911 water heaters is great! Barron was super professional, showed up on time and made the whole process easy. I loved that they used all proper COVID precautions and were super respectful. I would definitely recommend them to a friend and if you need a water heater repaired or replaced they are definitely a top notch option. I know that they must be getting quite a few calls these days as winter is setting in but the speed at which they responded to my needs was also a blessing. Thank you so much 911 heaters! read more

There's a reason they have all 5 stars - they were awesome! Barron helped me get my hot water heater repaired before I left town, and it was so nice he was able to get it out of the way so I could enjoy my trip. These guys are the best around so I'd highly recommend hiring them! read more

These guys cared about me and my situation with my hot water heater . It was needing repair and it was really hard finding anyone to come the next day. Everyone was either booked up or only willing to put me on a cancellation list. By the time I called these guys I was just begging for anyone to come out for a next day repair. To my surprise they had availability and gave me a great price. I was so thankful to find a company that cared about me and made me a priority. Thank you so much for your service. If you need a new hot water heater or just a simple fix/repair make sure you get in contact with these guys. I just wish I would have called these guys first read more

Being an out of state investor can be challenging when one of my investment properties has an issue. Yesterday, one of my tenants reported that the water heater was not working properly. A friend referred me to 911 Water Heaters and they sent Mac out the same day to replace the water heater. Mac was professional, courteous, and the hot water was back in no time! In addition, the office staff that I dealt with when I called in were great to deal with. They truly cared and empathized with what I was going through. read more

My husband and I were in the market for professionals who knew what they were doing! We had previously made another appointment with a different company, but they did not seem very professional and did not appear to know much about water heaters. We are first-time home buyers, and wanted to make sure that we found a company that was very knowledgeable and with plenty of experience; our problem was pretty severe. My husband spoke to them on the phone, and they did not rush through the conversation, asked a lot of good questions. It really seemed like they were trying to understand what our problem was. So we got a quote, scheduled an appointment, and hoped for the best. I was the one home, when the plumbers came for the appointment. They were very friendly, and told me to relax and that they would take care of everything. I thought the job would take an entire day, but the whole ordeal only took about an hour and a half. Once again, the workers were very polite, and when they were done they rung the doorbell to let me know that they were finished. They came inside to make sure everything was working properly, and I was pleasantly surprised that they did not leave any messes anywhere. We got charged exactly what we were quoted on the phone, so after finally taking a hot shower, my husband and I decided to give this company a 5-star review. Like I said, we are first-time home buyers, and are not as well versed when it comes to home renovations. But after this experience, I cannot imagine why I would ever need to go to a different company for my plumbing needs. Definitely very impressed! read more

Baron was awesome. He did a great job getting my hot water heater working again. He replaced the pilot light for me. It took hardly any time at all. We had a great conversation while he worked. I honestly hadn't even planned on staying around while he worked, but we just got into such a good conversation, and he did the job quickly so before I knew it he was already done! Great prices and great people here at 911 Water Heaters. If I need a repair again I'll be using them tor sure! read more

Would use again in a heartbeat! They are the best of the best. They've earned my 5 stars and other people here obviously think the same. Office staff had great customer service and the plumbers were knowledgable. They use quality water heaters not that cheap crap. I wanted my water heater and all the parts top of the line and that's what I got. These guys know thier stuff. I wasn't trying to have an amateur or someone inexperienced replace such an expensive item in my house. Glad everything worked out! read more

Their assistant was wonderful! She helped get all of my information when my water heater wasn't working. She told me every where to look and helped me find certain things so I could give her all of the information. She said she would have Mac give me a call back. When Mac called shortly after he gave me a rough estimate and told me he could be out to my home in 3 three hours. When he got there he was correct with what needed to be repaired. He also kept the quote the same. He made sure to tell me all of this before starting any of his work which was really thoughtful. If you're looking for a decent plumbing business who is honest and extremely helpful make sure to call them! read more

I was shocked to find my water heater not working one morning. Well I wasn't about to take a cold shower so I looked on Yelp and found these guys. They helped me get an appointment for later that afternoon and gave me a good idea for what it would cost to get my hot water back on. It wasn't bad at all so of course I said yes. Well they did a great job. They got to my house quick and did the repair to my water heater even faster. Not even 6 hours went by and I got to shower! I'm just glad I didn't have to go longer than that without a shower! read more

Great people you can trust! They are willing to travel a bit too, which was great. They managed to fit me in at the end of the work day so that I could get my service faster. If you, like me, find yourself waking up on a very cold November morning to a hot water heater that has suddenly stopped working, I highly recommend you call 911 Water Heaters. They were able to get here right away, and they were incredibly patient when it came to answering my questions which I really appreciate. The price was reasonable and exactly what they said it would be... no hidden costs or additional charges...and they even finished early and cleaned up so thoroughly afterwards that you'd never even know they'd been there. Woke up to no hot water. Tried to resolve the issue on my own, being so "mechanically able...." LOL! I called several other places that couldn't send anyone out right away. Cost wasn't an issue, but the lady I spoke with was very informative and broke everything down to a very reasonable cost after describing my issue. She was knowledgeable and said she would have someone out THAT DAY. She called me back within an hour and said Mac would be out before 3pm. He was there before noon. Issue resolved, and my life can continue with hot baths. Thank you so much! read more
