If you are in need of any plumbing issues, Mona and Jacob at Pipecraft are who you need to call. I have used them time and time again for commercial and residential, both small and large. They are more than accommodating as I had an inspection resolution deadline coming quickly while selling my house and Jacob got out in time for me to meet it and it was accepted! I do not leave many reviews, however they go so far above and beyond, I felt the need to let everyone know how great this company really is! Monte Damiana read more

We recently called Pipecraft on a Sunday and they were able to schedule us first thing Monday morning to help detect the source of a leak in our basement. When they came out they explained where the source likely was and that they would need to cut out some drywall to get to it. They identified the source of the leak almost immediately and were able to get it fixed quickly for a reasonable price. I felt super comfortable that the plumber knew exactly what he was doing. He was extremely professional and competent and a pleasure to work with. Overall extremely satisfied with the whole process and I would definitely recommend them to others. Called them to come out and replace hot water pipe attached to water heater; a lot of rust had accumulated and I couldn't even see where they were attached. Also thought I would have them flush out water tank while they were here; had never had it done in the 4 years that we have lived here. Came out on time, very friendly and used face mask while they were here. Looked at the tank, told me what needed to be done and gave me a quote that was much less than I expected. Also told me that the tank didn't need to be flushed not, appreciate the savings. Asked them about quality of our water heater and they told me it is the brand they recommend and use almost exclusively. Explained what they had done and that they had removed the old copper pipe with new insulated pipes for both hot and cold water. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them in the future. read more

After seeing a review on the next door app, I decided to call Pipecraft Plumbing about a water pressure issue. From start to finish, I had a great experience with this company. Thank you, Mona, Heath and Jacob. read more

I had several plumbing companies come in and give me quotes to replace all the plumbing for my 100+ year old house with mostly RUSTY galvanized pipes. Jacob, the owner, a Licensed Master Plumber, with 30 years experience, really took the time to review my existing set up, and then spent time with me and explained some different possibilities. He actually offered a solution that no other company had even thought of. Which was brilliant! His pricing was great. The crew are expert technicians, and did an exceptional job. Very professional, and quick to do their work. I highly recommend them. read more

Jacob and his team at Pipecraft Plumbing are simply the best. We recently replaced some toilets in our home, and after discovering one of them had a manufacturing issue Jacob stood behind his warranty and his work, replacing it at no cost to us and doing so promptly and professionally. From the initial appointment for an estimate, until everything was completely finished, Pipecraft consistently confirmed our appointments with us, confirmed when they would be coming, provided accurate estimates up front, and most importantly stood behind their work. They even cleaned up some aesthetic issues that another company left for us to deal with. Without a doubt, we will be calling Jacob and his team at Pipecraft Plumbing from now on. read more

I am happy that I found Jacob originally via the Thumbtack website, which is oriented toward homeowners who need to hire professionals for home improvement, repairs, and other projects. Regarding the plumbing issue in my home- my pipes would shudder profoundly from water hammer whenever I used the washing machine- in addition to making a loud thumping sound that could be heard and felt throughout the home every time the washing machine valves would open and close during operation. I had water hammer arrestors already on the washing machine, but they were not helping much. Jacob assessed the situation and measured the pressure of the water in my home, which was at 95psi. Jacob informed me that the water pressure should not be over 75psi, otherwise it can harm water related appliances such as the dishwasher, washing machine and hot water heater- and of course that the high pressure was the likely cause of water hammer in my home. I did some quick research online to confirm that indeed, residential water pressure should not exceed 75psi. I went with Jacob's recommendation to install a commercial grade pressure reducing valve that would cap the plumbing water pressure at 75psi throughout the entire home. The device that he installed works wonderfully, as it completely resolved my problem. Finally, I no longer have the annoying and harmful water hammer issue. Additionally, in another area of my basement, he properly attached plumbing pipes to the wall, so as to support and stabilize the plumbing. I found Jacob to be very knowledgeable and professional, and would gladly hire him again in the future. He is a high quality professional that takes pride in his work. read more

Jake, from Pipecraft Plumbing, replaced a bad sump pump this afternoon. It was not cheap, but I felt like it was a fair price - below the average that I had read on Google. He was confident in his assessment of what needed to be done, his ability to do it and his time to complete estimate. He exceeded our expectations. We now have a quieter cast iron sump pump versus the noisier plastic one with less horsepower that he took out. Thanks Jake! read more

We had Pipecraft out to replace a shower controller after one of the big plumbing companies that are on TV came out and were unable to do the job. Pipecraft was on time their tech was polite and knowledgeable and quick. Great job Pipecraft and the surprising part was that the price was fair and reasonable. Response was great and they tried to solve my plumbing problem and did what was needed and very reasonable price

