I really don't give bad reviews but this poor communication and poor job really harmed our timeline…read moreon our home sale. Absolutely avoid if you want an honest assessment or technician willing to work. I confirmed in advance that we wanted our sewer line cleaned to comply with our inspection during our home sale. The technician came out and said he was going to scope it first, not the service we asked for, and then told my husband repeatedly it didn't need to be cleaned. I later got an email with a recommendation for a cleaning at $1400 and a bill for $154 for scoping the line. I already have an appointment to have the line scoped after the cleaning tomorrow by the original company who scoped it. Never asked for a scope, asked for a cleaning. I've attached the communication that they could do the cleaning while in site. Really challenging when the technician said no cleaning necessary, no repairs necessary and then sends an estimate for recommended cleaning and repair. Moving on to the next company who can maybe do the work we hire for and not waste hours of our time and now days.

They've all helped me in various ways, the past few years, during both emergencies and routine maintenance. It all started in Labor Day 2021, when I had just flown here from Arlington, VA (Washington, DC), to "hug my dad for surviving COVID," as he returned home from the hospital after starting at the VA, then being at a private hospital for 5-weeks, and he was scheduled to be discharged Labor Day weekend, just as his basement sewage plumbing backed up! I was so overwhelmed. I called 1.800 Water Mitigation, to remove all the HAZMAT, then get going on the dehumidifiers, fans, and worked with USAA to re-build the entire basement thereafter, and for the stopped-up toilet, I called Hyper Flow. James helped me snake the basement toilet, and begin to explain all of home plumbing to me. That was 4-years ago. Then I began hiring Hyper Flow to slowly rebuild two upstairs toilets that my dad had perhaps not maintained as well as ideal (he was on fixed income, after all, so no judgment), as well as the two upstairs bathroom sinks, then ultimately I hired them to replace the Kitchen Sink Faucet (James did this work, as Brian was the manager, who helped me assess the problem and do the estimate). James also helped me get my Water Heater (that a different company installed, that was no up-to-code) up to code, per the retroactive Home Inspection, and James helped me install a mainline water shutoff. My house is finally in ship-shape - on plumbing, electrical, and HVAC - all thanks to Kyle, the owner of Hyper Flow. Highly recommend! FYI, they've also jetted my lateral sewage line pipes - twice - and I will be hiring them for the excavation of the line that connects to my HOA main sewage line, before it connects to the City of Denver, once that time comes. Great work, great value, and - most of all - I trust them & their work.

Nicholas suggested that the faucet had become clogged with sentiment and, most likely, all that was needed was to replace faucet. I purchased a new faucet and installed it and the problem was solved. I also explained that I had a frozen main drain plug and he suggested I soak it in WD40. Nicholas did not earn anything from me at that time, but I was so impressed with him and his willingness to share basic information that saved me money, I kept his contact information. I was not able to loosen the drain plug so I called him. He worked with my schedule, came over and he was able to remove the frozen plug so I could flush my water heater. It's really great to meet someone like Nicholas who puts customer service first. I can not recommend Nicholas enough.

My water heater went out at my house for some reason it was located in my crawl space was amazed how they even got it in there as it was 50 gallons so it was pretty big, the size requirements had changed back in April last year so I wasn't able to get a new water heater in where the previous one was located, this left me with the dilemma of building a closet for the heater or switching to a tankless. Let me tell you tankless was the way to go I never run out of hot water anymore and my energy bill has gone down significantly, water heaters aren't cheap and I don't plan on moving so I wanted something that would last for a long time the install was great and it's been over a year now since its been installed and recommend colorado plumbing solutions to all my friends and family definitely will be calling them back for future repairs! read more

I want to highly recommend Colorado Plumbing Solutions. I will never go back to one of the larger plumbing companies that serve Englewood. I almost got completely ripped of by one of them. They were setting me up for a big payday. They were telling me that it could possibly turn into a very big and expensive job, as in thousands. I then called Colorado Plumbing Solutions and John came in and told me exactly how he was going to do it and gave me a fixed price up front. None of this wishy washy talk about how if things go wrong it's going to be a huge job! The pipes to both my hoses froze over the winter - both front and back - and I needed a repair of the valve in one of my toilets and a pressure valve for the house as it never had one. I called Appelwood plumbing on Monday and they came out and gave me an estimate of almost $3,000!!! I went on line and found Colorado Plumbing Solutions and had them come to the house. I had major flooding going on in my downstairs and couldn't find anyone to come out that day to help, found these guys on yelp and they came out that day to fix the problem which was a pipe that busted behind my basement wall. We originally called this company because of the great review on here and we were not disappointed. We had a leak in our plumbing back in June. Colorado Plumbing Solutions came in and spent hours trying to find the leak for us. They were friendly and efficient and very knowledgeable. Not only was it excellent service, it was very affordable. I think all of Jonathan's stellar reviews have created a problem for him...too much business and not enough Jonathan! I kind of felt like I was being sandwiched between a couple other jobs and that his focus was not completely here. This may be why there was a small, but overlooked item which he sent someone else out to fix. Scheduling woes aside, I can say that Jonathan is likeable, knowledgeable and efficient. read more

The tech that came out (Dale), while a bit rough, almost immediately diagnosed my issue (correctly, I might add - this is after consulting with other companies (and the manufacturer) and getting a repair). The main issue was I didn't get a quote back for a week (was promised within a couple days). By that time I already had wheels in motion to have someone else to fix the issue. And, this is me being picky, is I wish he might have recommended additional maintenance to the unit - since he seemed very knowledgeable. Quick response to consult, delay in quote, which led to me to go with someone else - however, I will keep this company in mind for other needs in the future due to the knowledge of the tech.
