Looked at several models and they had special pricing going on but nothing jumped out at us. They also carried patio chairs and fire pits too. No pressure. Knowledgeable and energetic sales person. Ordered a new cover for our tub 1/4/2024. Was told it would take 4-8 weeks to come in. Had to call at the 8 week mark to see what was going on....was told it would be 8-12 weeks. At 12 weeks it came in and it was the wrong color and the straps were in the wrong place. I could not strap it closed. Living out East, this is a problem. Working with the staff to fix this issue was a nightmare. They spoke to me like I was an idiot....it was really disrespectful. read more

I have bought two spas from Spa Brokers. The first one was amazing but sadly arrived in the wrong color. They were the victims of supply chain snafu and it was only marginally their fault and they worked to get it fixed. I ordered a second spa from them and it arrived with a defective set of steps that came apart every time you lifted or moved them. They replaced the steps with an upgraded version and even delivered the replacement steps and picked up the old one. I'll be bringing them my business again... read more

She was very patient and helpful while I measured and discussed issues with fitting it in. The time she spent with me and her encouragement, I was able to finalizing the purchase. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!! If there was a way for me to give less than one star I would. I would love to say that I bought a spa from spa brokers. I can certainly say that I tried. But after a month of dealing with their bullshit, I finally acquiesced and canceled my order. The ordering process went well, but weeks after ordering they called and said it was the wrong color on the inside. Since the salesperson has convinced us to get white to hide the water stains, we wanted what we ordered. They said it would take THREE MORE WEEKS. Not that it wasn't finished! They assured me it was, but that they couldn't be bothered to relieved it because the truck hadn't filled up. Three weeks go by and they call again and say the outside is he wrong color and now they don't even make them in that color. Good for us to know since WE PAINTED OUR FENCE TO MATCH IT. So, we've already bought and installed the pad which costs around $1,000, had our fence and garden torn down to be able to bring in the hot tub, painted the fence to match something that will never be, and now we have no hot tub. I have never been so angry at a company before. They kept telling me how this wasn't their fault, which I think made me the most angry. If you can't take responsibility for the actions of your company, than you shouldn't be in business. Shameful in every way. read more

After talking to a lot of friends and touring a lot of hot tub stores I decided to go with the best and get a Marquis Spa. I was seriously gun shy because of all of the sleazy stories of manipulative stories and behaviors I have heard and seen and countless other hot tub stores throughout Denver. I can tell you this about Spa Brokers. I honestly thought that throughout the entire process they were going to up sell me or "accidentally on purpose" forget vital elements that would cost me more money when they delivered the spa. That never happened, what I can tell you is that I asked for a Wifi tub and that got lost in translation. I was internally fuming because I thought they were going to screw me or make me return the tub and order another more expensive tub. Funny thing, they apologized and orders the Wifi component at no cost, I was floored. Also, whenever I call in and ask what to do everyone is polite and helpful. They even offered to lend me a pump to speed up the drainage of my tub. I know Spa Brokers changes a lot for high end tubs, but If you don't want to feel like you are getting taken advantage of, and you value customer service, give them a shot. I really did stumble on one of the only non sleazy high pressured hot tub dealers in the country. read more

I bought an $8,000 spa from spa brokers. They were helpful in the store and asked if I had an electrician. I said no. They said they had someone I could use and gave me his card. I called him. The first guy took over 4 weeks to get back to me so I called the 2nd person that Spa Brokers gave me. The guy charged me $950 to do the work and then didn't show up to complete it. Spa Brokers told me they would make it right so they put me in touch with the first electrician who quoted me another almost $700 to finish the work. Dean from Spa Brokers called me and pretty much said not our problem. We are not going to compensate you for people we recommended when the first electrician said he would finish the work even though I made a concern to Spa Broerks that the electrician left a voicemail on my phone saying "This is your mentally unstable electrician" and the fact that 30 minutes before he was to show up he told me he wouldn't be there and if he tells someone a time that could be on any day even a saturday and not always the day he says. So I have an 8000 hot tub in my backyard no electric and have to pay more money when an electrician can finally get out here. A great way to treat your Military Members Spa Brokers... I can't honestly tell you if the spa is good or not because it is empty sitting in my back yard. Would not recommend spa brokers from a customer service perspective for the location in westminster. read more

