Professional from start to finish, Nytech replaced both our AC and furnace unit this summer…read more The team gave us plenty of options to choose from to replace our 28 year old unit. Caleb the lead on our project, took into account all factors to provide a quality and value experience. We loved that he and the company are local and are part of our Castle Rock community. Replacing an AC/Furnace is always a huge expense for any homeowner and though it's costly by nature the Nytech team made it as painless as possible. We will update our review as they continue to follow through on all post install service and warranty work if necessary.

I can't say enough good things about this company and the owner. He's one of those rare contractors…read morewho truly stands behind his work and treats every job like it's for his own home. A few years ago, when I lived in a 1950s house, I called him for an AC quote. Instead of just trying to make a sale, he took the time to explain that my old ductwork was undersized and would likely cause frozen coils -- and that installing AC wouldn't be a good idea. Every other company was still pushing expensive quotes, but he gave me honest advice that saved me thousands. That kind of integrity is hard to find. Fast forward -- I moved to a new home where the attic furnace was waking up my baby at night in the winter. He replaced it and sound-isolated it so well that it's now very quiet, even though it sits directly above my son's room. Later, I had him replace our main-level furnace too, and the workmanship and commitment to my satisfaction was unparalleled. Everyone I've referred him to -- friends, family, neighbors -- has had the same experience. His team's attention to detail, fair pricing, punctuality, and commitment to making sure the customer is completely happy are unmatched. Even when hardware compatibility issues have come up, they've gone above and beyond to make things right. It's also a true family-run business -- when you call, they actually pick up the phone, respond quickly, and stick to their word on scheduling. In today's world, that level of service is rare. I recommend them to everyone I know. If you want honest, high-quality HVAC work from people you can trust completely, this is the company to call.

What was the best was Joe did a great job of educating you on what is important in HVAC. He didn't try to sell you some warranty or "yearly maintenance plan" like other HVAC places. He installed the units quickly and with expertise. He also noticed a pipe was leaking on the hot water heater and fixed/welded a new pipe at no charge. The whole experience was easy and made a not so fun purchase much more enjoyable. I have recommended him to my friends and family and some of them have used First Rate and had a great experience as well!! Thank you!

Unfortunately, I don't remember the name of the lady who answered the phone and made my appointments, but she was very kind, professional and knowledgeable. Matt came to do the maintenance. He showed me how horribly dirty the inside of the furnace was. Yikes! I should mention that our "periodic" maintenance was far from the recommended annual maintenance, and the furnace is old. Anyway, he cleaned it beautifully and inspected it. The air in the house even smelled better. And he recommended having the ducts cleaned.   Alexander came to clean the ducts. He showed me lots of dust and dirt, and apparently animal hair inside. When he was done, I could see how incredibly clean the ducts were, and how much ugly stuff he had vacuumed out. The house smelled even better!  Shortly after the duct cleaning, the furnace stopped heating. The ignition had worn out. It was working when Matt came, but it was just old and happened to wear out. So I had the pleasure of meeting Angel, who came and replaced the ignition the same day I called. I'd give this company 10 stars if I could. They have always provided an amazingly quick response, which I especially appreciated with a cold night on the way. And I was very impressed by the outstanding knowledge and attitude of every one of the technicians I met. They were willing to explain everything I wanted to know, and in a way that I could understand. I highly recommend 888 Heating to anyone looking for excellent heating or air conditioning service!

Super helpful not to have to wait for someone to call me back the next day to schedule. Got a price for the appointment at that time as well. And an immediate confirmation text of the appointment. On Monday morning we received a text message that they were on the way and the very nice technician Bo Holtz showed up on time. He was super helpful, immediately diagnosed the problem. Was super communicative and efficient. I know he was likely so busy too given the heatwave but he didn't rush he was through and provided amazing customer service from start to finish. He also suggested their monthly service plan and explained how that worked without seemingly like an upsell or hard sell. Just more a "hey, we have a great service plan if you're interested"...appreciate that. I also asked about an electric issue that we have been having with our clothes dryer and he was helpful pointing us in the right direction for an additional service tech from Aim High for that fix as well. Final price was exactly what we were quoted. PS sitting here in my cool 67 degree house as I type. Thanks Bo and Aim High!

