If I could give negative stars I would. This was the least professional interaction I've ever had. Made me pay 75% upfront via venmo upfont cause they said they needed to buy parts. They never showed up to do the work. There were several excuses being made for not showing up (no parts, no phone, too tired). I asked for a refund that they agreed to give back but NEVER DID. And now they are not responding to my texts. Top it all off he keeps asking for a picture of me and I think that's pretty creepy. Don't let the reasonable prices fool you. It's a total scam. read more

We're getting a new HVAC and discovered a clogged, corroded drain when the old furnace was removed. Rust soup was on the menu. Full stop. This wasn't the "Help! My house is flooding" broken pipe scenario, but finding a trustworthy plumber asap can be nerve wracking. My search is over. I called a few places also rated well: tomorrow afternoon at best. Rooter Street was here in less than 90 minutes. That's fast. They diagnosed and cured my clogged drain in short order. This was more than a snake could handle, but the HVAC will be done today thanks to Tyler and James. Great success! Add a reasonable, competitive price and I could not be happier. The guys were prompt, friendly, and on point. Independently owned local business beats corporate behemoths every time. This is the Way. Five stars. read more

Tyler, the owner, did work on the apartment my wife and I rent in Denver with a blocked sink. He apparently was hitting on my wife and then started texting her extremely inappropriate comments after the job was completed. He made her feel very uncomfortable and unsafe...just check the screenshots and invoice for proof. Ladies be warned...owner is a MASSIVE creep! Oh, and he couldn't complete the job so we had to call another plumber to fix our issue. Wouldn't recommend! read more

We had a mysterious leak somewhere in the kitchen. We weren't sure what was going on, but there was water damage and our hardwood floors were suddenly uneven. I found Rooter Street on Yelp and called to make an appointment. Tyler replied quickly and said he could come out the same day. He's very conscientious and works many hours. He came when he said he would. He is very courteous and kind. He communicates well. It was a mysterious issue and he spent time diagnosing it. He explained what would need to be fixed and we set another time for him to come back and work on it because it was going to be a large project. I believe him and trust him. Everything he said made sense. He communicated well and texted me well before he arrived for the next few appointments and so I wasn't inconvenienced because he was on time. He replaced a lot of pipe and did an amazing job protecting the rest of our house from damage while he was cutting drywall and creating dust. He cleaned up very thoroughly when he left, which I appreciate because had he not protected the rest of the large rooms he was in, we would have had a ton of drywall dust everywhere. He said the work is warrantied for one year and so far, everything seems great. I even have more room under my kitchen sink because he replaced outdated, problematic 30-year-old pipes with newer technology. read more

The brothers from rooter street were able to offer me same day service. They fixed our kitchen sink clog that we had and were able to recommend how to fix some other issues we are having. Very fairly priced would definitely recommend and will use again. read more

We moved into a new house with no running water due to leaks and the need for new faucets. We reached out to Tyler, and he was available right away, offering a fair discounted price. He purchased all the necessary parts for our five sinks, replaced every valve, and worked efficiently to restore our water and fix all the leaks. Thank you Tyler! read more

While the guys did a good job, they left my whole sink loose from the wall and had broken the caulking seal from the wall. Just left without saying anything about it. Then acted like they didn't know about it when I called them back to fix it. read more

Amazing duo of brothers. Great response time, amazing work, and to top it off great prices!!! Tyler and James are trust worthy individuals who make you feel safe. I was a woman home alone and they both make me feel safe with them working in my home. They even picked up my ladder for me because I didn't have a truck to get it home. FREE OF CHARGE since they picked up my toilet. That is above and beyond service if you ask me. They were able to replace my toilet in basement (which they originally came for) and then fixed another toilet same day without the ridiculous up charge. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ROOTER STREET. Will be calling them back again and again. 10/10. 5 STARS. read more

