I just had a irrigation backflow preventer replacement for my sprinkler system done by Chris and Melissa. They are courteous, friendly, and prompt with their service. They are also fair with their pricing. Chris has a lot of past experience working in hospital plumbing (and is also a Navy Vet!) and Melissa is an absolute pro at customer service. They are such a great team. I will definitely be calling them for future projects. So happy with their service! read more

Great communication. They can give quotes over the phone before even coming out, and even can get photos sent by text to help assess specific needs. Much appreciated when life is busy and cutting out unnecessary appts prior to work being performed. Had a repair done on the tub, and installed a garbage disposal quick and efficiently, and at a great rate. The other glowing reviews for this dynamic duo are spot on. Happy to have found them, and will use again for our plumbing needs read more

Plumbing MD scheduled me within days and delivered expert, efficient work. I first learned of Plumbing MD prior to the COVID, and back then it was somewhat difficult to get on their schedule. Now they fit me in within days, and I'm confident they'd prioritize emergencies. Plumbing MD is a team effort, with scheduling and the communication of project details spot-on. When they came to my house they worked together efficiently and seamlessly. I enjoyed our communications, and could tell that they know their work very well. I'd book them again without hesitation. read more

So you know how sometimes you come across a hidden gem and you want to tell everyone in the world abou it, yet at the same time keep it all to yourself? LOL. That's how I feel about Chris and Melissa and Plumbing MD. I first had them out when I first moved to Colorado last year. They fixed a half dozen items that showed up on my home inspection report and did so professionally, quickly, and at a fair price. Melissa was extremely communicative and Chris explained in great detail all the work he did, what was needed...and what was NOT needed. They also gave tons of love and attention to my dog! You can't go wrong with fellow dog lovers, right? Fast forward to yesterday where I had them out once again, this time to replace a few aging toilets. Once again, Melissa was quick to respond and we were able to schedule something in a relatively short timeline. Even though we had only met once, having them come back to my home was like having freinds over that I hadn't seen in a while. These guys truly are the epitome of a "mom and pop" outfit, with the big bonus of doing the highest quality of work. Chris is a true tradesman, knows his stuff, and when the job is done, I can rest easy knowing it was done right! I'm a Realtor by tade and I will absolutely have Plumbing MD as my go-to referral for my future clients. So as much as I'd like to keep Chris and Melissa as my little secret, I think the Front Range should know what an amazing company this is. Thanks again you guys.... you got a customer for life! read more

As new folks to CO last year we were lost in the home repair/improvement department. We had just purchased our forever home and we're planning a list of renovations with no one to assist us. We were renting in Highlands Ranch and my husband ran in to the King Super's to p/su some dinner. He came out very excited and told me that he noticed a couple wearing t-shirts that said "PLUMBING MD" so he introduced himself and asked if they were the plumbers, they were! He chatted with them in them market, they took the time to find out our situation gave us their number and told us to call if we would like them to come out. We actually had some quotes come out that were insane. (And rude) These two came out we professional, kind, fast in their assessment and got back to us with a great quote. They are VERY busy so you will have to wait for them. It is worth the wait. They arrived, they work so well together you forget they are married. They charged what they stated in the initial quote. Neat, clean. No mess. We have had them back for more work throughout this year as we have expanded our changes. Believe me, this is a phone number to keep. read more

Of course, our water heater goes out on a Sat. We unfortunately called Applewood Plumbing and heating they came out Sunday, they wouldn't give us a quote over the phone because they needed to see the old heater. When the technician came he quoted us $6300, fortunately we just replaced our water heater in AZ (I know lucky us). for much less so I knew we had to look around. I was given two recommendations on PlumbingMD so I called them, the owner asked for 3 pictures gave us a quote over the phone 3X's less than the above company at $2150. They came the next day earlier than scheduled with a txt, finished in a timely manner and just overall wonderful people. In a world full of big box stores such as Applewood I recommend highly using this company. read more

We called Plumbing MD on August 28 to replace our water heater after a business nearer our house could not be scheduled for 3 weeks. Chris and Melissa were scheduled to visit the east coast starting the day after Labor Day. However, they agreed to give up their holiday and do our project on the Labor Day holiday before they left. They arrived on time, were finished quickly and within a few hours we had a new water heater installed on budget and the area was cleaned up. It's always nice to know one's peeps are good ones, and I think there're none better than these two. Plus, they are just nice and decent folk. I have put them on my "go to" list for future reference. The reviews on this page are sounding like an echo chamber with all the kudos, but they are, in fact, true. read more

I've been putting off minor plumbing upgrades for the last couple years. I finally decided to stop trying to do things myself and hire someone else. This company comes highly recommended by neighbors and friends alike. They replaced two faucets, toilet guts, a bathtub spout and bathtub drain. ALL of that for a very reasonable price and in ONLY two hours. Extremely professional, amazing to work with!!! you'd be silly not to call them read more

There is not a more honest and skilled plumber in Colorado than plumbing md. They helped solve an issue from an unlicensed plumber.

