This time, I needed the fireboxes repainted because the original 20-year old flat-black firebox paint had faded significantly. Jordan arrived soon after I scheduled, was on time, tidy, professional, and friendly. Jordan got the work done quickly and with no mess (this work requires a special high-temperature spray-on black paint designed specifically for high temperature environments like the firebox). Wow, just wow! Jordan was a knowledgeable, creative problem solver who was respectful, communicative and overall pleasant to work with. Our seven year old fire pit had rusted over the years, despite having it covered during the winter months. Jordan was able to replace the unit and provided tips to prevent the situation from repeating in the future. On another note, our remote wasn't pairing with the unit, so he installed a temporary switch so we could have the unit running for a dinner party we were having that evening. Our original contractor went MIA and did not install our blower for the fireplace. I came onto Yelp searching for a fireplace contractor to help install just the blower, after many messages with other contractors that quoted me obscene prices, I scheduled a time. I had called to make an appointment for cleaning my gas fireplace and was offered the service for the next day which was great. Jordan called ahead he was on his way and arrived at the appointment time agreed to. He did a great job and after inspection said there may be a problem with the pilot control board later but for now it was ok, just a little slow but if it gets worse they have the board available and would come out and replace it for only the cost of the board and no service charge as long its within a year. Used these folks twice, unfortunately, should have known better after the first time. Cleaning was very poor, had to redo it myself afterwards. The repair didn't hold up which is why I had to call them a second time months later. Totally botched a cleaning job that supposedly required a new gas valve. During their work they miswired the original valve and tried to sell me a new one for $400.
