When moving into the home we bought, we wanted to get it as clean as possible. We had our Air Ducts Cleaned - the process was very smooth. I contacted Avi through the Yelp system, he responded back within a few hours. We had a call and scheduled an appointment. He called me about an hour before he arrived, showed up and went right to work quickly. He's very considerate of the areas around the vents, asking to move pictures or items that may be damaged if not moved. He worked non-stop for a good 4 hours - answering our questions, working around stuff near vents. He even used a camera to look down a vent that had low flows (nothing clogging it - just too many 90 degree angles in the ducts). He cleaned up quick and left no mess. Very smooth transaction. Our service guy Daniel was great! Texted ahead of time to give me a more accurate window that he would arrive in. Showed up and got right to work. We haven't had our air ducts cleaned in probably 10 years and I don't know that our dryer vent has ever been cleaned, but about 2 and a half hours later, and everything was completely cleaned and sanitized. We can already tell the difference in the air in our home and it's only been a few hours. I rarely write reviews anymore but Avi has made me so much more comfortable in the house we are renting.
