His expertise noticed a couple of installation errors , one of them was related to the control transformer. He was able to fix and completely remove the failing transformer and utilize the furness control panel instead, nice clean solution as the manufacture intended. The other installation error was causing condensation to not exit correctly and was leaking water that was rusting the front wall pan. I was unaware of this and was looking at having to replace a 4 year old furness if the rusting was to proceed or had already damaged the integrity of the wall. Adam checked the wall out and concluded that the heating element integrity was still good and the wall had not been compromised to the point of furness replacement. Without Adam's knowledge and skills I would be in a bad spot in the near future from the poor installation. I'm very pleased and happy with the outcome, thanks to Adam and do recommend JumpHVAC.

Tom came out to talk water and boy, does Tom know water! As we started to talk about the house, where our water comes from and what we were primarily interested in Tom was doing tests of our water. He was very efficient in the testing and explaining the results. Our new home in Castle Pines was built with an instant hot water unit, which was all new for us. And from some other companies we talked to at the garden and home show told us that you definitely need to put a soft water unit in for the tankless (primarily for the warranty). As it turns out, Tom gave us a measurement of 3 for hardness which is very good and he told us we do NOT need to install a soft water unit. BONUS! We also talked about other minerals and pH in our water. And it was nice to hear we have really good water here. He did leave a flyer and a quote for a RO (reverse osmosis) drinking water system if we ever decide we would like to go that route other than just getting drinking water from the refrigerator. 2 years ago, I needed a new well pump for my agricultural well. It was little over 30' deep…read morebefore GeoWater replaced the pump, but they sawed the old casing so violently back & forth, that the well collapsed and is just about 20' deep. I went from never running out of water to getting about 5 gallons every 5 minutes because I now have to wait until the well refills. Henry was the supervisor and initially installed a 10 gallon/minute pump, then had to go down to a 7 gallon/minute pump with an auto shutoff so the pump does burn out. I was charged for the extra pump and extra service calls. Henry ignored my texts. I call the manager and they said they were reviewing the case and then everything dropped. I was overcharged by more than & $800 in labor, an extra pump and a well that is 1/3 less deep. Henry took depth measurements before pulling the casing but then lied, denied and refused to accept that the depth was reduced by 10'. I just came in tonight after spending 30 minutes trying to top off 1 foot in my 100 gallon horse tank. I'm disgusted and want to warn others about the terrible service and lack of ethics of GeoWater,

I asked him a few follow-up questions, which he responded to immediately. We ultimately decided on a three tank system -- the first to filter out sediment, the second to remove carbon (i.e. lead, gasses), and the third to remove pathogens. He pre-fabricated everything at his shop, so the installation time was very quick and efficient. You get a text from him letting you know that he is on the way. After he completed the installation, he walked me through everything and actually had me install the filters myself so that I knew how it all worked. Bottom line is he installs a better system than the big national players at a much more affordable price. I would recommend him without any reservations.
