My husband and I were in the market for professionals who knew what they were doing! We had previously made another appointment with a different company, but they did not seem very professional and did not appear to know much about water heaters. We are first-time home buyers, and wanted to make sure that we found a company that was very knowledgeable and with plenty of experience; our problem was pretty severe. My husband spoke to them on the phone, and they did not rush through the conversation, asked a lot of good questions. It really seemed like they were trying to understand what our problem was. So we got a quote, scheduled an appointment, and hoped for the best. I was the one home, when the plumbers came for the appointment. They were very friendly, and told me to relax and that they would take care of everything. I thought the job would take an entire day, but the whole ordeal only took about an hour and a half. Once again, the workers were very polite, and when they were done they rung the doorbell to let me know that they were finished. They came inside to make sure everything was working properly, and I was pleasantly surprised that they did not leave any messes anywhere. We got charged exactly what we were quoted on the phone, so after finally taking a hot shower, my husband and I decided to give this company a 5-star review. Like I said, we are first-time home buyers, and are not as well versed when it comes to home renovations. But after this experience, I cannot imagine why I would ever need to go to a different company for my plumbing needs. Definitely very impressed! read more

Their assistant was wonderful! She helped get all of my information when my water heater wasn't working. She told me every where to look and helped me find certain things so I could give her all of the information. She said she would have Mac give me a call back. When Mac called shortly after he gave me a rough estimate and told me he could be out to my home in 3 three hours. When he got there he was correct with what needed to be repaired. He also kept the quote the same. He made sure to tell me all of this before starting any of his work which was really thoughtful. I was shocked to find my water heater not working one morning. Well I wasn't about to take a cold shower so I looked on Yelp and found these guys. They helped me get an appointment for later that afternoon and gave me a good idea for what it would cost to get my hot water back on. It wasn't bad at all so of course I said yes. Well they did a great job. They got to my house quick and did the repair to my water heater even faster. Not even 6 hours went by and I got to shower! Woke up to no hot water. Tried to resolve the issue on my own, being so "mechanically able...." LOL! I called several other places that couldn't send anyone out right away. Cost wasn't an issue, but the lady I spoke with was very informative and broke everything down to a very reasonable cost after describing my issue.