Tyler and James were very responsive and helped to solve our emergency plumbing issue. They took the time to explain what was going on and educate me around what was needed to provide a solve. They were quick and able to address our issues same day, it was easy to work with them and I highly recommend this small business for any plumbing issues that you might have. read more

I contacted Rooter Street with a backed up main sewer line. Tyler was able to come out same-day and cable it for a good price, which fixed the problem. I am very happy with this part of the service, and would definitely recommend Rooter Street for this. Tyler scoped the line at my request to diagnose what may have went wrong. Tyler's diagnosis was that the main sewer line cast iron pipe was rapidly deteriorating and required urgent replacement. The bid that he gave for the job was $28k. I sought out second opinions. Two companies said that the line was old, but serviceable, and may require cleaning or descaling at most. One other company recommended replacement, with a bid of half the price. read more

Tyler was able to come out same-day, and provided great information about what was happening with our toilet and sewer line. Even though it was not great news, he was really honest and helped us understand what we were up against. We all appreciated his professionalism! read more

We had a great experience with Rooter Street! We needed an undermount sink and leaking faucet replaced, and most companies wouldn't even consider the job. The one other company that did quoted us a similar price, but didn't bother to measure the sink accurately or explain the process as clearly. Our sink was also unusually shaped, but Tyler found an exact fit. He was communicative throughout the process on the status of shipping and delivery of parts, including going to three different Home Depot stores to make sure he found the exact model of faucet we wanted. When it was time for installation, Tyler and his brother James worked carefully and efficiently, keeping us updated along the way and keeping the space clean. The new sink and faucet look great, and we are so happy with the results. They also did some additional work (new disposal, adjusting/extending the pipes) well and at a reasonable price so everything sink-related is now new and easy to use. Would highly recommend Tyler and James to anyone in need of plumbing services, and we will rely on them moving forward! read more

Tyler and James repaired my shower and were very easy to work with and professional. Highly recommend for any plumbing project.

Very prompt in response time, inexpensive (versus cheap). Technician was extremely helpful in pointing out potential future issues without sounding like he was upselling us. Arrived early and finished in less time than estimated. All in all a SUPER experience. I think we've found our plumbing company for the long haul... read more

Quick fast and honest service. Love working with a small business owner who cares about the customer!

Called on a Sunday night for a stopped up pipe fully accepting that we wouldn't get anyone out until Monday. Not only did he come out on a Sunday night but he unclogged the pipe and recommended jetting to fix it on a more permanent basis. He was fast, polite and got the job done. Would definitely recommend. read more

We had backed up kitchen sink in a condo. Tyler was the only service that called me. All the others sent email or text and wanted me to reach out. He was here when he said he would be, he put in extra effort. The problem wasn't solved but it was the hoa that was responsible further. read more

Extremely professional and prompt response. Ran into issues with my current sewage ejector pump the evening before going out of town for a week, not a good scenario! Two technicians, Tyler and James, came out after hours almost immediately and were able to diagnose the problem, get me to a place where I was comfortable leaving, and offer a range of solutions. I ended up replacing the pump which was ordered while I was out of town. The technician updated me regularly on the order and delivery of the new pump as well as scheduling the work while working around my timeline - despite the fact that I was out of service for the majority of the time away. Upon my return, installation was quick and easy, done professionally, and they fixed another small issue that was not a part of the job that they ran into while working on my home. I would highly recommend working with these guys! read more

Tyler and James were awesome. Can't recommend them highly enough. I had two sinks that were leaking. I had another company come out for a "free estimate." Turned out that the guy inspected the sinks for 20 minutes and then charged me $165. Then they said I needed two new drains for $370 a piece. I called Tyler and he offered to do the work for half the price. Showed up promptly and did the work super fast. I'm really happy I reached out to them. And I will definitely be calling them again next time. read more

I'm so happy I found RooterStreet--I try to be a DIYer but sometimes you really just need a professional and these guys are it. They've helped me on a few plumbing emergencies. I highly recommend you save their number, you'll never need another plumber again. read more