I've owned my Calspa 631L, purchased from Spa Brokers, for one and a half months now. My family and I couldn't more delighted with the spa and Spa Brokers. This was my first time purchasing a jacuzzi so I was filled with questions and Dana from Spa Brokers was extremely knowledgeable and helpful during presale and still today when I call her with questions. Dana made the purchase easy by thoroughly explaining everything. The delivery was also a piece of cake. Spa Brokers even included a dummy proof starter package of chemicals with an easy to follow chart that outlines what and when to add, and the important how much. I have hesitated to write this review for a little while. I bought a Cal Spa from Spa Brokers a few months ago. My issue is with the quality of the spa, it has leaked every day that I have had it. The service department is great, but each time they have come out, the comment has been that the workmanship on the spas is poor coming out of the factory. I bought the spa because I have ton ton of back surgery, and was getting ready to have 16 screws put into my neck. But even as I write this, the spa is leaking. It can't be fixed until it can be drained again. We are are at the start of winter, when the heck is that going to be. It's getting old. By the way, the chemicals they give you are a little bogus as well. Very tired of this. read more

My car overheated near to Spa Brokers, and we came to a stop on the shoulder across from their business. Since I have two kids under age six, it was necessary ask whether we could visit the bathroom of Spa Brokers. After finding out our dilemma, they let us use their bathroom, gave us cookies and lemonade, and let us stay in their air-conditioned building while we made some phone calls. They mentioned that cars break down by their location all the time. Sure enough, while we were still making our phone calls another car died right by ours. I don't know a darn thing about spas, but I know people and I am grateful to Suzanne and the folks at Spa Brokers. They went the extra mile in helping us, and if they are going to show that kind of customer service to people who aren't go to spend a dime at their establishment then they are sure to treat their customers in an exemplary manner. I am not a person who leaves reviews but I have too this time. I knew nothing about hot tubs and had done a lot of research. We attended the Denver Home Show and met Travis Davis from the Aurora store who was extremely patient and not pushy in the least. Between Travis and the wonderful people at the Highlands Ranch Store, we are now completely enjoying our Cal spa Hot Tub. It has been so much fun getting everything set up. The service guy was amazing and super helpful and was able to fix my problem promptly. The best part my spa was under warranty so I didn't pay a cent!!! My husband and I have been in the market for a sauna for a while. We stopped by the Denver Location of Spa Brokers and were greeted by Dana. She was very kind, informative and excited to talk to us about saunas. Dana was able to answer all of our questions and we were sold on the sauna! We were from out of town and had the sauna delivered to our home. It was SUPER easy to put together and the quality is top of the line. All along the way from the purchase, to the delivery, setup and any questions Dana was super helpful and only a phone call away. I would strongly recommend Spa Brokers to anyone interested in purchasing a Sauna or Spa for that matter. But my one request is that you ask for Dana. In response to Don's commentary: I do not know this person. The tec he speaks of said that they would get back to me. They have not in more than a week. Who does not want an umbrella to be outside? They did not contact ME but someone else. There ARE broken parts - as the tech said. They are responding to this ad solely because they are being called on it.No one cared before this. I posted this the other day and miraculously get a call from someone named Terry - who is not even associated with this sale. Don is not speaking the truth, and was in no way associated with me or this product. It did NOT come assembled. The tecs had NO idea how to set it up, and they admitted they didn't. Even the tec that came last week was at a loss. This is about more than "wind". No one uses an umbrella and then puts it away the minute there is a slight breeze. (actually they probably couldn't) I have less faith in this company than I did before. The fact he is defending this poor product and service makes me warn even more. Good luck read more

Just go buy a Tuff Spa or something with an integrated cover. Or buy a cover from a separate company that has a warranty for them. My cover that I got from Spa Brokers with my Calspa that is made of "the best materials in the industry" and should last 5 years was completely done in a year and a half. So whatever your budget for your spa, be ready to possibly shell out an additional $500 every 18 months for a new cover. No complaints about the actual spa itself. read more
