It's been a brutally hot summer and with a powerful El Niño forecasted to arrive soon, I thought a…read moreroutine AC and furnace check up would be prudent. Scheduling was very easy to do as Signature Heating and Air is quite accommodating and with fair pricing too. Devin, their technician, arrived at the appointed time and inspected/serviced my HVAC system, which he pronounced to be in good condition. Devin also told me that Signature Air and Heating offers a spring and fall discount and recognizes senior and veterans' discounts. At my request, Devin provided me with information about replacement HVAC systems as well as the discount incentives being offered by Xcel Energy and other companies. Signature Air and Heating is reputable, easy to work with and priced right; they don't push the "hard sell", which I appreciate. Signature Air and Heating is a keeper in my book!

Unfortunately, I don't remember the name of the lady who answered the phone and made my appointments, but she was very kind, professional and knowledgeable. Matt came to do the maintenance. He showed me how horribly dirty the inside of the furnace was. Yikes! I should mention that our "periodic" maintenance was far from the recommended annual maintenance, and the furnace is old. Anyway, he cleaned it beautifully and inspected it. The air in the house even smelled better. And he recommended having the ducts cleaned.   Alexander came to clean the ducts. He showed me lots of dust and dirt, and apparently animal hair inside. When he was done, I could see how incredibly clean the ducts were, and how much ugly stuff he had vacuumed out. The house smelled even better!  Shortly after the duct cleaning, the furnace stopped heating. The ignition had worn out. It was working when Matt came, but it was just old and happened to wear out. So I had the pleasure of meeting Angel, who came and replaced the ignition the same day I called. I'd give this company 10 stars if I could. They have always provided an amazingly quick response, which I especially appreciated with a cold night on the way. And I was very impressed by the outstanding knowledge and attitude of every one of the technicians I met. They were willing to explain everything I wanted to know, and in a way that I could understand. I highly recommend 888 Heating to anyone looking for excellent heating or air conditioning service!

Super helpful not to have to wait for someone to call me back the next day to schedule. Got a price for the appointment at that time as well. And an immediate confirmation text of the appointment. On Monday morning we received a text message that they were on the way and the very nice technician Bo Holtz showed up on time. He was super helpful, immediately diagnosed the problem. Was super communicative and efficient. I know he was likely so busy too given the heatwave but he didn't rush he was through and provided amazing customer service from start to finish. He also suggested their monthly service plan and explained how that worked without seemingly like an upsell or hard sell. Just more a "hey, we have a great service plan if you're interested"...appreciate that. I got four companies to come out and provide quotes, and Cool Breeze had the lowest price right from the start. What really stood out to me was that the other three companies called back after their initial visits, lowered their prices, and suddenly offered next-day installation. Matt was upfront with me and quoted me their first available installation date, which was nine days out. To me, that said a lot. Cool Breeze appeared to be much busier than the other companies, and I appreciated that Matt gave me his best price from the beginning rather than quoting high and then lowering it to get my business. It turned out to be a great decision. The crew showed up on time, was professional, did an excellent job, and left everything spotless when they were finished. Great price, great service, and a great experience from beginning to end. I highly recommend Matt and Cool Breeze!
