    Excellent service. There was no salesman pressure. We love our hot tub and would definitely purchase another hot tub in the future.

    Made a huge mistake asking patio splash to fix my hot tub.... a part that costs 47 dollars turned…read moreinto a 648.00 bill. They told me they charge 199.00 because it's specialized labor. You can hire a master plumber who's licensed in this state for less money. They told me that was the going rate so i called global spa and of course they don't charge that. I also called spa duck and they charge less than half of that Also they aren't accredited with the better business bureau. You can't even report then because they aren't even recognized. What used to be a great place has turned into charging their customers to the extreme. Glad i didn't buy another hot tub from them Got an update the company called me and said the owner wanted to speak with me. They told me that if i was willing to take the post down and sign a paper saying no more negative posts they would return half of my money. I told them no thanks. The people who work at Raintree often remember my name, welcome me in, and help with any issues that come up for me. The people who work out here come in a range of ages and body types, and are friendly and thoughtful about helping keep the space nice for whoever is coming in next. The space is well organized into sections that feel private and very functional. The yoga space is very zen. There are a few hangout areas that include couches, or tables and chairs, and feel very home like. The recovery room is quiet and dimly lit. There are several spaces with weights and weight machines and each have their own personality. The track is perfectly located to make it easy to include the sled and/or a warm up or cool down lap along with weight lifting. The vibe is consistent and reminds me of being in a spa. Not hooty tooty, but rather, like I have a rich friend who has invited me over to their gym and is glad I've come over! The gym always smells nice and fresh, is clean and welcoming, and has good music on at exactly the right volume. It's easy to walk around as the paths to places are well delineated. And, I always feel like I belong. The offerings, responsiveness and community all resonate deeply with me. Currently I am focusing on prepping for the DEKA, and Raintree has classes, trainers and the equipment I need to prep for this. I am also working on becoming more centered and lowering my cortisol, and the yoga classes and sound bath class are really helping me achieve better sleep, less stress and more feeling connected to my body and heart than I have in a very long time. The variety of equipment and my amazing personal trainer, Kelly, have helped me achieve so many of my personal fitness goals without getting injured, including a 4 day back pack trip with some girlfriends while carrying 40 pounds. I am currently working with Kelly to compete in my first DEKA and to do a pull up. I will leave you with one last example to demonstrate the extra mile this amazing space goes to to help me meet my personal goals as well as to feel very cared for. The other day I came in and asked Chad how I could measure out 100 meters so I could practice for the DEKA. He told me he would measure it out for me. So literally, I went to my yoga class and he got my spaces all measured out and ready to go!

Sorry but this gym is getting…read moreovercrowded and nobody who works here seems to want to clean shit or even fill the steam room bottle even when it's sitting outside empty. Take a hint people and also maybe pick up trash and hair and all the gross crap that's laying around the pool area and the gym and the locker rooms. And maybe get some air fresheners in the locker rooms they smell like a sweaty a-hole.

I had three experiences: sales, and two issues calls. Bought the Master/Clarity spa in December 2023. Great spa brand, fantastic, love it. The sales process was not the best. I had to call a couple times to close the deal, and to get the installation done. Not a good follow-through there. Once the installation was scheduled (had to call a couple times for that too), the installers were on time, professional and did a fantastic job. There was some glue on one of the pillows that would not come off, no matter what I tried. The installer said it would come off when the tub got hot but didn't. And the waterfall cover had grunge on it that also wouldn't come off. So called to get those replaced. Voice mails (they do not answer the "service line" and if you leave a VM they don't call back). Unanswered texts from when I sent the pictures. No status, no updates. I finally called the sales line and they ordered the replacements, but again did not follow up saying they did so. The things just arrived in the mail one day. Meh, got the stuff so not gonna complain any more. Good enough. Last Sunday, Feb 12, two months after buying the spa, it just shut down. Stopped; went to get in and it was cold. Called "service" and got VM. Called sales, explained the issue, and they said they could get someone out Thursday. So that's 4 days in the cold. Had to put a space heater underneath to make sure stuff didn't freeze. The tech showed up on time and fixed the issue -under warranty of course. It was a bad board. He had one in his truck. He was professional and knowledgeable, as was the installer. So I'm happy about that. Bottom line: Great spa, so-so to poor sales/service responses. At the end of the day I'm good with them. But they could use some customer satisfaction improvements. I'd say 3.5 rating.

My kiddo went from not being able to swim at all to knowing how to rescue someone and being a total fish. The pool is always warm, even throughout the winter, so they can swim all season long. The instructors are all absolutely fantastic! If you have a little one who cannot swim, I definitely recommend this school. Also, buy the goggles. No joke, they keep them on and stop messing with them during class so they can spend more time swimming and less time fiddling with goggles.

He was not able to touch the bottom and the instructor, Ashley, did not notice. He was unable to get himself to the surface to breathe. My wife and I sprinted from the viewing area to the pool, and I pulled him from the water. This all happened without Ashley noticing the terrifying situation. The class was not stopped, the severity of what just occurred was not acknowledged. Ashely did not check on our son, ask how he was doing, or discuss this with us. Our son was only one of three children in the class when this happened. Days later, the owner, Amy agreed to speak with my wife over the phone. This step was not offered, we needed to request a phone call. There was not an apology or any expression of remorse or compassion. Amy stated safety measures were reviewed with Ashley, this was their complete response to the episode. In our communication with Amy, it was obvious we were just numbers to their operation, and we were easily replaceable with their long wait lists. Please carefully watch your child while in this pool. This was a traumatic event for everyone in our family.
