Similar to another review I asked them to only come every other week but they came more frequently and charged me. They don't let you know that they are coming or say hi when they are there so it's hard to know when they've been. I'm pretty sure multiple visits were charged that never took place at all .. but then it's hard to know for sure because of the lack of communication. I was pressured -- called on evenings and weekends -- demanding immediate payment of invoices that had never been sent to me. Legal threats as well if I did not pay inaccurate, overblown invoices. I found it worth paying simply to have no future interactions. When I pointed out the issues with timing and bulked up invoices I got a bunch of blame thrown in my face. I recommend you hire basically anybody else -- the many one star reviews across multiple platforms are well warranted.

I spent 5 weeks waiting for someone to come back and see why it wasn't working. Communication was terrible - they kept saying they'd come and not show up. I finally had to hire another company to come see what was wrong. They immediately identified that Black Diamond installed the wrong pump for my hot tub which is why it wasn't working and they had the new pump installed and working within a week.

I drove an hour from Denver to the Boulder location for the interview. Upon arrival I buzzed the ring camera and spoke with the woman I was scheduled to interview with. A technician who happened to be onsite went inside and spoke with Lauren Hengstenberg, then came out and said "She's not here. But she said the interview was scheduled for 11:30am." I was then contacted by phone by a Peak One agent who said "We use a third party scheduler and there must have been a mix up." I then received an email stating that I was no longer in consideration for the position.
