Sergio spent the entire day servicing our entire HVAC system and cleaning out our ridiculously dirty ducts. He was able to resolve issues we were told would cost us thousands of dollars at a very very reasonable price. He took the time to patiently explain everything to me so that I was clear on what needed to happen and answered each and every one of my questions, no matter how minor. We couldn't be happier with his service and would recommend him to anyone who was having HVAC or duct issues. Sergio with All Air Duct Cleaning responded to my message within minutes of posting. He noted that a technician was available within the hour and confirmed their flat rate of $150.00. Our dryer stopped working mid-cycle with a full load of wet clothes inside and we had another load of freshly washed clothes in our washing machine ready to be transferred to the dryer. We realized we hadn't had our ducts cleaned in more than five years so knew this was likely the cause. As promised, Sergio arrived within the hour, was very friendly, and had everything he needed to clean out the ducts. Had dryer issues for a couple of weeks and finally my dryer stopped working cuz my vent was so clogged. I found All Air Duct Cleaning and called right away and Sergio was able to come out the same day to clean my dryer vent. I went outside while he was cleaning it to see if anything was coming out of the rooftop vent and it looked like it was snowing :) He took and before and after pictures to show me he could now see daylight thru the vent on the roof. He also inspected my exhaust hose and found that it had a leak and was never installed correctly - replaced that also. I am extremely happy with his service and he explained to me what he was doing while cleaning the vent and attaching the new exhaust hose and tested it to make sure it was attached correctly. If I could give 100 stars I would. These guys are honest, friendly and did an amazing job. The cost to me seemed low for the amount of time and work they did so they got a bonus!. They helped diagnose some issues with the furnace install, offered to fix it and also offered to fix a hole in one of the ducts. They tell you the price and stick to it, unlike others that advertise a low price and end up charging you twice as much. These guys were great! Very thorough, honest, and professional. Their prices were a fraction of other big names but they provide better service! We hired them to clean 2 furnaces and all the ducts in a home we had just purchased. They were honest that they were unable to tap into one of the furnaces due to how it was installed and adjusted my price as a result. They could have easily said nothing and I wouldn't have known the difference but they were honest. They provided before and after photos as well. They were on time, worked efficiently and did a great job. I was very happy with their work and would recommend them above other companies. I am extremely pleased with Sergio and his work to clean my air ducts. His prices were competitive but it was his service that excelled. I have had several contractors no-show at appointments before, and he is NOT this way! He was on time, professional, clean and did not attempt to "add-on" more work. He gave me my quote in writing for the amount of registers and supply air vents that I had. He offered to sanitize at an additional cost. I had several other companies that had given me a line item cost to clean the hvac central unit. When I explained to Sergio that this was a unit only 2 years old, he explained that because of the process, he would have to clean the A/C coils, and the blower (all internal hvac systems) regardless of its age, as the cleaning would bring all debris/particles into those systems before being vacuumed out. His cost included this, and was not an extra line item! I am glad to recommend him to you and my neighbors. He has earned the 5 *'s, even after earning my business. read more

Sergio & Hector were great! They arrived not just on time, but a little early; which was fine. They didn't hurry & they were thorough. The cost was very affordable; especially for people like us who are retired and semi-retired. They were patient & friendly to our dog who always wants to get in on the act and with our cat who had to be moved from one room to another. Being a cat, she's terrified of strangers coming into her home & we had to be careful; because they had to leave a door wide open for their big hose.
