Called a few places to get the normal three quotes for a tankless water heater, two of them were the smaller companies, including this one. The two smaller companies offered a great price, this one being the better of the two, however, this one also was able to route the the exhaust through the roof instead of through the side wall, which would have included through a bathroom, which made the decision easier. They were able to come out fairly quickly, only delays were because of the snow on the roof, and the install went quickly which included removing a tank water heater and doing piping work for both water and gas. I was really impressed and very thankful for a great job. I did have an issue and the owner ended up coming out right away, even though he was getting ready to go on vacation. He was able to fix the issue quickly and to my satisfaction. I will be using them for any future needs. read more

On one of the hottest day of the year so far, the 20+ years old AC unit is blowing out warm air. We called Lifestyle HVAC. Even with a misstep regarding the Yelp phone number, John was able to come over that afternoon and filled the unit with Freon. It worked for a few hours, we called John again on Sunday morning, he again came over trying to solve our problems. He advised us that a new HVAC unit is needed. I wanted to get another quote for an a/c repair and decided to call Lifestyle partly due to all the great reviews. Well, the glowing reviews are well deserved! I spoke with John, the owner, and since he was in the area, came over right away. He couldn't diagnose the problem because the lines were iced over, but came back the next day. It wasn't warm enough to run the a/c to diagnose, so his tech Danny came back on Saturday. There were no extra charges for all the service calls, or because it was on a weekend day. Danny replaced the part and all seemed fine. Unfortunately, that wasn't the end. I had been told that there was a chance that the condenser needed to be replaced by both of the HVAC companies that looked at the a/c, and I ended up having to replace the condenser. John credited the full amount I had just spent on the repair toward the new condenser and installed it the next day. When they checked the system after the install, the condenser wasn't working right. They tried troubleshooting, and it still didn't work quite right. John decided to replace the condenser unit right there and then instead of waiting for future problems even if that meant that the job would take twice as long. He even replaced one of the lines that came out to the condenser as the old one was not the right size. It's obvious he cares about his customers, and takes pride in his work. I am so glad I called Lifestyle - John and Danny were awesome, super responsive, competent and conscientious. And their prices were very reasonable. I will be calling them from now on! read more

Our furnace broke down over the weekend and needed a new blower motor. It is a 30 year old furnace but still running good except for now. Disabled veteran here with a new baby. My heater went out in the middle of the night and on a weekend. It was freezing in my house.
