Eric was the technician and he didn't see any evidence a leak; he checked the meter, looked at the yard and landscaping and offered some ideas to the cause of some damage & movement in the cement stairs at street level, other than a water main leak. Big mistake as the acid didn't work and smoke like fumes filled the kitchen gagging us. I called Big Dog and Anthony came but said they couldn't snake/rooter the drain until the acid was neutralized. He showed me how to use Baking Soda and water to do it. The next day Anthony was occupied with another job that got complicated and he wouldn't be able to get back to me until a day later. Overall the company's trucks were very busy. But he checked with the Big Dog headquarters and the owner, Carlos was dispatched to my house. Carlos and Donald arrived at 4pm, scoped out the problem and got right to it. I was very impressed with their efficiency, equipment and knowledge. The line was "snaked" clean and water flowed beautifully. They explained all that they did and after securing the pipe connections and cleaning under the sink we (especially my wife) were very happy.