When others said the project was too large or they weren't qualified - Jacob and his team were able to do it in half a days work and set us up with the appropriate hot water system for our families needs. Heath was the licensed technician who installed our water heater. He did an amazing job within a tight installation closet. read more

Referred to us by a neighbor and we were very pleased with the service. They called the day before to confirm the appointment and John called us when he was on his way which was great so we were not waiting around! We hired pipe craft plumbing because they had great reviews. Upon our first visit we were charged $175 to replace a toilet seat that we provided. Our other issue that we were hoping would be fixed was that the tank hardware wasn't working properly. After speaking with the owner Jacob, he let me know that he would send a plumber out to rectify the situation. He came out today and Jacob the owner informed his plumber that we would have to pay $215 to have the hardware fixed so that the toilet didn't run anymore. It just doesn't feel right. read more

had a horrible experience with jacob and pipecraft. they were hired to repair a pipe and document it for a lawsuit its involved in. they showed up and refused to document because they didnt want to get involved in a lawsuit. i left a review of my experience and he then called and text retaliatory threats to me remove the bad review. no integrity. would never recommend. read more

We had a leaky tub faucet and Jacob came out, assessed the problem, and had it fixed in less than an hour. We got an estimate from another company who said he would need to tear out the tile wall and replace the whole system (faucet, shower, and wand), taking 1-2 days at a cost of $6,000-$8,000. Total cost was approximately 2% of the other estimate. Jacob is very friendly, efficient, and professional. I will not hesitate to call him again when we have the need. read more

Easy to communicate with, on time, efficient work, and offered the best price for a water heater replacement.

I used Yelp to quickly get some quotes for a new hot water heater. Jacob responded very quickly and quoted a fair price. I found this company via the NextDoor app. They came highly recommended. I needed a water heater replaced in my residence. They contacted me soon after I contacted them. They gave me an installed price over the phone which was $1,000 to $2,200 lower than two other companies. They scheduled the work about a week out, reminded me of the appointment via text, showed up within the arrival window. The technician did a good install, tested fittings and cleaned up after himself. I would recommend this company and will use them in the future if / when I have plumbing needs. read more

I used Jacob to add an extension off of the main gas line for a new gas range that was replacing an electric range. Jacob and his office were prompt and courteous in responding to the initial inquiry and scheduling an estimate. Jacob showed on time for the estimate and carefully measured and explained the size requirements for gas lines and what the options would be. He gathered all of the BTU information from existing units and from the manufacturers web site for the new range. Upon scheduling the work he honored the appointment time and finished within the window and in accordance with the written estimate he had previously provided. I would not hesitate to recommend or seek use his company again for gas or plumbing needs. He is a pro in every aspect of his work and maintains a clean work location. Thanks. read more

Jacob and Pipecraft Plumbing are top notch. Super responsive through the initial process of getting an estimate appointment setup, and kept me updated on changes in his schedule that actually allowed him to get on site earlier than planned! When he arrived I explained what I needed worked on to satisfy a recent home inspection for selling the house, and he got to work right away after giving me a quote that was incredibly reasonable and fair. Heck, it might be the first time I've had a contractor do a job where I've felt like I got the better end of the deal. Ya know those times when you have an ideal price for a job in mind? Well apparently Jacob is a mind reader too because his number matched mine exactly! Quick response time + incredible knowledge of his trade + no BS + the most fair pricing I've ever seen = everyone should call Jacob and Pipecraft Plumbing if they ever need a plumber. read more

Honesty and integrity - Jacob came out last year to fix our bathroom sink and did an awesome job, so when our toilet stopped working this week we gave him a call. He came early (so that I could get to work) and when all it took to clear was some calculated system flushing he refused to charge us. I can't recommend this company highly enough! read more

I have used Pipecraft Plumbing in the past and when a leak was discovered on Sunday evening coming from my second floor bathroom shower into the garage below, I didn't hesitate in calling Jacob at Pipecraft. I left a message and he returned my call that same night. Jacob is professional, and really seems to care about your plumbing issues. Jacob was ready to come out right away if it was an emergency. Since the leak stopped when the shower was stopped we agreed on an appointment time a few days later. Jacob arrived on time and immediately proceeded to analyze the cause of the leak and where it was located. After some testing within 10 minutes Jacob found the cause and went to work. I trusted him to the point I didn't even ask for an estimate until he was into the fix. As I expected, his quote was not only reasonable but less than expected. He was able to come through my closet wall and not cut the tile and fix the leaking pipe. He finished the job within the hour and left everything cleaner than he found it. I have had hit or miss plumbers in the past but I must say Jacob is a keeper. He is honest and trustworthy. I will definitely hire Pipecraft for any and all of my families plumbing needs. read more
