I used to love this company when Josh was in the field. But no longer. I was told by Susan in the office that he is too busy now and does only administrative work. Too bad for the company. I got an estimate last year from Christian, at Doyle-to relocate my water bib from the side of the house ( which was not practical or easily accessible) to a back patio area. I called a few weeks ago to schedule the work. Great. In the meantime, my toilet was leaking so Christian came out to fix that, He did that just fine. Before he left, I asked him if he wanted to revisit the upcoming scheduled work on the hose bib. He now said that it can't be done and was impossible to do unless I wanted to rip out then repair my wall and flooring inside. What?? He was the one that did the estimate. He never apologized for his mistake. Said he just assumed I had a basement. There were other problems but enough said. I don't not recommend this company. Susan in the office is always rushed, and saying how busy they are. She doesn't get information correct yet she acts like I have a problem when I try to clarify. She is borderline rude. I won't be using Doyle Plumbing again. Josh is great but seems he needs to revamp his team. Very disappointing. read more

Didn't even get past the initial phone call because the woman who answered the phone was extremely rude. I was just asking simple questions regarding the repairs and cost estimate and if there was a fee for having someone come and look at what needs to be fixed and she got very upset with me basically acting like I was stupid for asking. I hung up and called Bell Plumbing and they answered the phone very professionally and asked all the right questions and answered all of my questions. read more

The service was good, but they gave me an estimate around $500 the first time. Attempted the job and stopped to tell me it would be double $1000 and would take 4 hours to complete. The job took 1.5 hrs. and only took off $150. It is totally sketchy. I would not work with this company again. read more

I'm receiving emails from Parker Water stating that I'm exceeding the continuous 24 hours threshold of 3 gallons. They walked through and around the house unable to find anything wrong, which is fine. Took about 10 min and they charged me $65. That's a little much for not finding a problem. They did give me a good idea of what I can do to see if it's one of the toilets, but $65 for that information is a little steep. So just know unless you see water or the leak yourself, you might not want to call Doyle Plumbing. read more

We moved to a house that was built in the 70's and the previous owners never took care of it. We were in a jam and our well system was previously installed incorrectly and installed directly under the electrical panel, which needed to be relocated 6ft+ further away a.s.ap.. The electrical panel is being replaced the following week so this work had to be done quickly & efficiently. So time was limited to search around. Basically rerouting with new plastic/pex piping, and having separate plumbing/water softener company come to install the new water softener. For the work done the price was crazy expensive, with no breakdown on the invoice, $1500+ tx for 5 hours of work that's approximately $300 /hr minus the price of new 3/4 inch pex pipe + connectors (that includes the price of disassembly of the old piping). The water pumped ended up leaking after the install (stripped threads on the connector), so when they returned there was an additional $1500 for the installation of a new pump that wasn't caught the first time around. To be fair, I will say that after the second visit and the new pump installed, everything works as to be expected. But if I had more time to research other plumbing companies, I would've gone else where. I need to replace the copper piping main lines in the house with pex, which I will do myself. I also need to have my septic tank possibly serviced & possibly replaced in the not too distant future and I'm going to be looking else where for this to be done as I don't want to have to sell my kidneys to have the work done! read more

Doyle has been out to my house 3 or 4 times now and never once did I ever feel like I was being up sold or hoodwinked with shenanigans like you get with most plumber's, electricians and HVAC guys. Josh is honest and humble and a rare find. He's replaced a shower head, serviced our water heater, and fixed several leaky pipes and valves in our house walls. Our most recent issue was our Master Bathroom Toilet was leaking and it cause the drywall in our Garage to turn yellow and leak water. He fixed it for $195 and was here for about 2 1/2 hours.
