They responded immediately and discovered that the issue was caused by my upstairs neighbor's water heater. They replaced the water heater that same day, which stopped the leak right away. They also provided dehumidifiers to help prevent further damage. The following Monday, EZ Repair returned and completed all necessary repairs to the water-damaged area in my laundry room. The work was completed in one day and was done extremely well. I later asked them to inspect my own water heater. Although it is older, they were honest and explained that it was still working perfectly and did not need to be replaced. During that visit, they noticed I had a water purifier that I was unaware of. My water filter had not been changed in over six years. Sam replaced it, and I now have clean, great-tasting water. Quick and professional service! Robert quickly responded to my request - great and personal over the phone. He sent over Zech to check out our leak. He took the time to fully check out all areas and helped us determine how our dishwasher was leaking! He spoke through his process and was very friendly. We had another plumber come out just before him who didn't take the time and just said they don't deal with appliances after determining the cause. We appreciated the time and effort! The price to change a shower cartridge was too high but the guy was decent. I had to do something different and take a different approach.

I requested several quotations through YELP. EZ Repair provided a thorough proposal to replace my shower with a "bathtub / shower" and to install new tile. They not only did a good job but an EXCELLENT job. I am very satisfied with their overall work. These guys are excellent at what they do. Thery are very honest, diligent, professional and polite. The chains broke on two of our toilets and they were able to send a plumber out very quickly. Zechariah (the plumber) helped us choose the new toilets that we wanted and was even willing to install them that very afternoon. EZ Repair sent their top boiler expert right away to diagnose a leak on my very old boiler. This turned into an investigation to look under the concrete and find and repair the leak. Sadly, it was too old and we decided we had to make an upgrade. Although this was bad news for me, Zach and Chris and the owner Robert are hard at work coming up with options that are affordable, timely and efficient. Honest service and pricing. A great find!! For instance, first plumber quoted $900(!) to replace kitchen faucet that we already bought. Ez's fee was about $250. Not only more realistic. Requested a bathroom drain in wall (water leaking) repair at 9:30 am and by 10:00 am they had sent out a tech to do the repairs. By 12:30 pm. Granted I had already had the dry wall removed as I was starting a bathroom remodel and had been trying to isolate the location of the leak which was the driving force for the remodel. Worst service provider. i confirmed the charge with business owner before the service guy got home for work. the business owner confirmed the charge. i wasnt quoted the price for the service after the diagnosis, before the fix was done and was asked to pay 4 times the amount i was confirmed earlier. the owner is really rude and charges me amount even after he accepted that it was his and his service guy's mistake. he is rude and hanged up the call while i was still talking and blames me that i was trying to get the service for cheaper price or skip the payment altogether. read more
