Not only did I get immediate information on the phone. Don from the service department was at my house at 9 AM the next morning. Don did an outstanding job of answering my questions and and gave me additional instructions on some of the options. Very cordial, professional and knowledgeable. After being patient for a week (3 failed delivery commits and the tub breaking/needing repair), we finally took him up on his offer of a refund. He said he would mail it. When we asked for a tracking number, this is when he ghosted us. We tried for a week and a half to get our money to no avail. He seems to be an angry man in a bad place, not treating customers well. We called the Sheriff and they said it was a civil matter for Small Claims Court. Definitely avoid buying a tub from this business.
