They were able to come out fairly quickly, only delays were because of the snow on the roof, and the install went quickly which included removing a tank water heater and doing piping work for both water and gas. I was really impressed and very thankful for a great job. I did have an issue and the owner ended up coming out right away, even though he was getting ready to go on vacation. He was able to fix the issue quickly and to my satisfaction. I will be using them for any future needs.

After hearing the issue she said it's probably a capacitor that costs about 32 bucks at Ace Hardware but if we come put it on there'd be a $450 charge. So I Googled and You Tubed...how do you fix a capacitor on a Trane A/C? After watching a couple...I went to Ace and bought a new capacitor...yanked the old one off and put the new one on...with a little bit of Jerry-rigging as it was skinnier than the old one and didn't fit the bracket...and voila! Air conditioner is humming along nicely!!! Saved a lot of money! Thanks Dorothy at Davey Heating and Cooling! It's nice to have great customer service even though I never used your service. Who does that any more! Well done!

With her on the line I found a blown fuse on the units motherboard and was able to replace it (props to Home Depot for having them in stock). Anyway, me and The Hubs visited their Kitchen and Bath Showroom just a little over a month ago since we needed to replace some kitchen and bathroom faucets. There are many faucets on display and many more in their catalogs to choose from. Peggy Johnson was very helpful and great to work with. In a nutshell, we found some great looking faucets and replaced the main kitchen sink faucet, beverage dispenser next to the sink, and a bar sink faucet (all from the same collection so they match). We also found a nice replacement faucet for our powder room sink. It's nice to be able to see and feel these items ahead of time to know what you're getting. If you're looking for fixtures a step (or two) nicer than what you might find at the big box stores, this place is a great option. The items we chose took less than three weeks to come in. Since the other side of their business is plumbing and heating supply/distribution, they work with many local (and independent) plumbers. Peggy was able to give me a few names and phone numbers for potential installment. All went well. Kudos!

Absolutely avoid if you want an honest assessment or technician willing to work. I confirmed in advance that we wanted our sewer line cleaned to comply with our inspection during our home sale. The technician came out and said he was going to scope it first, not the service we asked for, and then told my husband repeatedly it didn't need to be cleaned. I later got an email with a recommendation for a cleaning at $1400 and a bill for $154 for scoping the line. I already have an appointment to have the line scoped after the cleaning tomorrow by the original company who scoped it. Never asked for a scope, asked for a cleaning. I've attached the communication that they could do the cleaning while in site. Really challenging when the technician said no cleaning necessary, no repairs necessary and then sends an estimate for recommended cleaning and repair. Moving on to the next company who can maybe do the work we hire for and not waste hours of our time and now days.

Sewer main replacement (clay) Oct 2024: Sewer Lines Only (SLO) scoped and replaced my outdoor 90yo clay sewer line. They said the internal cast iron was solid, and I was scheduled within the week. Hyperflow's estimate said the cast iron needed replacement. The team of 3 was on time, worked independently, and was able to put the fence back up that needed to be taken down. No issues, until 2026. Sewer main backup (May 2026): "Flushable" wipes got caught on the rough interior cast iron, and caused a backup. Fit-It-24-7 came and cleared the clog, and sent a second tech to do a scope, with the water OFF. Both techs said "Look at the high areas (yellow in the attached pic) where the cast iron is 'trenched'. The high sides are the pipe, and the in the section with the muddy water, that's where it's completely rusted through, and leaking sewage." They quoted a 8month teacher's salary to do a repair. SLO came to do a scope. The tech (Cameron - very intelligent guy) kept the water RUNNING, so his scope had a clear view of the bottom of the pipe. "The cast iron is rough, so it snagged the wipe. It's in good shape though." But - what about the trenching? "Look here - the water is clear, and you can see to the bottom and see the cast iron. What looks like a 'trench' is just decades of built up residue/oils. The pipe is beneath that (see green circle in my pic) There's no leak, but I recommend a rotary chain to resurface the cast iron, to remove rough areas that snag wipes." The cost was 99% less than the bogus quote.

I was 7 days from closing on a sale, the line was discovered during inspection. The other duplex owner was rightfully out of her mind because the line ran under her beautiful stamped patio. Sewer Lines Only recommended tunneling under the patio from my property. We had (I'm counting....) 7 very reputable sewer companies quote this job. No one else mentioned going in from the side, and when I circled back to ask, none could. SLO's quote was 25% lower than the next lowest bid (thousands in savings) and 50-75% lower than most bids. So I was hesitant. Enter Joe from SLO - a project manager or engineer? He was so confident they could do this job from the side (really confident, not salesy confident), he made himself available to me at any time to explain the work but never once called me to "seal a deal." He probably took 20 calls/texts from me. I took the gamble and got on a plane to Denver. Jerry and his team showed up promptly for the job, were professional, courteous, and thorough. The line was fixed, no patio or fence demo required. When a possible additional leak was discovered with scoping, Joe came out and confirmed personally that there was no issue. Enter Monica in Billing who went the extra mile to figure out how to split invoicing to bill the other owner her portion and free my property up for sale. And did it gladly. Intelligent, progressive solutions, lower-cost, personalized service - same as in 2024 when I worked with Cameron. They dug a trench in my garage and repatched with concrete. No issues 2+ years in. I'll never use anyone but SLO.

Our home is 25 years old and we have had 5 leaks easily accessible in the basement which we were able to repair ourselves. But recently we had a leak dripping into our laundry room and a water heater that we couldn't ignite. We didn't feel equipped to try to repair this so we called Josh with Doyle Plumbing. He was very nice to work with and is a master plumber. He came by and within 45 minutes located the leak, replaced a worn valve and got our water heater lit. His price was very reasonable. The plumber himself was polite, honest, and professional. He seemed genuinely uncomfortable explaining the pricing and apologetically stated that it was corporate policy. My concern is not with him; it is with the company's lack of transparency when the appointment was scheduled. The plumber was also approximately three hours early and called to ask whether I could accommodate the earlier arrival. I rearranged my schedule to do so, only to turn him away after learning about the additional charge that had never been disclosed. I have no problem paying a fair price for professional work. However, charging a non-refundable $49 fee without clearly explaining that it covers nothing beyond arriving at the home--and that even a brief diagnosis will cost another $289--did not feel fair or transparent. I declined the service and am now out the $49.
