Al responded immediately when we reached out to him, he came right out to survey our house, and he provided a detailed recommendation and estimate. I asked him a few follow-up questions, which he responded to immediately. We ultimately decided on a three tank system -- the first to filter out sediment, the second to remove carbon (i.e. lead, gasses), and the third to remove pathogens. He pre-fabricated everything at his shop, so the installation time was very quick and efficient. You get a text from him letting you know that he is on the way. After he completed the installation, he walked me through everything and actually had me install the filters myself so that I knew how it all worked. Bottom line is he installs a better system than the big national players at a much more affordable price. I would recommend him without any reservations. read more

I contacted Al from Water Choices with interest in getting a whole home water filtration system. Al was far more knowledgable than most when it comes to what is in the water and the best approach to filtration. He came over for the consultation and tailored the whole home filtration system according to my requirements and towards the water quality here Aurora CO. He did a fantastic job on the copper plumbing infrastructure needed to hookup the system. There were no unnecessary bends or pipes, rather, the install looked very efficient and professionally done. What we purchased: 20 inch 1 micron pre-filter, 20 inch NanoCeram filter, Large carbon tank, and large descaler tank. We have owned the system now for several weeks and have seem some amazing results! I had suffered for many years of skin eczema on my hands and it is now completely gone! We have noticed that our skin dryness is also completely gone. I actually stopped putting on lotion on my hands because my skin looks so good. My wife's hair looks shinier and healthier than ever. If I could give 15 stars I would! My brother Michael (who lives in Orange County, CA) recommended Al when we were discussing our upcoming home improvements. He's not all that easy to please, and as you can see from my other reviews... it runs in our family. Al not only got us the right products (totally different for Mikey and I) but for a great price, did artisan level installation and worked pretty much 9 hours straight (it was complicated). Speaking of that, when we did run into a snag (due to our quirky home), Al was quick to find a solution to make the system work perfectly. Al installed a new 50 gal water heater, sediment filter and water softener yesterday and while he could have saved himself over an hour by just doing the install, he instead re-arranged our mechanical room so that our older well-pump tank was positioned so that when it fails, it will be easy to get to and replace. I cannot think of any service person who has done such a good job of pretending that our home was their home, and treating it the way that AL did. Upon purchasing my home and disliking the taste and hardness of the water, not to mention I wanted to get away from buying bottled water, I contacted Costco for an in-home visit to see what they could do for me. After receiving the estimate from the company Costco uses, I contacted Al to get a second opinion/estimate. Let me tell you, the system Al installed (5 micron sediment filter, Nanoceram filter, carbon tank, and water softener) is a superior system compared to what Costco's affiliate wanted to install, for nearly half the cost! Al was awesome!! First he talked to me over the phone and explained everything, then he came out and gave me an estimate. I was happy with the estimate and decided to go with him. His work was so clean!! He would let me know when he was going to turn off the water supply, that way there were no surprises.