My primary issue with AIM High is that they operate first and foremost as a medium pressure sales…read moreorganization. During an initial visit to evaluate the mechanical systems in my newly purchased home, I was quickly upmatched into their "Elite Membership." This program promises priority routing and discounts on future service calls--yet all of my existing systems are currently working perfectly fine. On that same visit, I agreed to $450 to replace a noisy exhaust fan, only to discover later that my local handyman would have charged $150 total. On subsequent visits, the pattern continued. Their technicians consistently recommend high-priced, major replacements--such as an entirely new water softener system--solely on the basis that my current unit is "old," despite acknowledging that it functions perfectly. You can always count on a push for a major upsell here. While I have yet to experience any ystem breakdown, this deeply embedded corporate sales culture makes it difficult to trust their recommendations. I'll stick with them for now but will be more cautious about accepting their recommendations

Josh came out to fix two sump pump issues…read more The first was that the pump wasn't working. We were discussing the problem while we at the by the pump and he found that the issue was an electrical problem in the outlet. The wires inside the outlet weren't screwed down. Instead of having me call an electrician or fix the problem myself, I turned off the breaker and Josh tightened the wires. The second issue was a leak in the extraction pipe. Josh had to leave to get parts to fix that issue. He told me exactly what he was going to do and he did it. He and his wife had excellent communication with me from start to finish which is always greatly appreciated. It's been a few months since he came to my home and everything is still working perfectly. I highly recommend Peak Innovation Plumbing.

After all is said and done, I wish I had called Mountain Air first. If I would have contacted Mountain Air, this would have saved me 4.5 weeks of grief dealing with other companies who were disorganized, unable to keep appointments and would only show up to work a partial day. Yes, I was kept on the hook by other companies for that long with empty promises of we will be there today, tomorrow, next Wednesday...then they would not show up... or call to say they had to move the date. At one time I had 3 appointments by 3 different companies in a single week just hoping that one of them would show up that week. My situation was bad, I purchased a foreclosed house which was supposedly winterized which we later found out to not be accurate. The house had over 19 pipe breaks in the radiant heat system that had to be repaired before the Boiler could be worked on. However, my experience with Mountain Air went like this. I called Mountain Air on a Tuesday, December 13th 2016 at 5:15 p.m after yet another plumbing company could not make it and spoke with Cris, who told me that it was after hours and she was not in the office, but would call me back in the morning to setup an appointment. Wednesday morning I spoke with Cris and explained my history and I needed a plumber for a full day to fix all these breaks. She set me up with an appointment for the following Monday. However, on Thursday morning she called back and said she had an opening on Friday and would I like to have them stop by. ( Heck yes I would! , as this weekend it was going to be a -8 on Saturday and I was getting stressed about things freezing ) Thursday night, I got a phone call from the Tech Michael Stahl checking in to make sure he understood what was needed for the next day and if he should pick up any special parts. Then on Friday morning, he was on the job site at 8:05 a.m. ready to work. Yes.. that is not a typo error! He was on time and ready to go, unlike his competitors who would show up at 10:45 and 3:30 and leave in 2 hours Michael stayed until 6:30 p.m that night ( no lunch breaks ) and was able to get 5 out of 6 zones repaired and then fired up the boiler and got heat in that house before the cold front hit the next day. On Monday he came back and finished the last zone and then last night ( Wednesday ) he added Glycol to the system to protect my pipes from cold in the future. The office manager Azalia ? was kind and kept me in the loop as to the status of things. Other notable mentions: Michael came back and replaced zone valves and cleaned up the wiring so it looked professional and organized. ( I liked that too ! ) As you can tell, I am very pleased with how quickly things were repaired and how I felt like a customer. I totally "get it " why this company has 5 star rating.
