! I would definitely recommend!! read more

Our HVAC system was recently inspected by Nytech. Ryan, the lead tech, and his co-inspector were very pleasant and considerate. Their inspection revealed potential issues that were all explained very well. He was not pushy to address them immediately, thus allowing us time to consider how best to proceed. Following the visit we received a detailed report with the same information provided while at our home. I highly recommend them for the inspection service. read more

Excellent service! Brayden was so helpful! We definitely recommend Nytech and Brayden!

Worst customer service EVER! Carly Gettings is the worst, she will never reply any of your phone calls or emails. The inspector that came to my place so unprofessional! Don't waste your time with this company. read more

Our water heater went out at Thanksgiving (an inconvenient time as always). We made several urgent calls to a few companies, and ultimately decided to go with Nytech Heating and Cooling. They were quick to respond to our call, very knowledgeable with the system we wanted, and provided a very reasonable quote! John came to our house to examine the issue/set-up, and the final quote was what we expected. Nytech's crew came the next day and installed a new water heater, including new connections and pipes! We are very happy with the quality of work, and they were efficient with the time. We felt valued as a customer, and well taken care of. We even got the nicest gift of delicious goodies for Christmas with a hand-written card. We will definitely reach out to Nytech first with any other needs that may come! read more

They don't keep their word. The tech never showed up to the set appointment. No call, no show. Finally, 50 minutes after the appointment I receive a call. I missed the call. I called back 10 minutes later and Donna who answered the phone tried to immediately blame me because I didn't answer a call 50 minutes after the appointment. Saying with a blaming tone "I've been trying to reach you, you voicemails full." Hoping I would doubt myself, fold and believe I was at fault. Talk about playing a game rather that having integrity and admitting fault. Then she said her tech was on the way. I was nice enough to let her know that since it was 70 minutes past the appointment not to send the tech. See how that works? I had the courtesy to call and save the tech a trip rather than just standing the tech up and then argue about it later on the phone. Unprofessional, zero integrity, confrontational, argumentative, zero responsibility, aggressive behavior, zero respect for the public. read more

With difficulty finding a HVAC company willing to travel to Perry Park the same day, I stumbled on to Nytech on the internet, was happy to read the online reviews and called. I found everyone I interacted with at Nytech to be understanding, patient, courteous, professional, pleasant, caring, very knowledgeable and honest. There is not a doubt in my mind that I will call Nytech for my future HVAC needs, and I recommend them to everyone in the Nytech service area (and beyond). Headline: Service is the difference Last winter, my furnace broke down. Furnaces rarely break down at convenient times. Since I had a Nest, I looked for a new furnace repair guy that could handle the device. I wasn't just looking for a one-off repair guy. I was going to do it right and get a schedule for repairs set up. Mike came out and checked over our whole system, diagnosed the problem and showed us what we had done wrong. Our furnace had died - cracked. Instead of just replacing it for a like system, Mike informed us that the furnace was too big for the house and we should go with a smaller version. We also discussed humidifiers and Mike spent the time educating us on our options. Finally, they offered up a temporary loan of space heaters to get us over the weekend while our furnace was being ordered. Two days later, it was installed. We've now had the furnace installed for four months and, comparing our heating costs to the same time last year, we are down 25%. Some of that can be attributed to weather, but some of it is also attributed to getting the right furnace in to replace the old one. It's rare to get someone who is dedicated to service like this - doing the right thing instead of the thing that will make them the most money. Yes, Nytech got the service contract and they will likely get all the future repairs as well. read more