I cannot say enough good things about Plumbing MD. We have used them several times and I highly recommend their services. They have installed a few faucets in our home and guided us on the new faucet to pick out. They have fixed several other things - I suppose we have used them more often than I'd like to admit! Their prices are more than reasonable, the quality of their work is outstanding, and they are incredibly friendly. I simply cannot say enough good things about Plumbing MD. read more

I had a big plumbing company out to my house (one that advertises a lot on TV) after I started getting black specs in my bath tub and shower that were impossible to clean. The big company tried to convince me I needed a $10k water filtration system and $1.5k PRV because it was an issue with the city water. That didn't sound right to me so I reached out to Plumbing MD and they found the problem in my water heater supply lines and fixed the issue for a few hundred dollars. They also replaced my PRV for a lot less than what I was quoted by the other company. I really liked Chris and Melissa, they are honest hard workers and I will be using them for all my plumbing needs moving forward! read more

Its all true, all the wonderful things the other reviewers said about this company and the owners are all true. This company is by far the absolute best plumbers you can hire. Other companys will provide you a rediculous price and then try to charge you a service fee when you call them out on their high pricing, but not Pumbing MD. They provided pricing upfront that was very fair and reasonable. They work exteremly fast and provide high quality service. They allowed me to watch and they explained exactly what they were doing each step of the way. Just talking to them was a real pleasure. I've never written a Yelp review before but was so impressed with Pumbing MD that I felt I had to write this review. These are the kind of people the world needs more of. You truely can't go wrong hiring them. read more

I get it, you're looking for a plumber. But you're actually seeking more. Fair prices. Professionalism. Knowledge. Humility. Customer Service. Congratulations, your search has ended. Chris & Melissa are by FAR the most superb plumbing duo I've ever encountered. They epitomize the traits listed above, never making the customer feel less-than for asking a question or raising a concern. They charge appropriate fees for what's *needed* and don't tack on unnecessary or illegitimate "extras". Most importantly, they bring years of experience and skill to the job, leaving your home pristine and the problem(s) eliminated. After recently purchasing a home, we knew it needed some plumbing TLC. Chris & Melissa have been our go-to experts for a myriad of issues: a leaky fridge supply line, a low pressure shower, a broken dishwasher, and a malfunctioning disposal. Additionally, they provided me and my wife invaluable information about our hot water heater, a house filtration system which erroneously used irrigation pipe fittings as part of the construction, and our shutoff handle arrangement should we find ourselves in an emergency. Plumbing MD has earned both my current and future business. Thank you Chris & Melissa!! read more

A big shout out to Plumbing MD - If you are looking for a forever plumber - this team is it!! We wanted to find a local, mom & pop plumber after too many expensive occasions with big-chain companies. We hit a home run with Pluming MD - Chris and Melissa Doyle, of Highlands Ranch. Using their web site I sent in a description of our issues. Shortly afterwards Melissa reached out and suggested I give her a phone call. During the ensuing call she went over the problems and actually tried to trouble-shoot them. When was the last time the "scheduling person" knew what you were talking about and actually tried helping? An appointment was made (three weeks out - they're totally busy) and they texted me twice that day to keep me informed as to when they would show up. And by "they" I mean both of them came to our home and both participated in investigating our problems, with Chris doing the major plumbing fixture work. They were fast, clean, nice and...drumroll please... half the price of the big-chains. It's only been a couple of days now, but everything is working great. We highly recommend Plumbing MD! read more

Excellent, excellent, excellent! We are SO happy we contacted Chris and Melissa to help us with the leak under our kitchen sink. Can't say enough wonderful things about Chris and Melissa. Before we even had an appointment or anything-they spent a good amount of time texting back and forth with my husband and I trying to troubleshoot and help us out. They sent us pictures of what we needed to try/buy and where to go to get it. We eventually needed them to come out to the house, they were able to squeeze us in same day as we had a small leak. We had some strange/outdated plumbing that most people don't even want to touch but they fixed it for us anyway. They were so knowledgeable and fun to talk to as well. I definitely know who I will recommend to anyone in town and also who we will use from now on. THANK YOU! read more
