We inherited a Pelican water filtration system when we bought our house that I knew nothing about. I called Water Pros when it started leaking since Pelican wasn't in business anymore to see what the state of the system was. We had an RO unit installed in our kitchen some months ago by Water Pros Water Purification. The discharge hose was not inserted into the drain correctly and it came out and began emitting water into the cupboard under our kitchen sink. Since the leak was so slow, we did not notice it until we went downstairs and saw the huge water bubble in the basement ceiling. The carpet was soaked. All in all, we had a repair bill of just under $2,600. I called Paul at Water Pros the day we discovered the damage and he told me that he "would take care of me." He suggested I call my insurance company to start the claim. I did that and was told that since the damage was less than my homeowners deductible, that it would be up to the installers insurance company to cover it. The Hartford Insurance company carried Water Pros insurance policy. I sent and explanation of what had happened with the pictures I had and was told that since I did not prove that the damage was due to their insured policyholder (Water Pro's), they would not cover the claim. Not worried, I again called Paul at Water Pro's. Now he was changing his tune. No longer was it "I will take care of you," but now it was suggesting that it was not his installer's fault that the damage had happened. I told him that any other cause was ridiculous. Was he suggesting that I or someone else pulled the waste water line out of the drain myself? Ultimately, he said it was impossible for the waste water line to come out of the drain. Funny that, since it was sticking nearly straight up out of the drain when I found it. On the day I found the leaking line, I immediately turned off the water and proceeded to anchor the line to the underside of the kitchen counter before curving it back down into the drain. I then squeezed the line together so that it wouldn't want to spring back out again and held it with a nylon tie wrap. Paul refuses to admit fault for his installation and has stuck me with the repair bill. I am currently seeking remedy in Small Claims Court. read more

I bought a water softener from Paul a couple years ago. It is still under warranty. one of the valves to have cracked. I sent Paul a picture of the cracked valve. I have been waiting two weeks for him to get around to find a replacement. During that time he suggested that someone had abused the system. He is not living up to the warranty he delivered with the system. read more

I needed a water softener for my extremely hard water and these guys delivered! I called them to get more information and they answered all of my questions. Paul spent a good amount of time on the phone with me and there was no pressure to buy. The price was better than any other I had found. I live fairly far from their business and they came to me and were on time! (My service calls are often late from other companies due to my location.) I have been over-the-top pleased with their explanation of what the system would do; the installation; the follow-up service. The system works beautifully and the RO part is amazing. Just had Water Pros come out and service/review our softener system and was completely impressed with the courteousness from booking the appointment to the professionalism/friendliness of the man that helped us out today. (I'll call to find out and make sure I get the name updated on here because he was great to work with). As a new homeowner that's ignorant but trying to learn as much as possible on how to maintain and take care of my home, I really appreciate the service I got today, the time the manager gave me to help me understand everything he was testing and looking at during the service call, and providing me a lot of helpful information on short term/long term maintenance. I wanted to write a good review because initially I was impressed, especially with Rianne the office lady. There was a misunderstanding which was my fault. Then when we questioned something that seemed off, the owner became furious and unprofessional in his emails to us. He then assured us he would make it right by refunding a portion of the bill. We had a water softener and a complete house water filter system installed in our newly built home on August 23, 2021. 2 months later I walked into our basement to find 30' of water line that was installed with only 5 hangers, which 3 of 5 hose hangers broke, and was hanging 4' from the basement floor. This 30' water line was held up with 5 hose hangers spanning over 12 joists. WTH. The installer and the owner's brother came to our home and brought a ladder that was to high, so I let them use my ladder. The brother said someone stolen their electric screwdriver so they were unable to remove the few hose hangers that was installed with 4" screws so I had to do this myself. The installer asked for help to install a 45 degree water hose connector because she didn't have the strength, so the brother got on the ladder and tried, then used a hammer to be sure it was connected. I was surprised that after calling this company he kept saying everyone give this this installer all 5's on their reviews. Does everyone know how to install this system, so if they could they would have installed it themselves or have Lowe's installed it. Why can't Water pro's have the right tools so the customer doesn't have to do it. I paid Water Pro's $2,295.00 to do a professional job. Looking at the work order. I was charged $1895.00 for the water-softener and filter system and $400.00 for 4 - 20 lbs bags of salt WTH. I sure got ripped off. I went on to Lowe's website and this is what I found: 30' of hose and clamps would be around $45.00, the water-softener and filter system was a bundle under $800.00, and the salt bags run under $6.00 which is would have been $24.00. 3 hours of labor at $125.00 is $375.00. Which would have been around $1,244.00. In simple mathematics I paid well over $1,050.00 WTH. I sure was taken to the cleaners. Oh yes I forgot to say that the owner on the phone asked when was it installed and how much did I pay and he told me he would return my money for such a unprofessional job. The next day he called and wanted to inspect this job himself even after I sent him numerous pictures of a sloppy unprofessional job. I said my wife and I would never have them work in my home again since I had to fix some of the job since they didn't have the right tools. He said he was sad to hear that, so I guess he forgot to return my money too. Then two days later after she fixed this terrible job, she messed up the water system draining the water softener to release the water pressure so it was giving out regular water, not soften/not filtered. I had to flush the water softener myself which took an hour to have clean water again. I think when she emptied the water softener tank it skipped the regular schedule water cycle. Again their installer can't complete the job at hand. This entire system was purchased from Lowe's, I should have had Lowe's installer do this job. I'm sure it would have been in a more professional installation! I picked this company because they said they were prior military but, what I know now there would be no way I would have Water Pro's do anything for us ever again. read more

We live in Highlands Ranch where the water is so hard, and now we are enjoying having such fantastic soft water. Our initial consultation at our home with Paul was so great, he inspected our old and outdated Culligan system and even identified that our system was not installed to code. He demonstrated how hard our water is and we were convinced we wanted their new system. Ronna was our installation technician and she did a great job and made sure it was brought to code as part of the new installation. RO did wonders, well installed and it made drinking water a pleasure ! The water softner makes washing ones hands, showering, doing laundry much more efficient and also an incredible difference to the Englewood water that sadly is very hard.
